Was quoted $99 over the phone. They spent 20 minutes in the house and hit my credit card for $280. I called to discuss. They said they would follow up Monday morning...8 days later still no call back.

Seriously? Offer 24 hour service but does not accept phone calls.

I called after 2pm on a Monday, Best Buy installers just had been here an hour previous to install a water line and refrigerator, when they turned the main back on water was shooting out everywhere so they shut it back off. I came home from work and started calling plumbers luckily the first 3 I called couldn't come today and John at Dr Rooter 911 was super helpful and walked me through tightening things up again and bam no more leak! The branch that serves the Milwaukee area was a disappointment. Quoted $250 since I wanted it done next day. He came with a Ryobi cordless snake and called it a commercial snake... LOL. You'd think with 25 years of experience he would know better. Suffice it to say, his snake didn't reach. So I agreed to pay another $100 for him to cut the pipe, punch a hole in the clog with his small snake, and put a $8 collar on. $350 and hour and $8 in material is not very reasonable to me. Most skill trades charge 1/2 to 1/4 that amount. Especially one without commercial grade tools. Live and learn. I hope this helps you decide on who to hire. I certainly won't do this again.

My husband called last night with a backed up drain in the basement and We were told that someone would be out here at 9:30 needless to say Dr. Rooter was here promptly at 9:30 and had the problem diagnosed within minutes! His service was fast efficient and a great price! Highly recommend!!

I got a quote from Home Advisor the company said it would be $150 to $200. The guy that came out originally said 7/21 at 5pm then canceled after 5pm. So the next day he came out fixed the clog and charged me $262. I was already not please but hey, my sink worked. Now 8/12 and I go to reorganize under my sink and everything is wet and the cabinet is ruined on the bottom since the sink has been leaking every time since 7/22. I call late at night 8/12 and he tells me he will call me the next day by 10am. Well it is 2:30 and he is not answering any calls. I will have to now repair my sink as well as replace the cabinet due to poor and expensive work.

I made an appt, technician was on time. He quoted me 150.00-200.00 to unclog basement sink. He unplugged the sink in 5 min and charged me the most he had quoted. After he left I cleaned out the sink of debris and ran water to rinse out sink. The water drained very slowly. I called him back, had to wait until next day for him to return. He told go down and plunge it that might help. That is what I paid him for. Not happy.

Called up for a plugged bathroom sink drain. Dr. Rooter came within an hour and had the sink unplugged without any problems. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

He is very professional and he knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone. And his helper was nice to. And he is very punctual.

We had a back up in our basement, we had to have the basement cleaned and the line cleared. Once the work was finished we didn't want to have it happen again. DR. ROOTER, was and here the following day and ran a camera up the line told us as long we had the line taken care of once a year we should have no problem. He was very friendly and courteous, and arrived on time. I would recommend this plumbing company, and plan on using their service again for other plumbing projects.
