I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Paul and Levi replaced two outdoor spigots on my home. They were very respectful, professional, and completed the job in less time than estimated. Paul took the time to explain the work they did after they finished so I understood how the new frost free spigots worked. Great service and a job well done.

With the -20 temperatures we experienced last week I had some of my water pipes burst. So I was in desperate need of immediate service. Not only did the service dispatcher talk me off the ledge I was ready to fall over but she had as technician to my house in 3 hours. I spend over 8 hours of quality time with the technician that day. He was friendly, talented and patient. He explained everything he was doing and before leaving made some recommendations for things I could do in the future to ensure something similar didn't happen. 2019 made record cold temperatures it's nice to know that there is still a plumbing company that exemplifies excellent customer service. Thank you HJ Pertzborn for making a very frightening home owner moment a little easier.

Metro was out within two hours to replace my sump pump. Lifesavers. Can’t recommend enough!

Jim is great to work with and does exceptional work. He is very honest about what needs to be done and how much it’ll cost.

He has done a few emergency repairs for me and charges a fair price. When talking about replacements for appliances he was honest and even said our older water softener didn’t need to be replaced yet, but let me know what to look for.
