Best Hour Plumbing Service in Memphis TN

We have had Smith's plumbing service working on a solution to fix our plumbing issues. They had to do some extensive work to find out the issue, bit they did so with minimal evasion on our privacy. They were very professional and upfront about everything that they encountered during the process. They wore PPE equipment in lieu of the pandemic and cleanliness. Any mess they made they cleaned and everything that they dug up they put back in a way that it can barely be seen where it was . I really appreciate how they handled business and I would definitely recommend them.

We needed work quoted and then done. Obviously when plumbing is in question and there's waste in all of my bathtubs it's pretty time-sensitive. For TWO DAYS they kept telling us they were coming. No call, no show. Call back. Oh, we'll come this afternoon. Oh, we'll come in the morning we got caught up. It's just about expectations - if you can't come for 3 days then say that so I can find someone else more quickly and you don't leave me on the hook. Plumbers are scarce in town, but I don't recommend this one. THEN we attempted to schedule a year later and they told me no because I left a 1-star review on Google for the above. What a mature company, more reason to give them a 1.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. They came out to fix my toilet some time in February 2022. I called last week and told them my toilet still was not completely flushing correctly. Technician came back today and rebuilt the toilet which he should have done in February, but they charged me for another service call. I was happy to pay for parts but not services I’ve already paid for. Will never use them again.
