Smith's Plumbing installed three new bathroom faucets. They did a great job and were very professional while they were in our home.

They came for a busted pipe and stayed and helped me with my AC too!!! Only one service charge and nothing else. Very respectful and cleaned up after themselves which shows respect of your home!

Was over charged . After the 4 day job was done had a big mess here . Very unprofessional and took way to long to do the job .Very unhappy . Now have hot water in the commode. Didn't fix the other two homes as requested .Will never use again.

i had a sewer back up on 2 toilets, I called on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, and Bobby, a on call technician was at my house by 4 pm. What an outstanding and hard working guy. Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. They came out to fix a blockage in my main line that was causing waste water to back up into my downstairs master bath shower and tub for a cost of $419 ($330 + $89 service charge). The technician probably was there 15 minutes and the blockage was cleared so I thought, 4 days later the line was blocked again and waste water was coming into my downstairs master bath shower and tub the same as the first time, I called and told them that they were at my home 4 days ago to fix a blockage and the same problem was occurring again. They told me that it would be an additional $419 and there was no warranty and it was stated in my invoice. My invoice was emailed to me and had to be downloaded to view. DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT WILL CHARGE YOU THE SAME EXACT PRICE FOR A PROBLEM THEY DID NOT FIX THE 1ST TIME. ASK A COMPANY ABOUT THEIR WARRANTY BEFORE THEY PERFORM ANY WORK AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF THEY TELL YOU THERE IS NO WARRANTY. Any company worth their salt regardless of warranty would not charge a paying customer again for the same problem 4 days later. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
