Jason and Dakota were excellent technicians and service men. They really new their stuff and answered any question I had. The entire team was professional and excellent.

DO NOT hire them for electrical work you have aluminum wIring. I took the wall plates off to straighten them because when they installed them they left them crooked and not flush with the wall and I discovered they had pigtailed the Aluminum wires to copper using twisters that weren't rated for Aluminum ( aluminum to copper ones are always purple these were red).

Also, I thought that all outlets in bathrooms had to be GFCI but they installed one that wasn't.
I don't have time to check up behind people I hire to make sure they are doing stuff up to code.
At least I found this issue before it burned my house down.

It is a shame too because it is hard to find electrians and other contractors that are as quick to respond as these guys.

We highly recommend Crowe Heating and Air. We had an entire new air conditioning system installed and the entire crew was very careful in covering our floors, and were so polite and helpful when going up and down in the attic and installing the outside unit as well. While we were waiting for the major installation, a Crowe staff person installed window units so that we could endure the 90 degree plus weather. They also provided a way to pay no-interest for two years. We could not ask for better service!!! Thank you!

I called them in the morning their sales person was out by the afternoon. He was very professional, and very thorough. And he knew what he was doing. They told me everything that I was going to get warrantees were on it and also I talked to an adjuster there and asked if I understood everything that was going on. I would highly recommend this company, not only are they professional, but they are right on it!

i used this company this thursday and they got in touch with when tech was on his way and then again when he came in the driveway. he went right to work and completed the servicing of my a/c system completely and then cleaned up before he asked for payment. he answered all my questions as i asked them quickly and completely. i will be using this company for all my a/c works. thats Taylor you the man

I had a clog in my sewage pipes, so I made an appointment with Rescue Your Air & Drain since they were able to fix clogs for me in the past. I was scheduled for technician to come between 10-2. I called at 2:30 because I hadn't heard anything from them. I was told the technician would be on his way soon. The technician did not show up until 5pm. He was not able to resolve the problem, so I was scheduled to have another technician come by with a camera to look through my pipes a few days later between 8-12. No one showed up in that window. I called at 12:45, and was told there was 1 client ahead of me. By 3:45 no one had shown up or called, so I called the office again and left a message. It's been 3 business days and I have still not heard from anyone. I can't believe a company would ghost a client like this. I eventually had to go with a different business, who was able to completely fix the problem within a few hours. If the problem was out of their expertise, they should have communicated that.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
