Based on Facebook referrals, I called Friday morning with no hot water and out of town company coming!From initial call (Courtney) to scheduling (Amber) to technician (Stephen) everything was handled very professionally and with empathy yo my situation.Stephen not only handled my problem (fixed the hot water)-he educated me on my future needs for a new heater. Giving me options with pros and cons for me to make an educated decision.I was VERY pleased with his knowledge, the care he took in my home and is professionalism overall.When the time comes-I will definitely call Smith (Stephen) again to replace the heater and/or any other plumbing needs.Thank you all!!

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

Hired them to do a complete plumbing job including adding a bathroom. They never finished the job. I have leaks in all 3 bathrooms! Called and no one ever came back out nor returned the call. Had to hire someone else to finish their work. Plus the plumber smoked inside my house and left ashes on the floor!

Couldn't help with installion

Customer service is good. They are prompt and will be there when they say they will be there. However they are way over priced. Wanted to charge me 1200 that another plumber fixed for 150. They charge for estimates so you cant shop around. Also they want you to sign up for a membership.... i just want my problem fixed i dont want to join a club for better deals. Just charge everyone the membership amount. Cant recommend because of price alone.

Crowe Heating and Air are very professional and helpful! They replaced our upstairs unit in February 2017. Recently my downstair unit froze up. They arrived in a timely manner and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. Steve was very helpful and even educated me on how to care for the unit! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a appointment with the company between the hours of 11-1, so I had to take the day off work. The technician never showed up, nor was I called by the company until after 3pm.

Anthony took the time to meticulously check my basement's amenities to make sure they complied with all the inn regulations. He discussed the prices and his intentions in great detail. He provided exceptional client help. He made design suggestions that improved the use of the area. Outstanding customer service and attention to each individual order were provided. If I had the money, I would start the project immediately now, and in that case, I would feel extremely comfortable.

Michael S. came out and did an excellent job. He took his time to find solutions for our hvac problem and explained our options. Great personality and great customer service!!

Technician very nice and answered all my questions. Just a little pricey but good work.

I'm very happy with the entire experience. Nathan came out to estimate the job and was very professional and gave us a fair price. I got 2 other quotes that were substantially higher. I contacted Nathan to setup a date to start and he got me scheduled in 2 days when others were a couple of weeks out.
Trey showed up on time and did a great job. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.
