With all of the cold weather I know every plumbing company in the mid south is completely covered up. A pipe burst in the wall and my kitchen was standing in water at 3am. I called United Plumbing Services and they sent someone so quickly and got the leak fixed. My service tech Rockie was amazing!!

Nathan saved the day! I called 4 companies as my kitchen filled with water on a Sunday evening, but not one 24/7 emergency plumber was working. Then, I found United and thank goodness they actually have caring, knowledgeable employees, that are willing to work!

Great customer service..

My experience was not satisfactory. United Plumbing came out without providing a quote for services. When the price was finally provided (after the work was done) it was 50-75% higher than other similar plumbing outfits. The work was done incompletely causing my washer to back up and drain onto the floor. The drain was not completely cleared and they informed me that they would need to come back at an additional cost. The only follow-up I received was at 8am the next morning requesting payment for services (before I even had the chance to sit down at my desk and make a payment). If you intend to use United Plumbing you should - 1) make sure you get a quote up front 2) be there to ensure that they check fixtures for drain blockages 3) bring your credit card since they'll want you to pay immediately and before the work is properly checked 4) don't expect them to actually fix the problem.

Excellent service. United Plumbing are always professional and polite. We've had them fix several things in our home and install a new toilet. I highly recommend!
