RHD remodeled my shower (Removing fiberglass insert, moving a wall into my closet, re-plumbing and remodeling the closet wall) every single person on the staff that entered my Home was kind, prompt, considerate, and very knowledgeable. Kali was outstanding researching so many options and promptly answered every email. Daily clean up and at project end exceeded my expectations. If you use RHD you will find extraordinary customer service lacking in many businesses today.

Initial call for a plumbing issue I couldn't resolve, Dan came fixed and finished connecting drain.
Two weeks later I had a leak in the soil pipe, Dan came again, fixed the issue along with preventative maintenance of replacing 3 more sections of horizontal piping 65-70 years old.

Excellent service and job, but the rest of the experience left much to be desired. Sent a invoice after more than a month with a PAST DUE and labor charges for 3.5 hours of work, which was actually 1 hour of work. They corrected it to 1.5 hours, but the whole experience with the charges negated good work the team did.

I never received a call back about my request for repairs to two faucets.

I could not be more satisfied with the service and professionalism of RHD Plumbing. They installed an RO water filtration system and a tankless water heater for me. The team was so curtious and kind from the support staff to the installers. I would highly recommend RHD Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

Okay, quick update on the plumbing situation. We were contacted by RHD plumbing recently, apparently the company changed ownership or management since we had our work done. The manager asked if they could come out to see if they could remedy the problems we had with our work.

A tech came out and assessed the install on our hand sink, and agreed that it should have had some blocking behind before mounting. They offered to remove, install blocking, repair drywall and reinstall the sink at no charge. The work was scheduled at a time that was convenient for us (we could not have the restroom closed over the weekend) and completed as promised.

I had some difficulty deciding what to change the rating to. Do I average the old rating and the new one? That really didn't seem fair to the new management. In the end, I'm as impressed with the service we've received as I was disappointed with the initial process, so I've updated our rating to a 5. I appreciate the management at RHD reaching out and remedying the issues we had with the initial install, over two years after we had our work done.

We had RDH plumbing do the build out on our cafe on Williamson St. and struggled to keep them to their original timeline. The work seemed to start and stop rapidly, with the plumbers leaving projects incomplete for days and sometimes weeks on end. Communication with the office and plumbing staff is difficult - I had the experience for leaving multiple messages with the office staff over a number of days without a returned call.

Since the work was completes we've had a few problems with the plumbing, such as our open site drying up and letting sewer gas into the building, as well as the bathroom sink pulling away from the wall.

We chose RHD plumbing based on their reasonable estimate and timeline. Unfortunately they only kept to the cost estimate, and delays in plumbing finish work as well as poor quality of work left us very disappointed.

Hi RHD- Thanks for replying to my review. It's unfortunate that with the purchase of the business you've also acquired the past problems and reviews. I'll post a shot of our lavatory hand sink - installed by RHD plumbing about 30 months ago and is practically falling off the wall. If you're sincerely interested in earning back our business, remedying this issue would be a great place to start.

RHD Plumbing is by far the best company I have used. I had a walk in shower installed, The entire crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very helpful on any questions I had. RHD finished on-time they cleaned up after themselves each day, they are very dependable and fair priced. I'd use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job RHD Plumbing

I set up my walk-through with Kari for 4/21. Brian came out to take all the measurements and said we'd have our quote in a few days. Seven days went by without any communication from the company and I sent an email to Kali on April 28th, asking when we'd get the quote. She replied, stating she'd have it back from the contractor tomorrow. It has been a month and I never heard from them again. This company is definitely NOT reliable, honest or professional and I would NOT recommend them to anyone I know.

We had multiple toilets, the kitchen sink, and a hot water heater replaced, and both times the plumbers were on time, professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful with some other questions we had, and took pride in their work. I would definitely recommend this company anytime you need plumbing done.

We had all of our copper pipes replaced with Pex, new water softener and Big Blue filter installed. Not only did the team did a really nice job, but they helped advise us on what we should do (with adding knowledge about softeners and the water in the area that we didn’t have).

We would have them back and recommend them.

I had an emergency situation late Friday night of a holiday weekend. The plumber stopped Saturday morning and fixed the problem. It was a quick fix and I was so grateful that he was able to stop before heading out of town for the holiday. I received a follow up phone call this morning. AWESOME, AWESOME Customer Service!

Price quoted was significantly lower than others, system was installed quickly and they cleaned up everything before leaving.

A new water heater was installed in our home a few weeks ago. It was quickly and efficiently installed and the installation was explained thoroughly. I highly recommend their service. It was excellent in all ways.

Came on time and performed professional job

We first met RHD plumbing when we did a major kitchen and bathroom renovation. They soon became our go to people: good advice, good products, timely, fairly priced, very responsive via email and/or phone. Even small things get the same attention to detail. When our quiet close easy clean toilet seat needed to be replaced, they searched and searched to find a replacement. The model that I had was no longer available and the new model required a change of hardware. I have severe arthritis and no tools or skills. They totally understood. RHD was terrific and sent a service person to my home to install it the very next day.

They bent over backwards to get us taken care of because another company had bailed on us. They made sure that we got in asap. Our plumber, arrived, got right underway and had us all good to go in about 30 mins. We will definitely be calling them again for future needs.

They did a great job on the repair. They charge $200/hr labor for home repairs at a location less than 2 miles from their offices. I would go back, if not for the price.

We were very impressed with Craig, who did all the work at our house during several sessions. His work was highly professional, efficient, clean, and organized. This left us very comfortable with the plumbing changes required for our project. After his first visit we requested that he come back for the rest of the work. You have a great employee.

Called RHD for an emergency repair after our shower faucet wouldn't turn off. The gal I spoke to initially was very kind and tentative to my concern and said an on-call tech would be getting a hold of me shortly. Soon I got a call from the technician, I explained what was going on and he made a great suggestion to hold out until the morning if we could, to save a lot of money on an emergency visit. We did just that and I'm glad we did. Taylor, their technician that came in the morning was great! He was very personable, quick and knowledgeable. From beginning to end my experience was great and we will call again if needed.

Dina is the CEO, and still took time out of her day to talk and discuss a project with an everyday ordinary customer. Now that's Awesome!!!!!

Tried to have service done for a leaking tub drain. Was given a window of 8AM-12PM for arrival. At 2PM I called to check the status as no one had arrived or contacted me about the late arrival. Weather was rough with snow, but I'm pretty sure the phones were still working. Will not look to use them again or recommend them. I hoped with new ownership things would have changed, but I guess that's not the case.

I am more than capable of making the repair myself, but time is hard to come by. I guess I will make the repair myself for around $30 and save a few bucks in the process.

Living in Stoughton I try to support local businesses as much as possible, but so many make that difficult, I will include RHD in that group now.

Faucet was failing. Decided to replace kitchen faucet, soap dispenser, drinking water dispenser and air gap, all to update and match. I looked up examples of what we may be interested in. Stephanie took it from there, put together a proposal of pieces. No small task with today's supply chains and inventory challenges. High quality, matching with no additional effort on our part. It turned out exceptionally well! The technician was also excellent. Professional and personable, The air gap was still in shipment, he made a special trip to deliver/install it the day before Thanksgiving. All went well, smooth, high quality!

RHD was able to work with us on the multiple phases of our bathroom remodel. They were able to interface in a timely fashion as other steps of the project were completed. Tasks were not made out to be a bigger deal than they were. That was appreciated.

I contacted RHD Plumbing for a clogged pipe in our kitchen, after finding them on Google. After gathering other estimates, we chose to RHD Plumbing based on their price and that they seemed knowledgeable and friendly over the phone. Shaun took the time to thoroughly discuss our situation with me; finding out what the problems were that we were experiencing, what may be the cause, and creating and explaining a plan of attack well before having a technician come out to our home.

The day of the service call, Dan was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem, recognizing what needed to be done, and quite frankly, had our best interests in mind as to what should be done, instead of what could be done. I strongly feel that anyone else in that situation could have easily recommended the most expensive solution as the only solution, but instead we received the fairest and most honest assessment from our technician.

Even though this is my first experience with RHD Plumbing, I highly recommend this company because the people who work there seem to care about the work they do and the reputation they have locally. I found them to be fair, honest, knowledgeable and capable of not only being able to do their job, but also wanting to put enough care into a job in a way that would matter a great deal to any homeowner. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future again, should the need arise.

RHD plumbing did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. They were easy-going, professional, and easy to talk to. Dan (our RHD staffer for the day) really took the time to kindly explain what he was doing, why, and how we could maintain our plumbing for sink/disposal on our own. He left with us feeling educated about what was in our home and what we could look for should something go wrong. He made a point to say nothing should go wrong- but just in case- he has us prepared! He took the time to explain that RHD tries to go above and beyond for every customer really wanting you to get the value you pay for. Months later- everything is still great and we highly recommend!

An employee of yours showed up at 6am to a residential construction site disturbing the neighborhood. Code prohibits construction or repair work, except in emergencies, between 9pm and 7am and seeing as its a new home being built I doubt there was an emergency. You have 14hrs to legally perform work at the site each day, do your work then.

I built my house 16 years ago and now I find out the pitch is not right on my pipes. I have 3 drains with problems. The kitchen sink is the worst. We tried plunging and plunging and nothing works. Now we are going to have to call a plumber. You think Dvorak plumbing would come back and fix their screw up for free? I doubt it. I am frustrated now. I don’t think 16 years is old for a house. I was told I was lucky it didn’t back up sooner than now. I would think I wished it would have years ago in order for them to come back and fix it.

RHD lived up to their name with all our plumbing needs, including installing plumbing from stubbing in our basement along with a toilet and sink, plus new toilets and all the faucets / fixtures in both upstairs bathrooms and kitchen. A second visit to replace the sump pump also went smoothly. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!

Wow! I just got chewed out over the phone because I was calling for help and I guess I wasn’t specific enough about whether I wanted service right now or another day. I’m not sure how their service people act but if they are anything like the lady who answered the phone then there is no way I would use this service. Customer service people.

Highly recommend RHD Plumbing. They installed an RO system (Reverse Osmosis) and a heat pump on our water heater. Very professional, quality work and timely communication with quotes and appointments. The plumber, Dan, took the time to explain how it works when finished installing. They also did all the work in our new home, very pleased.

Honestly these are the people you want to call! I've called them on multiple occasions and I have never been disappointed!! I have honestly been sick as a dog on the couch and the guy came in without waking the kids or even bothering me fix my issue and left. I've even gotten advice late at night because I was worried we might blow up... they assured me we wouldn't and had a specialist call me in the morning and someone to my house by 9 a.m. (also we didn't blow up just as promised!!) I will definitely call these guys again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services in my future.

RHD Plumbing recently performed repair work at my home and did an excellent job. They have done plumbing work for us for a number of years. Recently, they repaired our hot water heater. They determined the problem and explained the repair very well. Both the customer service person and the plumber were very helpful, polite, and professional. I had a sump pump that rattled and shook every time it went off when it rain. I was secure in the knowledge that it was working because it kept me up all night. Now with my new quiet sump pump and the battery backup system I don't even hear it.

RHD coordinated with our granite people to remove an old faucet and install a new one. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. We will absolutely call them again if we have any plumbing issues.

I was happy to have RHD install a dishwasher for me. I purchased the dishwasher from another company whose name starts with an S and ends with🌽s. Their install team, third party, was a nightmare, twice a no show without ever contacting me. RHD Plumbing remodeled our entire bathroom earlier this year. While there were some logistical challenges due to covid, they met their timelines and were very courteous to work with. Kali was especially helpful in coordinating the project, and their construction team did a fantastic job. Good service on water heater install.

However, don't expect them to work on your crawl space. After begging to get a plumber to rule out any leaks, the guy didn't even go in the crawlspace. Just looked in it, and said Yup, no leaks. Complete waste of time. Wouldn't even do a pressure test. After complaining directly to managers, I was told there is nothing they could do. Good thing their competition completed the work they refused to do. Again, complete waste of time.

I’ve worked with RHD many times to fix various items. They are always on time, professional, helpful, clean and courteous! I would highly recommend.
