Best Hour Emergency Plumbing Services in Memphis TN

I thought I had already added a review a while back but I cannot see it on Google, so I’m adding another one. First of all, I usually don’t leave reviews for companies. That being said, Smith’s is the ONLY plumbing company I will ever use from this point forward and I HIGHLY recommend them. Tyler and another associate have come to my house twice this past month for different issues (once today and once a few weeks ago), and both times they have been honest, courteous, professional, quick with repairs and assessments, and saved me a ton of money. The first time I used them was after being on hold for over an hour with a different plumbing company for an emergency plumbing leak. When I hung up and called Smith’s instead, a rep answered immediately and set me up with the earliest appointment available. Smith’s goes above and beyond the call of duty with their customer service and aren’t out to nickel and dime you. Best plumbing company I’ve ever used!

We needed work quoted and then done. Obviously when plumbing is in question and there's waste in all of my bathtubs it's pretty time-sensitive. For TWO DAYS they kept telling us they were coming. No call, no show. Call back. Oh, we'll come this afternoon. Oh, we'll come in the morning we got caught up. It's just about expectations - if you can't come for 3 days then say that so I can find someone else more quickly and you don't leave me on the hook. Plumbers are scarce in town, but I don't recommend this one. THEN we attempted to schedule a year later and they told me no because I left a 1-star review on Google for the above. What a mature company, more reason to give them a 1.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. After purchasing my house, I needed an outlet changed in my kitchen, so I can use my oven. I booked the appointment in late November for December 8. The day before I get a call that they needed to reschedule due to another project. That’s fine because I understand things come up. It’s rescheduled for December 29.. another 2 weeks out. Come day of, no one showed. No call either until that evening they they needed to reschedule me again. A month wasted waiting. I am highly disappointed with this company considering the high reviews.

We closed on our new home and immediately found out we had a leak. Our technician was Severn, he was so very helpful and professional over the several visits he made to complete the job. He w as s responsive and answered all questions my husband and I had. If we ever need any other water Restoration services we will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter and hopefully lucky enough to have Severn again. Thank you so much!

They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They pick up the phone and show up when they say they will. Have used them twice now and had a quick resolution each time. They are a reliable team for sure.

Would not recommend. They were responsible for the plumbing in our house. After moving in we discovered there was a problem with the sewage not draining properly. 3 other plumbers came out to give advice and all 3 said it was not done at the proper grade. That it was trying to flow uphill and well we all know that doesn't work. After we found out Legacy did the plumbing we called them to see if they would fix their mistake. They said it was probably due to settling. I don't think so. Our house is at the bottom of a hill and they connected it to the city at the top of a hill. It should have never been connected there according to 3 other plumbing companies. They refused to help unless we of course hired them to fix what they should've done in the first place.
