Will was such a Blessing!! I had absolutely no idea my dishwasher was leaking under the kitchen floor. Will stopped the leak and immediately contacted a water mitigation company to come out right then, to asset the damage. That company referred by Smith Plumbing walked me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company.I was in an absolute panic attack. I had never dealt with any type of flooding/water damage. Both men were so calm and patient. Completely calmed me and explained everything so clearly.

Totally dishonest and price gouging business!!! My water heater needed a gas valve control replacement. They quoted me over $600 to perform the repair but tried to talk me into a new unit installation for over $1600. I knew it was totally ridiculous an 2-3 times what the price should be. I even told the repair guy that it was still under warranty. So I called the manufacturer, paid $30 for overnight shipping and got the parts for free. It will take 30 minutes to install the replacement parts and they were outright dishonest and tried to rape me on the price!!!!

installing a new toilet and rebuilding an existing toilet I purchased in 2013. He explained every step and kept me informed. The plumber left my house very clean with all parts and tools removed. He also did a thorough inspection of all the plumbing outlets in and out of my house. I would

The technician Christopher that came to my home was professional, kind, and knew his job. It took him no time to diagnose the problem and fix it. I had 2 other people(friends/foe) before him try to fix the problem and it took them hours, and it still was not right. Thank you Hiller plumbing. If I have anymore plumbing problems, I will definitely call.

They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
