The tech who serviced my annual A/C Tune-up was very prompt, professional, & used great communication skills. He performed a fantastic job!!!

I came across these individuals through my home warranty. They gave me a call on 05/11 and setup appointment for Monday 05/15 from 8am - 12pm. Waited all day, make a couple of phone calls and technician showed up at 5pm. Went up in the attic and open the unit to find out the evaporator coil covered in frost. Advised to turn the ac off and only run the fan for some time and said he will schedule and come back to do the diagnosis.I had to call back to get the next schedule and the visit came the following Thursday when I was at work. A different person showed up and went in the attic, opened everything and tested with some leak detector and concluded there is a MAJOR leak on the evaporator. He said we need to replace it and promised to report this as soon as possible and get it done.That evening a friend called and I was telling him what happened. He advised me to turn the unit back on and see, since the ice is gone it may help to cool down a little until it gets fixed. I went to turn the AC on and it won't turn on. Went to the attic to find out it was unplugged the cover was laying on the floor. Put that back together and turn it on and it seems to work fine.Went through the weekend without any issue and since I didn't get any call from either Best Care or the warranty company I make a call on Tuesday afternoon to the warranty company to find out Best Care never reported anything yet. They promised me they will get everything sorted out by Wednesday morning. Now it is past 2pm Wednesday, I called back to find out these people still didn't report on their findings. When I was writing this got a call from Best Care to ask me what model my unit is. You have technicians supposedly diagnosing the unit twice and you don't even know the model yet? I will leave it here for now I will update as we go from here. For now, my advice for anyone looking for service from this company is to stay away.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
