I woke up Sunday morning to see the street flooded from my water main. I just had a plumber “repair” it 2 days ago and it burst again! I called Mr. Degan on Sunday to leave a VM. He called me back within 10 min and said that he was at church and would come to me in 1 hr. He did come and fixed the leak the same day. I had water again in 5 hrs! Mr. Degan was a God-sent to me! I called several other plumbers before I reached Mr. Degan and they all were either too busy or gave me a crazy estimate of $1,700 (from Conway Services)! Mr. Degan fixed my water main for $375! Mr. Degan is a deeply religious man and he treats his customers like God would want him to do so. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find such an honest plumber. Did I say that Mr. Degan was God-sent to me?!

While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! A/C Service this time had a home warranty service they gave the number to call they told me it would be 4 days before they could get out so I waited and waited and left messages and never received any return calls so I got tired of waiting and i called the Home Warranty and ask if i could get someone else to do the work on the A/C because i had been without
A/C since April 23,2022 the Warranty service hear it was Friday April 13, 22 . they said Okay cancel so that when i called Tim Ferguson thanks to them Roger check out the unit.
