Best Heaters Maintenance in Memphis TN

Had an issue with my shower hot water not turning off even though it was in the off position, which turned my bathroom into a sauna. Called Smith plumbing on the 4th of July and they had Steven out within the hour.While he was there, asked him to also look at a toilet that was running. He did so and replaced the parts needed that he had that day. Said he needed some other part, which was understandably not attainable on the 4th of July. He was back July 5th early with the part and resolved the issue.Both issues were solved quickly and professionally. Would use again and would recommend. Keep up the good work!! 💯

Have had several ac installs done over the years and dealt with many techs. I have fixed ac units myself in the past along with doing flow calculations, return size, copper upgrades,etc. typically I have a good idea of what needs to be done.I had to work on install day which I hate doing as I like to be home.I have never given a 5 star review in my life but Josh (Josue)R#354 was great and deserves it. Before he even started the job, he called me at work and told me some things he found that needed to be done with the install. Everything he told me I already suspected as I had done all the calculations and looked at the unit specs. This is the first time I have used service experts but will not be the last, was extremely pleased with their installation work/team. They will definitely be my first bid in the future.If you are in Memphis do not hesitate to use service experts, if you can request your install man/team strongly recommend Josh (Josue)#354. Buck was also great #348.The best feeling after a job is feeling you can trust the man doing the work if you did not do it yourself. I feel this way and recommend this installation team without reservation.

I had a appointment with the company between the hours of 11-1, so I had to take the day off work. The technician never showed up, nor was I called by the company until after 3pm.

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

DO NOT USE THEM !!! We had paid over $13,000 ++ for two new heating and ac systems, we have had problems from day one. Lots of promises but they never deliver. They were great when it came to a quote but down hill after that. We have had heating issues in the peak of winter where the heat would not work and ac issues in the peak of summer. They have come out over 9 times in the last 7 months. Larry the office manager is very rude and could care less about people. He talks down to you and does not try to accommodate any one. He told us we can live with the ac not working and 79 degrees is not bad in the peak of summer. This man should not have contact with customers. They also Installed things wrong multiple times including not having a place for us to replace the ac filter there is no filter housing available and again we were told this would be fixed and has not been. go with any other company !

Work was completed in workmanlike manner on time as scheduled. Since only one of my two water heaters had burst, the piping was temporarily bypassed around the bad unit to restore service until the new equipment could be installed the next day. That’s good customer service. Every one of the workers that came through on the job were great and really seemed pleased to be working at Stewart Plumbing.

The repair man was on time. A water heater pan was installed without me requesting it. The repairman did not leave a mess behind. I have not had any trouble with my new water heater. I am pleased with the service.

We had many people try to figure out why our upstairs condenser couldn’t keep temperature, and it was so bad the last home owners even installed a new unit, and that didn’t fix the issue. However, ANDRE did find & fixed the issue. Kudos to Andre keep up the good work!
