I called them at 8 am needing same day service because drain line needed to be cleaned and blockage removed. They were there around lunch the same day. Very nice, explained everything they would do to solve my problem and wore shoe covers in the house. Would highly recommend!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. My ac went out on a Friday night and i called Tim Ferguson on a Saturday. Not only was Roger Lemons here in less than 2 hours. He was very nice, informative, timely, and professional. I would recommend the company and Roger to anyone. The price was very reasonable for a weekend call out!

we had a water leak in the center of our home -- under the foundation slab. River City provided a solution without breaking up the concrete. They fixed the leak, and provided help with the sheet rock repairs.

Called All-Clear about my shower/bathtub water not getting hot, sinks in bathrooms were fine, just bathtubs and showers (3). Called Tuesday evening and got an appointment for 9am Thursday. I received a precall at 8:15am the morning of the appointment, not only were the guys on time (10 min early), they also diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Russell and Matt did a fantastic job at my home and even gave me 10% off for being a new customer. If any future issues arise, I will not hesitate to call All-Clear for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for the prompt and wonderful service. Also prices are VERY reasonable.

Great experience. Traditional was extremely reasonable on price. From start to finish had great customer service. Kelsy was on top scheduling. She was professional and very responsive. Shane did our install. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. I will end up working with them again in the future.

Were quick to respond to call but showed no motivation to work. Showed up as if upset they had to work that day, shrugged shoulders, and quick to leave once they go their check. When called back because of concerns we had about the job they had done, the serviceman just showed and shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what the the heck do you want”. The only people who seem to at least take their job seriously are the operators who answered the phone in the beginning.
