Mark the owner himself has the worst customer service and should understand how to talk and treat a customers tenant during a service appt. Very rude and demanding with no customer service skills AT ALL! I would NEVER recommend this business for service untill the owner Mark goes through customer service training and respects his customers! Fired them before the work so not sure even of the quailty of there work

We built a new house. Dave & Travis plumbed our entire home!! Two full kitchens, 4 full bathrooms, 2 master baths - 1 with full walking shower for 2, 1 large soaker tub, sump pump, 2 laundry rooms, outdoor spigots, 3 refrigerators with water/ice, Dave and Travis are friendly & personable! Both are very thorough & efficient and turn out quality work!! Ecellent installation, timing, products & service!! Highly recommend!

My furnace went out during the first cold spell of December, 2019. I called Cardinal and explained what happened and they were so kind and prompt to offer assistance. They had a tech come out that same afternoon to assess what options we had to fix or replace our existing unit. They were also able to work with some constraints that we had to ensure we had the least out-of-pocket expenses. Once we figured out the logistics of the replacement, they had my new furnace completely installed in less then a day. We have young child which was a concern for us given the cold temps that week. Greg Mair, not only checked in with us frequently along the way, he offered to bring us a few space heaters to get us by until the unit was installed. I am a Cardinal Heating member and will continue to be after this great experience. I can't imagine working with anyone else after this. What could have been a complete nightmare turned out to be a minor inconvenience. All the people involved were accommodating and kind and we greatly appreciate the stellar service. I used All Comfort for a repair to my water heater a few months back and just had to replace our entire furnace that failed on a Saturday afternoon. Hati (sales) was great to work with - super responsive, informative, and cared. With two small kids and being forced to stay at a family members house, All Comfort made our install a priority (over the weekend), and Mike/Jessie (install team) got the new unit installed by 2p on Monday. Sounds cliche, but i mean it when i say that the people at this company really seem to care. Will definitely be using them for all heating/cooling needs in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Luke replaced a 45 year old cast iron tub, valve, faucets etc with all new solid surface pan, shower stall walls, faucets, valve, shower and door. It was a fantastic up grade and he did it for a reasonable price.

Jim has worked on gas line and fixing showers for us. I think in lesser hands our showers would have been a total replacement rather than a repair. His gas line work went better than other plumbers who have worked on our gas line. He is a great plumber. All of the positive things people are saying are true.
