Broken water pipe. Called on a Friday night (after hours) and on call technician called back promptly. He was here the next morning (Oakland). He made the repair then came back later to make sure everything was ok before collecting payment. JOHN is a great plumber and we highly recommend him.

Very pleasant tech called ahead, arrived on time, was considerate about wearing appropriate footwear, and fixed problem. My only disappointment was the $85 diagnostic fee Donald in office told me would apply to any work done was not honored. I brought that up twice to tech, but he would not acknowledge. He partially applied amount and threw in a bottle of drain declogger; however, I would have liked the remaining $35 of the diagnostic fee to be applied to the total, as I was told on the phone. I know EVERYTHING is expensive today, but I do not like being quoted a price and then having the tech surprised by that. It was easy to make an appointment with this group and they were prompt, so if time is imperative, I would give them a call. They followed up re the misunderstanding and took care of the error. I shall probably call them again, as I thought they were professional, were pleasant and easy to get an appointment with, AND my drain remains unclogged! Changing my rating to 5 stars!

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

Stewart plumbing was the most professional company to work with. Joe and Tyler were great to work with on the outdoor kitchen that I was in the middle of constructing. They had great ideas to help me make it the most functional for my family and completed it in a very short time under the harsh heat conditions. Mike the supervisor came by to make sure i understood all that was going on while the work was in progress. I came home to a flooded bathroom from an overflowing toilet. John and his helper CJ cleaned up the water and the dried the carpet. They also pick up the nasty solid waste with their hands. Much respect and thanks to John and CJ for the quick response.

My hot water heater went out, so I called the phone number for National Economy Plumbers, because my mother had used them & was very pleased with the work & how pleasant the guys were that came to the house, so I called them, too. Everyone was so nice including the person answered the phone to the 2 plumbers who came. The price was right, too. I highly recommend.
