I have used Cooper Plumbling in the past. This morning I discovered a water leak coming off of my water main inlet to the house. I called Cooper Plumbing in a panic. Brandon took the time and stayed on the phone with me. He walked me through a temporary repair until we can get him scheduled for a replacement. I appreciate Brandon’s time, thoughtfulness and help. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing.

Run, don’t walk away from this company!! We have had nothing but an awful and unprofessional experience. We basically had to harass Brandon to even get a crew out here after getting the initial bid. Then the job was 90% done, paid in full, and we had one part we were waiting for to finish the drain on our double vanity. Again it took 3 phone calls (no response) to the owner’s cell phone and answering service, countless emails (no response) and texts to get even a response (finally after almost 2 months) from Brandon regarding finishing the job. He then told us (2 months after the initial text from me), that he would charge us to come back out and that this would not be included in the original bid. After stringing us along for more than 2 months, we are now contacting another plumber to finish Brandon’s work. The fact that we were treated so poorly by the owner of the company speaks volumes about how he does business. Cooper plumbing is unprofessional and does not respect your time. There are so many more reputable companies out there. Do yourself a favor and don’t give Cooper Plumbing the business. There is no way they will stay in business treating customers this way.

The owner was pleasant, efficient, and on time. Easy to communicate with. Coming back to install a water closet.

Cooper plumbing came out fairly quickly to look at what needed done. He seemed professional and showed me what he'd recommend on his phone. Then I was told I would get an email with an estimate and the number of a contractor. After about 6 phone calls and 3 emails I have never been acknowledged. I leave messages and they're ignored. This last time I tried calling, the voicemail said it was full so I'm assuming it's not just me. Even just a simple response that he can't get to it right now would be appreciated. It has been a month now of not being able to get a hold of this company, so I will be moving on.

We were grateful he was able to fit us in when we had an emergency. Job well done.

I called Brandon at Cooper Plumbing because they had good reviews. We had a serious leak in a pipe in our home and they made a point to fit us in right away. It's not easy to find contractors, plumbers, electricians right now as they are so busy. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. We used Cooper Plumbing to replace a water softener. We are on well water and were having some hard water issues, and Brandon went the extra mile to customize our water softener settings. He also fixed our master bath shower and sinks(temperature issues) and mudroom sink (pressure issue. Brandon is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and professional.

We have used other companies in the past and have had continued issues. We will only use Brandon and Cooper Plumbing moving forward and highly recommend them!

Cooper plumbing is an excellent choice for all your plumbing needs. I wanted an additional water meter put into my basement so I wouldn't get charged from the city for sewer costs when watering my yard or washing my vehicle. Brandon came in and added the additional piping that was needed. Unfortunately how Brandon set up the additional piping was incorrect for the city of Mt Horeb. I phoned Brandon and explained the situation and without any argument Brandon came back to the house the next day and replaced the current set up with the set up that was approved by the city of Mt Horeb and all for no extra cost. Additional, and why I am giving Cooper Plumping 5 Stars is because the same day Brandon was in my home adding the additional piping for the second water meter, I had a heating company installing a gas line for a new gas stove. The gas was shut off so the pilot light under my water heater was no longer lit. I assumed because Brandon was working on the water lines that he was the one that responsible for the lack of hot water. I phoned Brandon late into the evening and he informed me that he did not tamper with the water heater but because the heating company would have shut the gas off, they must have forgotten to turn the pilot light back on. Brandon spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me via face time through our iPhones and walked me through how to reignite the pilot light so we would have hot water again. This service was way above and beyond as Brandon was not at fault but still took the time to walk me through how to get the pilot light back on so we wouldn't be without hot water.
I definitely recommend Cooper Plumping as the service was absolutely outstanding!

My DIY project did not turn out as planned on a Saturday and needed help, especially since the water was turned off and ALL plumbers but Cooper were closed on a Saturday. My situation would of meant no water in the home until Monday if Brandon had not responded!

Brandon called and then promptly addressed all my issues and concerns. He was responsive, gave great advice for future projects and saved my day! He even helped with follow-up questions I had right away!

I can tell you, being one of the top 15% Google reviewers in the Midwest, I am going to use Cooper Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on just by this one interaction! He takes pride in his work, helped someone in desperate need, and never laughed at me (ha ha) for the work or mistakes I had done! Definitely will use again!

Brandon came to my house to diagnose my water heater and quote the install of a new one. After looking at my unit he determined that my electric heater simply needed new elements. He then spent nearly an hour explaining how this is a job I could complete myself and showed me what I would need to do. He left without a new job but definately a new customer! The least I could do is give him a 5 star review!

Oh yeah...his quoted price for the job, when we still thought I may need a new heater, was very fair and he took the time to explain my options.

These guys have been around for years and you can see why! Prompt excellent customer service and you can always count on them to be reasonable and honest. No matter the issue they can do it. Cooper will always be my go to for plumbing needs.

Brandon was great. He responded quickly to us, and completed the work on time and professionally at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use this business again if and when we need more work done.

Brandon and Cooper Plumbing were great! The answering service took my information and Brandon called back a little while later. He fixed the issue with a stuck cartridge, explained the what can cause it, and gave me some good tips for checking for leaks in the future.

Brandon from cooper plumbing was so wonderful! We had an unexpected leak in our bathroom remodel. He was able to come out the same day and fix it. While he was there, we asked about a toilet installation and he said he would have time to do that if we wanted. We took him up on that offer and we’re impressed with how fast he was!

I called Cooper Plumbing 9 days ago. Left a voicemail describing a somewhat urgent issue. They never called back. In the meantime, their competitor got someone out right away, fixed the issue, and gained a loyal customer. Cooper Plumbing lost.

I contacted Cooper Plumbing to install a dishwasher in my kitchen which did not have one in it before and hook up a water line for my refrigerator. They made it extremely easy to set up a time and arrived right on schedule, even though I live way out in the country!! They installed the dishwasher and hooked up the water line in no time, and I was very happy with their level of professionalism and service.

Cooper Plumbing is my go-to plumber. Friendly, professional and they have amazing workmanship. Brandon and his crew are excellent at explaining the problem along with the fix needed. As a bonus, I often come away with more knowledge about caring for my home. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Called for a quote. We agreed on a meet time he showed up 1 hour late No worries I was happy he showed up so I still paid $250 without having any work done. I followed up 4 different times via text and phone call For someone to come back for another quote since we made progress and he never got my email. I was left waiting in limbo 2 days in a row. Called to follow up and was sent right to voicemail. Left 2 voicemails and 2 days later still no response.

Maybe they do good work but I wouldn’t know because the punctuality and communication is poor.

Had a new water heater and water softener installed a week ago by Cooper Plumbing. They were very personable and knowledgeable. I called on a Friday evening when my water heater was overheating and overflowing water onto my basement floor. Brandon was out 8am Saturday morning with a new heater for me. Installed in about an hour and a half. Everything has worked great since. Prices are very reasonable and best of all they're a locally owned family business. I definitely recommend Copper Plumbing and they're highly ranked on Angies list as well.
