We used their services for installing a new gas line in our kitchen and their response was prompt. TJ was a pleasure to work with and his team did a phenomenal job. Everything was explained clearly and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

These guys do a very nice job, they are very professional and good at answering any questions, and they have by far the best prices of the various companies I called. They also went above and beyond replacing my water softener by flushing out the hot water heater for no extra charge. I would highly recommend their services to friends, family, and strangers!

(Town of Middleton, Cherrywood area) Prestige quoted a considerably lower price than other plumbers. They demo'd and removed our old shower/tub alcove (5 ft width) module and installed a new acrylic tub (American Standard Ovation) that I bought from Home Depot. We'll be tiling above the tub. The tub was a real challenge. The bottom two skids that support the tub were horribly out of plumb requiring modification of the supporting stringers and shimming the apron front. They did an amazing job and it turned out perfectly. Top marks from us.

The plumbers that work for Prestige are just like Travis - perfectionists. Everything they do works correctly and they always take the time to improve & streamline the water flow in and out of the house. When they are done, everything is cleaned up - wouldn’t even know they were their.

Overall response and installation was very good.

These guys were great. Had a water heater replaced in 48 hours. They came highly recommended and delivered. I will continue to use them moving forward...I would encourage you to do the same!

HIGHLY recommend Prestige for your plumbing needs. I called them due to their good reviews & location near my home when I realized I would need some reconnecting once our new sink and countertops were installed. TJ came to my home within 1 hour of that initial phone call to ensure my new sink would fit properly in the cabinet space below & that the reconfiguration of piping would work. When the counters were being installed by a different company, they had a question about how the plumbing was going to be reconfigured & where to drill hole for the air gap. I wasn’t sure so I called Prestige and spoke with Derek, who was very helpful and was able to have one of their plumbers stop by my house within 10 minutes to confirm placement with the counter company of holes to be drilled. And, they of course did a great and quick job reconnecting everything once our project was done. Thank you and keep up your great business. It’s so wonderful to know of a company you can truly rely on!

TJ arrived and was very professional and clean given the pandemic. TJ wore a mask and was respectful for space. TJ never stopped working. I needed my water line fixed at the fridge as well as a couple tubs re caulked. He went from one job to another and never wasted his or my time. TJ constantly worked until all jobs were completed and he was happy with the outcome. Our family will certainly use again.
