John was extremely nice!! He kept me up to date on his arrival time and fixed the problem quickly. It was an unexpected problem that almost ruined my Saturday, but the experience with Smith’s Plumbing made it better. I highly recommend their services!!!

Wonderful company to work alongside with. Owner is one of the most honest peoples I've had the pleasure of working with. Goes above & beyond to do the right thing no mater the cost to himself. One of our guys had some tools go missing off a job-site, convinced one the HVAC guys stole them, went to the owner to complain. Without blinking an eye Reuben pulled out cash and asked and paid our employee for the missing tools. Our employee found his tools in the trunk of his car where he had left them for safe keeping during lunch. I've personally watch fist fights occur on job-sites caused by those accusations. Mind blown to how 3G handled that situation. 15 years I've been in the trades, First time I have ever witnessed such class. One of many small things they do to go the extra mile. WOW!!
Technicians are dressed presentably and are respectful and patient with clients. Dealt with many HVAC companies over the years and by far 3G Heating & Cooling continues to blow me away with how customer friendly they are.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Memphis Sewer and Water was quick to respond, scheduled what we needed done in a very timely fashion and communicated immediately when the weather didn’t cooperate. We needed to close our septic system and connect to the sewer line which is a big job. They performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Technician that came out was rude and couldn’t fix my problem with the water heater. He couldn’t even tell me what was wrong. I called customer service and was told a manager would get right back to me and they never did. He also said tank was not leaking much but 3 hours after he left pan is full. I am also a member of the Happy Hiller club, I’m anything but happy.

Leaky outdoor faucet. Stopped leak with washer. Explained if recurs may need replacement which would be more expensive complicated fix. Grateful for easy fix . My husband hates plumbing and I would rather pay a friendly plumber that live with cranky husband. Thank you Culpeper.

Our technician Bobby was absolutely outstanding. He was very thorough when diagnosing and repairing our Central AC unit. I would definitely use this company again. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of AC repair.

With all of the cold weather I know every plumbing company in the mid south is completely covered up. A pipe burst in the wall and my kitchen was standing in water at 3am. I called United Plumbing Services and they sent someone so quickly and got the leak fixed. My service tech Rockie was amazing!!
