Thought we had an issue with our garbage disposal but it ended up being a clogged trap. Jake was able to diagnose and fix the problem in no time. Service was fast, thorough and clean. Jake also had a very calm demeanor which I imagine is helpful for people who are having a plumbing emergency. Our dogs (who were kept in a different room) usually bark the whole time when we have contractors in the house but they did not have a problem with him being there!

A leaky shut off valve under my kitchen sink. Jacob came in explained what he was doing. replaced l the valve also helpes me figure out the leak on the faucet. It was great service and very helpful. They were able to schedule someone to come out within a few hours of my call. Texted to let me know when they were 15-minutes from arrival, which I appreciated. Technician was friendly, professional and efficient. Fairly expensive for a 15-minute repair or a clogged toilet, but happy to have it fixed.

Allison was great getting back to me with information. The guys doing the water heater installations were very nice to work with. Not sure how to judge the craftmanship of installation and time will tell whether or not the Bradford White brand will have been a quality choice. The Rheem brand units that were replaced at our condo lasted 42 years but chances are that they don't make them like they used to. Fingers crossed!

Avid is working on my water softener and water heater. Not a great company. Walking around house no booties on shoes, didn’t take off shoes, not friendly, and shut the water off and didn’t say anything to me before they did it. Common curtsey would be to tell the tenant water was going to be shut off for x amount of time before doing it. Not impressed! I wouldn’t let them work on your house if it was me. Hopefully the end results are better than their customer service presence.

Fantastic service for a reasonable price!
I called Avid yesterday because of a leak where the water hose meets the toilet on our main floor. They were booked out for almost a week. When I explained that I’m dealing with a medical issue and need a working toilet on the main floor, they took note. At noon today they called and said they had a cancellation. The plumber, Collin, had the issue resolved in no time. He was so friendly and professional. This is our 3rd experience with Avid and I recommend them highly!
I have been working with Avid for over five years, and they are exceptional. They're honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and incredibly great to work with. Their owner is an upstanding person, and all around good guy. He has established without a doubt the best plumbing company in Dane County.

Over the past year I have had Avid Plumbing at my house 4 times. Each time they have been prompt, professional and informative. Both toilets in my home had parts or the entire inside of the tank replaced, my disposal was replaced, and my faucet leak was fixed and the faucet replaced. All the issues were resolved fully and I was happy with the service provided.
Got a water heater installed by them and they were very friendly and got the job done quick.

Saturday morning one of our pipe connections broke in the basement, quickly flooding the area before we could get the water turned off. I called several plumbers to replace the pipe and Avid was the first to respond. The service was within a few hours and reasonably priced! I'm very happy with them and will be using Avid in the future.

Ran into a problem with a refrigerator water line, and Avid (Roger, I think, was the specific person who came out) was there same day, about 3 hours after I called. Very forthright about our options to replace the line, and upfront with the estimate. Also helped with tweaking a problematic toilet. As long as Avid is around, I think we've found our go-to plumber.

We had two original old water heaters with one that was no longer working. It was a hot mess as you can see. They must have added a second water heater and moved the water softener to the front of them. I contacted a few different companies for estimates. I felt with Avid they responded well and gave multiple options with all cost options laid out.
They came in on scheduled day and wore done within scheduled time. I asked for water softener to be moved back so it would be next to the new 50 gallon water heater. We have super hot water! And any time we want it. Really wished we had done it sooner. Looks so much better.

Had a garbage disposal/sink issue where dirty water and chunks of food came running out from under the sink all over the floor and backed up into the other sink. Very nasty! We have a home warranty so they chose Avid for us and when I called to make an appt, they were able to come early the next day.
I don’t remember the man’s name who came but he was great! Worked hard and fixed the issue. He even made very sure the problem was cured and showed us what happened and how to avoid it in the future.
We will call them for any issues we have in the future.

We had Avid install a new tub/shower in our bathroom, and two new toilets installed as well. We only have one full bath in our home so we needed it done in one day, when they came out for the quote they assured us it would be. From the beginning everyone we worked with communicated great, was highly professional, and could tell they were knowledgeable. We did have a couple hiccups with back ordered items, but that is not the companies fault, it's a country wide issue, but they were quick to offer us other options that would work for us. I will go to them for all my plumbing needs from now on, they're also very reasonably priced. They do not do the drywall, but they suggested 3D Drywall, and they did a good job as well! Thank you guys so much, we love it!

Excellent job of installation. There was a small problem that they corrected immediately after notification of the problem.
Do NOT use Avid. We had drain issue. They sent a guy who got plumbers glue all over the bottom of our cabinet which totally ate away at it and destroyed it. We pointed it out and sent them pictures. We asked them to correct the issue and they gave us a run around. Not only did he ruin the cabinet but he screwed up the piping even more.
Jake fixed the problem asap. Gave good advice on how to prevent it from happening again.
Out of 3 plumbing companies that came to give us a quote, AVID was the ONLY company willing to do what was necessary to fix the leak in my crawlspace. The entire team was very responsive and timely. Great communication throughout the process. Quality workmanship. Colin was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend AVID!

Had a gas line installed through the ceiling of our basement for a new range, and also had our water heater replaced at the same time. Everything went smoothly, the workers were efficient and they cleaned up after the work was done. Couldn't have imagined it going any better!

Our water softener had been having issues for a long time but when our water heater started leaking we had to make the call. Avid had done work for us previously and we were very happy. This was no different. The tech came and we discussed our options. By the end of the day we had a new water heater installed, a new softener meter installed, and a very happy family with no more worries of waking up one day with no hot water and soft water again!

I woke up at 3am with water pouring out of the bottom of my water heater. After Turning the water off and calling to get quotes I choose them because one the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The day started off great! Had my list of things to do and headed to the basement. To my surprise, the main water supply line to the house sprung a leak...this could not wait until Monday to avoid the extra charges for emergent services.
I called Avid and within 1 hour, I had Andrew in the basement fixing the issue. Andrew was polite, to the point, and even texted his updates for arrival to my house.
The work done was excellent!
Thank you Avid and especially Andrew for helping me scratch one more thing off my Saturday to do list...although this one was not planned for.
So, water heater goes out on Sunday.I call them on Monday morning. They were out here before noon, by 2 o’clock I have hot water. I could not be more impressed! I'm so glad I found AVID Plumbing when I moved to Madison! I've used them to replace a Water Heater, install a water softener, replace shower faucets and replace a kitchen sink. They always do a great job. they explain the problem and what they had to do to fix it. They clean up the work site before they leave. And they're really pleasant to work with!

We hired Avid Plumbing to fix a leak from a 61 year old copper pipe leading to an exterior faucet which runs through an exterior wall. Their repair (a compression joint) has failed twice in the first year (once after a month and the second this past weekend) and they are now refusing to stand behind their work. They tell me (now) that this joint cannot or could not possibly be fixed because it could freeze. I did not decline anything they wanted to do nor did I tell them how to repair the problem - I would have paid them to do whatever they felt necessary so that my house would not flood. I also followed their suggestion, which included allowing airflow and heating the room (at the time the pipe failed the second time, it was 67° in the room). Instead, their decision is now my problem again as I have to look for a new plumber because of their arrogance and poor customer service.
Collin did a great job fixing an outside water faucet. He was friendly, he took the time to explain options, he answered my follow-up questions so I fully understood what the issue was and ways to fix it in addition to the cost of each option. I also liked that I got texts letting me know someone was on the way to my home. I would recommend Avid for plumbing services.
We found out about Avid Plumbing when we had a problem with our water heater and our home warranty company contracted them to fix it. We had a good experience, so we called Avid again when we had a leaking faucet, and then again to replace our old hose bibb and a bunch of old galvanized pipe. They were friendly, professional, and willing to answer lots of questions, and they never tried to upsell us.

The service was fine but they were expensive. I bought two bathroom faucets for the the plumber to install and they replaced a shutoff valve, cartridge for the kitchen faucet, and an exterior faucet. Three hours and over $1,000.

The city told us on a Friday that we needed a shutoff valve replaced so that they could replace our water meter. The city was coming back on Tuesday. I called Avid and they set up an early Tuesday appointment and sent Collin out to do the job. I'd asked for Collin to come early not realizing arrived he'd need to wait for the city to turn off the water from the street first. He arrived and coordinated with the city to get everything done and then waited. He did an excellent job and was quick and efficient. We've used Avid a few times and they're an excellent company to work with.

Working with Rob from Avid Plumbing was an incredible relief for us. We came home to a leaky main water supply valve at 11:30 PM on a Saturday night. As new homeowners, this caused a lot of stress and we didn’t really know what to do or if it constituted as an “emergency.” We called Avid Plumbing close to midnight and they put us through to Rob, who was super kind and talked us through some possible fixes to help us avoid the emergency dispatch fees. I purchased a new Speed Queen washer and wanted the faucets for the washer and drain for the laundry tub updated. This was my first experience with Avid Plumbing and I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue. Communication via email/text was amazing-meaning getting a date set to do the project was timely. Jake-my plumber arrived on time-gave me great options and then went to work. This guy is one efficient, plumbing artisan! I now love looking at my new faucets, nice drain assembly, and shiny copper pipes. I really did not like the old galvanized pipes and am most thrilled they are gone in that area.

They were very prompt and were at our home exactly when they said they would be. Friendly and quick service to swap out our old water heater for the new one we purchased. We did feel it was a little expensive but they did the requested work to meet our needs.

Avid has good employees; good referencing ability and attitude--the latter perhaps more important than the prior. Jared and Mitch were stars. Our problem had an emergency aspect to it in that it was large and sudden. It took a week and a half to finish the job but our home's plumbing was always functional at the end of the day. As for price, I was pleased. As for the quality of the work, pleased again and I'm NOT a novice. They are nice people to do business with.

I called Avid Plumbing for a quasi-emergency; one of our faucets kept leaking. Eric from Avid Plumbing came over right away to diagnose the problem, even though they had a full schedule; he fit me in anyways. He did a great job educating me on what the problem was and why it was so important to fix right away. Extremely pleased (again) with plumbing service from Avid. Just this morning, Brian quickly determined the cause of our drain stack leak (3 small holes from trim nails - oops!) and made the innovative fix/repair quickly (without removing drywall that'd have to be replaced). In addition, he swapped out our kitchen faucet much faster than what my wife and I could have done. Besides, he had the special wrench - and more importantly - the knowledge to make this change quickly. It probably would have taken my wife and I 4 hours after watching 10 youtube videos. Got referred to Avid by another place that no longer does service calls. Scheduled a timely call, couple days out. Polar vortex hit, couldn't make it, but kept me in the loop the whole time. Rescheduled. Had drywall starting to crack - leak?, tech couldn't find it. He came out showed me. Weird. Ok. Got charged, of course, but expected that. Hey, it's their time to come out. Few days later and leak was more noticeable - dripping from second floor bathtub down through drywall kitchen ceiling. Scheduled call. They told me tech called in sick. It was day before wife's birthday and she wanted to get back into her bathroom. Mine isn't as 'nice'. They said they'd make it happen. Eric, the owner, came out. Fixed my problem and worked out a credit from the first trip. Cleaned up the drywall mess, and leak is all fixed. Circumstances happen, I get it. Wife, not so much. They went above and beyond what I'd expect could have been a 'we'll get there tomorrow. We're booked and short staffed. Sorry' situation.

Our toilet tank cracked and needed to be replaced. They responded to my message quickly and were able to come out the next day. Art arrived early in the scheduled window and was able to get the new toilet installed in under an hour. He was professional and courteous, and answered a couple of questions that I had. We hired them to run a gas line in the kitchen and the technicians did great job. Very happy with their work. They were on time. They wore mask (COVID-19). They put a blanket on the floor to make sure floor won't get dirty. They vaccumed when they were done with the work. AVID was able to quickly schedule a visit for this work. The work was accomplished by a delightful young man named Collin who helped me work out issues with the retailer who sold me the toilet because parts that were missing for installation. Naturally, I had to get the missing parts and I had to pay for a return trip to complete the work. I was charged a additional nominal fee for the return visit that that the retailer who sold me the toilet agreed to cover. Collin discovered slow flow of the drain during installation and took steps to clear that out while he was here. Just one of those wonderful experiences with a service provider that one relishes.
We hired Avid to switch our home from LP to natural gas. Through that process we worked with Jason, Brian, and Bill. They were all great to work with. They were responsive and provided an accurate quote. They worked with us to find a water heater that would fit our needs and were flexible when additional work came up to fix it since they were there. I highly recommend working with this company.

Brian came out to bid on our plumbing requests. It took a while to get a response, but when they gave us the proposal, it was competitive. A few months go by and I’m ready to forward, the quote magically goes up 25% because it was bid a few months ago according to Brian. Now, they were higher than other offers and a typical bait and switch.

Eric (owner) runs an excellent business. They installed a tub and upgraded the plumbing for a bathroom renovation and it turned out great. They even fixed an issue with a shower trim I received from Delta. I would highly recommend Avid plumbing to anyone.

I cannot overstate how fantastic of a job Avid Plumbing and Jake in particular did. He was punctual and took the time to evaluate our situation in person - after we were told by another company who initially installed our water heater that we would need a full replacement. This is an odd review for me to write, but I can't recommend Avid Plumbing enough after the interaction I just had with them.
I was in the market for a new water heater as my old one is from 1994. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to replace my current water heater with another tank system or if I wanted to convert over to a tankless water heater system. Avid sent over Brian to walk me through the options and give me an estimate.
Brian looked over my current water heater and asked if I had any issues with it. I told him no, it was working fine for me, but I just figured it was time to replace it, given that it's nearly 3 decades old.
Brian then walked me through all of the pros and cons of a tankless system and then gave me his professional recommendation, which just floored me.
He recommended since my current water heater is having no issues and is operating safely, that I don't replace it at the current time and instead just monitor it. He further recommended that when it is time to replace, I go with a tank system as that will meet the needs of my household much better than a tankless would and for significantly less money.
So to recap, I was 100% ready to be upsold and purchase the more expensive tankless water heater option today, but Brian actually talked me out of making any purchase today, and steered me toward the less expensive option down the road as it will fit my family's needs better.
Brian's professionalism and honesty cost Avid Plumbing a sale today but it gained them a customer for a lifetime and I cannot recommend them enough to everyone else. It is so incredibly rare to find a person like Brian, or company like Avid Plumbing that will actually look out for the customer's best interest even to their own short term detriment. Avid Plumbing is truly a business you can trust.

Unfortunately the installing tech left without powering the furnace back on and didn't re-ignite the water heater. It makes for a very upset morning after waking up early to a cold house and a cold shower.
Avid was the only plumber in the area that came same day. I had a bit of an emergency and Avid was here when they said they would be. Jake did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and a very nice young man. I'll be using them for any problems in the future

I had the pleasure of working with Art, Keith, and Josh. Art was great explained what was going on and tested out the old unit explained how and where it failed. He helped explain how the new unit worked. He gave me great info on the water softener. Keith delivered the new unit flawlessly was very through. make sure to clean up afterwards.

I called Avid Plumbing and spoke with Patrick and explained my issue. This was on a Friday afternoon. He was able to get a fantastic plumber, Art to my house and found and repaired my leaking water line. We couldn't be more thankful and impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work in a timely manner.
They charged me $282 for a flush valve replacement. When I suggested that was too expensive, they said it was a fair price. They may overcharge.

Can't say enough about our appreciation for Avid. We had a dishwasher leak that required a replacement. They picked up the phone after normal business hours to take my info, called back promptly the next morning to schedule the appointment, and were there the next day first thing in the morning to complete the installation. In the process, they checked and fixed a leaky valve. Rob was super friendly and did a great job on the installation. We'd work with Avid again without question.
The tech came within the time frame and completed the job very efficiently. He replaced a tub faucet and now it works great. Jake was the tech and he did a great job.
Showed up on time and was very polite. He was very quick to identify the source of our leak and got right to work. He had everything fixed and back up running like new within 45 minutes tops! It was very impressive compared to some of the companies I’ve worked with in the past. 10/10 would recommend their services!!

I rarely give poor reviews but we are incredibly disappointed. After a great experience with Avid in the summer to replace our water heater we figured we'd reach out to them first for plumbing needs. We had someone come out to give us an estimate on September 22nd and it's been over a month with no response. I've called twice to make sure there wasn't a miscommunication and nothing. It would have been nice to at least get communication that they didn't want to do this project if that was the case. Now we are a month behind from where we'd like to be.
I appreciate the response. That is exactly why I called two different times to make sure there wasn't a miscommunication. I'm not sure how calling a third time will change anything. Just bummed, we know you guys do good work and we really wanted to work with you guys again.

Since purchasing this house in 2017, we have exclusively used Avid for all our plumbing needs and they have been nothing short of outstanding. Our latest experience was exactly that. First, Collin came out in response to our claim, repaired the water softener and went through our options with our failing water heater. We decided to go the tankless route, which is a little more extensive from a project standpoint, but within hours, Pam had a project plan in place and a time reserved on their schedule for us. When that time came, Rob and his trainee came out ready to work They were very friendly and did an outstanding and thorough job. All the runs look nice and their cleanup was top notch. I would (and have) recommend Avid to anyone.

We have had Avid perform a few of plumbing repairs for us over the last 2 years. Both while we were under a home warranty and also without. They are always responsive, available, and decently priced. I had an outdoor spigot changed out and it looks awful. I contacted Avid and they refused to do anything about it, saying I needed to contact them within 1-2 days of the repair. Check the work they do very carefully before you pay and plan to have someone else come out and check it too if you're inexperienced in plumbing.
Jake was super helpful & even faster at fixing our sink. He also educated us & helped save the cabinets under our sink from rotting.
Reached out to Avid Plumbing a few times for help replacing a gas water heater connected to a solar hot water system and was told they'd call me back. Instead of just telling me they weren't interested in the job, they never returned my calls with more information. Will not use Avid again.
Avid's Master Plumber Eric knows his stuff. His team replaced the water heater and laundry tub faucet and ran a gas line for a kitchen range. The work took half the time I expected it to take and it cost 20% less than I expected it to pay. And they left the job site cleaner than they found it. Eric made a loyal customer out of me.
Jason and Rob were a great help and got my issue fixed quickly which was very much appreciated.
Good work if you can afford it. We had a tub installed in October of 2018. I thought it was odd that it would take 3 guys to put a tub in a 5'x8' bathroom but whatever. Then they waited three months to send the bill and about a week after receiving the $900 bill they started calling every day for payment. $900 to put in a tub, connect a drain and install a mixing valve? ...let's just say we won't be using them again.

We've had numerous experiences with AVID given their relationships with the Home Warranty company. Sadly things have ended on a very sour note after repeat visits to attempt to fix the same problem. Without writing a book highlighted disappointments include:
-the problem not ever getting fixed.
-being charged the call out fee although they claimed they were waiving it
-no one ever answering the phone when i returned calls resulting in a game of phone tag every time.
-plumbers (even the owner!) repeatedly forgetting to turn back on the mains after repair work, leaving us on a Friday with water gushing out of our wall once we turned it back on after they'd left. Took them over an hour to return- meaning no water in our house for dinner/bath time.
-lack of communication between employees, who then went on vacation resulting in confusion and wrong parts being order and emergency trips to a home goods store.
-us being without a shower for two weeks do to the above miscommunication.
-telling us the day before that the warranty on one of our appliances was going to expire and promising to call back with an update before end of day so we could order parts, put in a claim to them if necessary. Then of course never following up with said call.
-promising to come back and sort the problem- but the root problem never actually getting sorted. we just got so frustrated we gave up.
Not impressed. I've spoken to numerous staff members, worked closely with Brian and even had the owner out to our house to clean up the mess one of his workers left. Still the issue could not be resolved, nor did there seem to be much of an attempt to do so. I'd go elsewhere for your repairs.

First experience with Avid was great. Very helpful on the phone when getting an estimate and was able to schedule with a couple days. They did 3 jobs for us, all of which look great. The plumber that came out was very professional and able to answer all of my questions. As a bonus, he was not just tolerant of my 5 year with a million questions, but patient, polite and answered them all!

TLDR: If you want plumbing done right, call Avid. We called them to help us attach a couple fridges to the water lines. Collin was our guy. He came early, was the most friendly person you could ever talk to, AND he was professional and super knowledgeable. He kept me informed on the progress (we had some trouble with some existing lines we wanted replaced), and took any and all questions I had in stride. This guy knew his stuff, and made me very happy I called. He was very up front on the cost and explanation on what needed to be done. Of all the service techs we’ve had perform work at our place, Avid has some of the best! Top 1%, hands down.

Avid is our go-to for plumbing. We have had numerous plumbing needs over the last few years (water heater, toilets, faucets, shower) and we are always impressed by the quality of service, problem-solving, and professionalism.
There was water under my water heater so I called Avid to replace it. When they got there they determined it was anhose between the softener and the heater that was leaking. So thankful for their honest and good work.

I have used them before for a problem with my water heater And they were great- this time I had some trouble with my shower handle. They were on time, quick, professional. The service tech, Art, Knew what needed to be done right away. One thing I really appreciated was that I got a heads up text 20 minutes before, with the service tech’s name in it. For safety reasons, I thought that was a nice touch. Overall recommend them!

First, it was very easy to arrange an appointment. Art Rodgers arrived on time, explained everything very well. Was very kind and efficient in his work replacing our old hook up to the refrigerator and installing new lines and a new shut-off valve. He also did an add-on and unclogged a drain. Wonderful work and excellent in his respect for us and safety issues with Covid. Both my wife and I really liked him and would recommend him and Avid Plumbing for any service. We had a great deal of plumbing work to do in response to concerns from the city about a renovation that the previous owner had done. Avid did an incredible job working with us, determining what needed to be done, and working with the city inspectors. Once the job was defined, they got us scheduled very rapidly, came and did the work, identified additional issues to resolve, and completed them extremely rapidly. This involved jackhammering our floor, replacing dozens of feet of pipe, getting the work inspected and finally re-pouring the concrete, all of which they accomplished in three days.
If you need plumbing services, call Avid, they will definitely take great care of you.
The technician was prompt and easy to talk to. Fixed the faucet with minimum necessary parts.
It was really nice they communicated with us via text with estimated time of arrival so we could get our dog comfortably and safely out of the plumber’s way. Thanks for the new water heater!

The tech was a nice guy. The work on my toilet wasn't done well.
They charged $170 to put a new flush valve on. And I was Ok with it because I'm busy as hell. But I'm not Ok with having to reconnect the valve to the valve post the next morning because he didn't connect it properly and it had completely fallen apart down inside the flush valve kit.
Not pleased I had to fix it less than a day later. Super lame.
They solved a preexisting problem that took some determination to figure out. They also installed and removed a water softener. We have used Avid Plumbing multiple times and have been happy with the employees and the work.

We had them come replace an outdoor water faucet. They were great to work with throughout the whole process from scheduling and completing the work at our house. Avid Plumbing installed a new, low flow toilet for us today, fixed a leak in the water shut-off valve to the same toilet, fixed a leaking bathroom faucet and replaced the drain to the bathroom sink. The total cost, not including the toilet purchase, installation and disposal (which was also quite reasonable), was $59. The work was done quickly and I am very happy with the results. I was able to schedule the service within one day. Avid's plumber, Andrew, provided expert service and arrived right on time. Kudos to this business. I'll definitely use them again.
We were former Prestige customers, which was acquired by Avid. This was our first time using Avid and I was pleased with every aspect of our recent service. We called over the weekend with a non-urgent matter, were called back promptly on Monday and were fit in on the same day. We have used Avid several times since f into our home 2 years ago. We met them several times after claims on our homeowners policy. Because of their excellent work we have called them for extra services as we upgrade our home. Avid staff came promptly this morning and installed a new sink, and reset a toilet after our bathroom remodel. They went the extra mile to add stability to the toilet install that was missing.

I’m a pretty patient guy, but Avid has left me without a shower for over 45 days and I’m at my wits end.
They have come out several times to work on it, leaving my upstairs bathroom a mess each time they leave, staining some of my hand towels, and repeating the same work over and over due to their apparent inability to communicate with one another.
They also have terrible communication with me, the client, as I have needed to be the one to reach out out after each time they leave. They promise someone will be in touch, but nobody ever calls.
I mean…. How difficult can it be to fix a leaky shower head? There is no way it should take a month and a half!
Update: I think it’s pretty instructive about how they do business that their response to my review is essentially them waxing poetic about how inconvenient it is that I asked them to do their job. Additionally, I’d like to add some other fun facts about this experience:
1. The forged a signature on the invoice, saying that I agreed to the services and the associated charges when I didn’t.
2. They billed me for a problem they didn’t fix. I wrote a $325 check to a different company they referred me to to fix that problem.
3. After writing this review, they refused to warranty their work even though it says they offer a 2 year warranty for all jobs on their website.
🤷🏻♂️ do what you want but these guys have an ego the size of Trump’s and a similar disposition, too.

We first used Avid for after-hours support when our tenants' toilet was overflowing. They were quick to respond and gave really clear options to help keep our costs down. We called them back again to cap water pipes for a kitchen that was being removed on our property. We have a 100 year old house that's been added on to over the years so our plumbing is a hodge-podge of fixes and add-ons over the years. While it took two visits to ultimately achieve what we wanted, Avid was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took pains to educate us about what they discovered and help us understand what adjustments they made. Not to mention, they cleaned up as they left. We'll definitely be calling Avid again for our next need.
