Let me first say that they were polite, respectful, knowledgable and good humored. They were extremely careful to do no damage. They put boot covers on each time they entered the house. Considering the weight of the new boiler and all the heavy tools they used putting it together it was remarkable how smoothly it all went. The Cardinal staff left the basement cleaner than it was when they arrived!Many, many different home improvement and repair teams have done work on our home. The Cardinal team stood out to us. They were focused on doing good work and provided clear answers to our zillion questions. They were tackling the challenge of connecting an 83 year old cast iron pipe system to a new boiler to create steam heat AND they were enjoying doing it together! They displayed respect in acknowledging each other's skills and knowledge and had a wonderfully good-natured working camaraderie that we have seldom seen. Maurice and Eric were very professional. They kept me informed about what they were doing and made every effort not to cause an imposition. They did an excellent job of handling the checkup on our furnace and air conditioner.

Robert was quick to fit in 3 small plumbing projects I had. He was on time, easy to work with and did great work. Super impressed and would happily refer him to a friend. He replaced a wash basin, fixed a leaking outdoor spigot, and removed an old sink we never needed.

We had a new water heater installed and are very happy with the results. Dave Jones was able to schedule a replacement quickly and the work was done very well.

We've used Kegonsa Plumbing for a number of projects over the last few years. First project was plumbing a waterline to our new first floor laundry room. A couple of years later we had them install our water softener system (which has amazingly changed our homes water quality). Then this year we had them install our remodeled kitchens sink, garbage disposal, and faucet. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing related projects we have!

Ziegler Plumbing team was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and provided tips for consideration on my project. Then my old water heater failed and the Ziegler team was able to get it replaced & installed in less than one day! Great experience and appreciate their skill
