Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

I called all clear drain plumbing out to my house were my tub was overflowing. They came out fast and inspected the problem fixed it and even helped me clean up the water in my bathroom!! Excellent service!!!!

Doesn't get out of the fast lane. Driver wasn't even looking at the road. Was on their phone.

I called on Tim Ferguson Electric, after 5p one day when we had some exposed, live wires in some old landscaping lights located in our front flower bed, which sparked a fire. The lady who answered the phone, I think her name was Amy, was very, very nice and prompt! A technician was on site in less than 30 minutes, capped off the current and the cost totally took me by surprize! MUCH less than I thought it was going to be!! I rate Tim Ferguson a solid 100 A+!

Great quality work! Very responsive and professional. Had them install a water line in my garage for a sink and a hose reel. Couldn’t be happier. Last week, my water heater was leaking. I called them and they came out the very next day and installed a new one for about $400 less than other quotes. Highly recommend!

Danny Royle cleaned out my shower and kitchen drain. He discovered incorrect plumbing done by another, out of business, plumbing company when house was built. He is the most polite, professional, and considerate person/technician I have dealt with.

They did some work for me that was an emergency. Had a faucet break off and couldn't shut off the main supply. They were there quickly. Then after that I needed some repairs done and gave them a call. They said they would be here the next day which was good. They never showed up. Called the next day and they said they were on the way. This went on for about 5 days. I finally went to the office (I live just around the corner) and talked with the head man. He told me they only do new work and no repairs. Bold faced lie. I see them in the neighborhood doing repairs. Do not trust them.
