Best Camera Inspection in Memphis TN

We had a sewer blockage in our yard. There is nothing more frustrating than draining an upstairs bath tub and seeing it flow out of a downstairs toilet. I wore blisters on my palm trying to get the toilet to drain with a plunger. Smith Plumbing diagnosed and located the blockage 10 feet deep in our front yard. Their excavators could not dig that deep. They recommended Ryan Foster at Memphis Sewer and Water. Ryan came out and said they could fix it the next day. He knew the way the sewers were ran in Cordova and fixed it the next day. I was expecting to pay $$$$ and was charged $$. These guys are honest, hard working and affordable. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I’m calling them.

Mr. Steve and Jonathan were a pleasure to work with. They walked us thru every step of the shower knob conversion (went from 3 knobs to 1). Talking to Jonathan for the repair/pricing and scheduling was easy and he was very professional. Would definitely use them for any other repairs/improvements.

My husband and I have been waiting on them for the last 4 days to show up and no one show up. We called and Called and every time they said they will be at your house in an hour. Very unprofessional. My husband took off from work the last 4 days waiting on them. This upsets me to see very poor service from people that are 10 minutes away from where we live. Like no excuse for their delay. I am very upset and I won't recommend this place to any one.

Customer service is good. They are prompt and will be there when they say they will be there. However they are way over priced. Wanted to charge me 1200 that another plumber fixed for 150. They charge for estimates so you cant shop around. Also they want you to sign up for a membership.... i just want my problem fixed i dont want to join a club for better deals. Just charge everyone the membership amount. Cant recommend because of price alone.

Totally awesome service. The technician showed up exactly when we were told. He found the issue and gave a quote prior to beginning the work. Within an hour my drain was cleared. The technician was very professional. I will use RotoRooter again for sure if needed.

They replaced my sewer line and water service. Answered calls promptly and showed up when they said they would. Worked with me to save my shrubs while digging. Very hard working guys and very polite. Finished the job before they said they would Honored their quote from 3 months earlier even though material costs had gone up. Extremely happy with their service and strongly recommend. Will be using them from now on.

National Plumbers are my plumbers that I have used for years at my home. They provide excellent service. So thankful to have them come out when my pipes froze last month. Everything worked out that day.
