This company is outstanding! After scheduling with them, they went to our property, called me with an estimate, then promptly performed the service work. They then sent me a bill electronically with pictures and video of the completed work! Outstanding service, highly recommend! I decided to call RotoRooter after many failed attempts with another company that had me out of my home for over a month through my home warranty. I quit the former company and the warranty company! They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They pick up the phone and show up when they say they will. Have used them twice now and had a quick resolution each time. They are a reliable team for sure.
