John came to my house to check the condition of my sewer line. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He was patient with all of my questions and was able to thoroughly answer all of them. He went above and beyond and gave me additional plumbing tips about the rest of my house, as I am a first-time homebuyer. I would definitely recommend their services in the future to anyone with plumbing issues.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

We had great service. Jeremy C. really helped us out dealing with our Ins. Company. He really helped to get our issues solved and service scheduled quickly. Michael S. and Dalton N. were very professional and worked really hard. They did excellent work on installing our new hot water heater. Overall we had a great experience with Mitch Wright plumbing and were very thankful to get our hotwater issues fixed quickly.

I have called these guys 3 times after I received a verbal recommendation from a friend. All issues were separate issues on different heating / air units. All were resolved in a timely manner and they were able to come out the same day every time. I highly recommend these guys.

I just bought my house in Germantown, and had only been in it about 2 months when we got hit by the Ice storm and lost my power, and my gas logs would not work. I called Friday morning to try to schedule an appointment (lol, I know, like that was going to happen), but they were so nice and concerned and promised to have a technician out that day (shocker)! Not only were they out that day, they were there within 2 hours, and the technician said they just wanted to make sure I got some heat! He got me up and running, and made a customer for life, thank you!!!

These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on. I am so happy to have found Baker!

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
