If you are looking for a plumber to do anything other than fix a dripping faucet please read and be warned:
Cobb was the plumbing contractor on my renovation. The owner was involved many times. My impression of him was poor. When I and the GC voiced legitimate and obvious quality concerns we were summarily dismissed. When we asked if he would leave the job he used the I pulled the permit and will force a work stop instead of just making things right. And he did it very easily, like an experienced pro.
There have been problems resulting from poor workmanship from before the walls were closed up until today. We have had improperly installed sink valves, shoddy toilet installation, multiple serious backhoe type sewer issues caused by improper design , tobacco spit all over my attic insulation (really?), poor overall system design (3 minutes and 48 seconds to get hot water to 3 sinks and a dishwasher, water pipes exposed to the outside on most outer wall fixtures ), outside faucet issues, and multiple uninsulated pipes (that were sworn over and over to be insulated. We cut open the wall in front of the owner to reveal....no insulation) We have had to open up 3 separate exterior walls, all for plumbing mistakes. Attached is a picture from my latest water leak. This solder job is horrific. New construction with no space limitations. I am in no way surprised by anything that Cobb has touched. Thankfully, this one looks to only cost a few grand to replace and repair damage.
As a point of reference: I was happy with and have referred every other sub on my house multiple times. Every single one. In the last 10 years I have built 6 4,000+ square foot homes. Of hundreds on subs Cobb is, by far, the worst I have ever worked with. Without exception.
