Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Madison WI

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

My hot water heater was only 4 years old and Ken came to see if it could be repaired. It needed to be replaced and Oasen had it replaced with a quality h ot water heater the same day. And quality workmanship. I would highly recommend Oasen plumbing.

Background: My drainage backed up into my tub and toilet. I do have tree roots in the drainage line.

The immediate drainage issue was taken care of, but I felt the experience was a bit more frustrating than I would've liked to expect. To be fair, my 1950s era house with all the 1950s plumbing quirks was most certainly the main instigator (not only with the backed up drainage line, but also with the frustrating experience with the service I received).

After four weeks, I started having issues again. With the two days and several hours worked on my drainage line, I would also liked to have expected more answers into what exactly my issues are.

Dave Jones was awesome! We called with an air conditioning issue knowing it was about to be in the 90s and they showed up next day and fixed it. Our service rep was timely, nice, and knew exactly what to do. Would recommend! This is the third time we have called Dave Jones and they’ve always been wonderfully helpful and expedient.

Live in a new home (less than a year) and was having a problem with the main drain. After calling and 2 minutes of investigating the problem was fixed. Typically don’t leave reviews but this one is needed. My plumbing problem was fixed over the phone, that’s amazing.

We have used Oliver's Plumbing, Ron, for our home plumbing repair/updates for years. During that time his service was spot on. For the past month we had 4 firm dates to replace fixtures from him. The first was for July 7th. Excuses included, had to cancel to do emergency water heater replacement - which we understood as our project was not an emergency. The next excuse was he forgot to put the fixtures in his truck and it would take too long to drive back to New Glarus to get them. Today, August 10, 2023, 15 minutes before he was to arrive he called to cancel, his truck broke down. The only excuse he has not used is the dog ate the fixtures. If I were to take a stab at identifying the problem, I would say he is retired and does plumbing as a hobby and for a little spending money. Trust me, this is not the Ron Oliver you knew. Add Not Reliable Don't hire this guy!

Jim has worked on gas line and fixing showers for us. I think in lesser hands our showers would have been a total replacement rather than a repair. His gas line work went better than other plumbers who have worked on our gas line. He is a great plumber. All of the positive things people are saying are true. He's very friendly, very reasonable, and very good.
