I've had work done in my house before by plumbers that didn’t hold up and I’ve had to have it redone! Once the faucet leaked all over my kitchen and ruined the floors and cabinets! The only plumber I trust to do it right the first time and not over charge me is 4 Lakes Plumbing! Steve will tell what you need and what you don't need along with the prices up front and they never charge a trip charge! I love that they are a family run company. It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

Echoing other people's complaints. I used Triggs twice and never again. They billed me twice for the same visit and threw in the truck charge which is truly exorbitant. The service call for 5 minutes of work was expensive enough.

So, what you need to understand is we're on our third whole house remodel. And up until now we've done all the work ourselves. But sometimes you just NEED a professional. That's why we called in the guys from Benjamin Plumbing. What would have taken us ages they did in just about an hour. Thank you! You guys are the BEST!

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

I had an emergency and needed my main drain line cleared right away. Mark's came out that same day and sent the most amazing plumber I have ever worked with named Jake. He was able to use the main stack rather than charging to pull and reset the toilet so he wouldn't have to charge me as much - I was told by other plumbers that they Had no other choice than to pull the toilet - he was professional and kind and cleared a root filled line throughly. He talk to me about setting up annual routing until we can replace the line. PLUS he left the area he worked in clean even after an hour long routing job! Total cost was lower than I had been charge for the same routing issue in the past. I was surprised with how low the cost was when I got same day service! I will call them for every plumbing issue I have going forward.

What an amazingly positive experience with this company! From the after-hours person who took my call, to the office dispatcher, and finally the technician who came to my home. All were professional and helpful! I called for what was a non-emergency situation but unlike other companies I called they had a tech at my home in 1 hour after my call, not 3 or 6 weeks like the other companies were quoting me. The technician was very helpful and professional. I will definitely call them again for any of my future technical needs!

Very fair, honest, knowledgeable, prompt company. I've had Tom C do electrical for me -- he's great. He installed a ceiling fan, added an outlet for a sump pump, and installed four recessed can lights in the dining area. All work was excellent and he provided a lot of guidance since I definitely didn't know what I wanted. I will use them again!

Your plumber Rodney is amazing! I've been working with him on a few of our plumbing projects and he has been amazing to work with. He's super responsive, friendly, professional, and always does an incredible job. We will continue to always request Rodney as he really sets the bar high!

I was really happy with the timeliness of the service that was received as well as the customer service overall. The experience setting up the appointment was prompt and accommodating. The service tech that arrived was incredibly nice and honest. Service that was needed took the amount of time that was expected which was around 15 minutes. The price was also fair in comparison to other estimates that were received. Overall I was very pleased with the experience, and will be keeping them in mind for future needs for my home.

Had them plumb a new 1/2 bathroom in a closet for us, and I couldn't be happier. Lucas was prompt, very professional, and extremely reasonable with his pricing. Trevor was even kind enough to bring in my boxes delivered while they were working. I'd absolutely hire them again!

The crew that comes out every year for annual sewer/drain cleaning is the best! They are friendly, professional, informative and the work they do has ended previous problems I had with sewer backups due to tree roots in the line.
