Jim is the BEST! Over the last few years, Jim has done a ton of work for us, in various locations around the house, and every single time he is: 1) reliable & on time, 2) the nicest person you've ever met, 3) super efficient, 4) a wizard at explaining things in ways that make sense to everyone, 5) a master at his craft, doing the absolute best, most solid work of any contractor I know. His prices aren't cheap, but very reasonable, and his responsiveness, faultless work, and kindness/patience make Jim 100% worth hiring, without question.

We had a wonderful experience with Jim's Plumbing. We were doing our kitchen remodel on our own, but needed an experienced plumber to move/add some water lines for our new dishwasher and fridge, hook up our faucet and garbage disposal, and move our gas line for our cooktop. Jim was very thorough when he came over over to quote the work. We ran in to issues where we had to push out Jim coming over to do the work (no fault of his, all with us doing the project ourselves), and it was very easy to work with Jessica to move the time for Jim to come. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend Jim's Plumbing for any and all plumbing work! We will definitely use them again in future projects.

We have used Jim’s Plumbing LLC many times over the past couple years. Jim is kind and easy to work with. He has worked on bathrooms, outdoor plumbing, gas lines, and more for us and every repair has worked and held up beautifully. You won’t find a better plumber in or around Dane county.

Jim is very responsive when setting up the appointment. He’s incredibly upfront and honest in his assessment and billing. He does the work quickly and with great skill. And to top it off, he’s a super friendly guy. Jim is also incredibly safe when it comes to Covid precautions. He did not step once on our floor. Jim's Plumbing is wonderful! Jim is thorough, quick, detail-oriented, and personable. He told us history and information about the water table/pressure in our neighborhood and was very knowledgeable when working on our older home. We had him work on two of our bathroom remodels and won't use anyone else. Jessica handles the business end of things and she's been wonderful to work with too. We are happy to support a family owned business and will continue to use them in the future. They have our full trust and backing!

Excellent service! We've had Jim over twice. Once to fix a few slow leaking pipes in our basement, and another time to run a water line through our garage to the outside and install a new spigot. Super nice guy, very sincere. Prompt email responses and scheduling. Easy to recommend!

We have used Jim's Plumbing LLC multiple times for our 40+ year old house. Jim is the consummate professional. Arriving when on time, including during emergencies, and concluding his work within an appropriate amount of time. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any plumbing needs.

Jim has worked on gas line and fixing showers for us. I think in lesser hands our showers would have been a total replacement rather than a repair. His gas line work went better than other plumbers who have worked on our gas line. He is a great plumber. All of the positive things people are saying are true. He's very friendly, very reasonable, and very good.
