Best Outdoor Plumbing in Madison WI

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Furnace stopped heating on a 13° night at around 9pm. Called Dave at Cardinal Heating who came over within a half hour and assessed the problem and made the adjustments so everything was working again. He hing around long enough to make sure the house was back to desired temp. Dave was friendly and explained the issue and what he did to correct it thoroughly. I would recommend Dave highly.

Ok folks! Plumbers are expensive. No getting around it. You youngsters out there who don't mind getting their hands dirty should consider this as a career choice. But anyway, theses guys are good! Ken and Luke arrived on time and got right at it. They replaced 2 outdoor spigot's quickly and put in the newer no freeze type. This is a 70's house and all the plumbing is a bit sketchy. I had another plumber do a majority of the work when I renovated this house and he wasn't as good. I'll hire these guys next time I need a plumber!

Check out leak in dishwasher. Technician very through, explained things well. Confident he found the problem.

I wanted to call a local plumber to support the local economy. So I called them twice, still waiting for them to show up at this posting. Had to call another plumber to fix my issues.

I scheduled for a Wed. The guy didn't show up. Called him on Fri. He forgot to come.
Rescheduled for Tues a.m. Didn't show up. He called at 2:30 P.M. Said he could be at my house in 5 minutes. Said he forgot to write it down..
I was an hour away. Told him I was getting someone else.

Jim's Plumbing is wonderful! Jim is thorough, quick, detail-oriented, and personable. He told us history and information about the water table/pressure in our neighborhood and was very knowledgeable when working on our older home. We had him work on two of our bathroom remodels and won't use anyone else. Jessica handles the business end of things and she's been wonderful to work with too. We are happy to support a family owned business and will continue to use them in the future. They have our full trust and backing!

I made an appt, technician was on time. He quoted me 150.00-200.00 to unclog basement sink. He unplugged the sink in 5 min and charged me the most he had quoted. After he left I cleaned out the sink of debris and ran water to rinse out sink. The water drained very slowly. I called him back, had to wait until next day for him to return. He told go down and plunge it that might help. That is what I paid him for. Not happy.
