While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! We recently had a gas leak on the valve to our gas stove. I had no idea what type of a professional handles that sort of thing. When I found out it was a plumbing job I was excited because a friend of mine had recently recommended River City Plumbing. These guys were amazing. They called to let me know when they were coming. My husband and I have been waiting on them for the last 4 days to show up and no one show up. We called and Called and every time they said they will be at your house in an hour. Very unprofessional. My husband took off from work the last 4 days waiting on them. This upsets me to see very poor service from people that are 10 minutes away from where we live. Like no excuse for their delay. I am very upset and I won't recommend this place to any one.

Totally awesome service. The technician showed up exactly when we were told. He found the issue and gave a quote prior to beginning the work. Within an hour my drain was cleared. The technician was very professional. I will use RotoRooter again for sure if needed.

Brandon and another technician came to my home to repair my tub. They were very unprofessional playing loud music and sitting in the work van for over half an hour. They came to repair my tub replace the drain gasket and clear the drain. I paid 325.00 dollars for this service. After they left I took a shower and the tub still did not drain. When I called back, they said they would send someone out. When he came out he said it would be another 125.00 to clear the drain they fixed the day before. When I called the office back Glen told me to find another Plummer and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional, rude, rip off in town. BEWARE!!!!!

AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
