I have used Jay Young for various kinds of plumbing needs from installing new faucets, toilets and air conditioners, to diagnosing and repairing tankless water heaters and A/C units. Even a slab leak. When you own a home, it's always something! They have always been prompt, courteous and capable. And their prices are reasonable. All their employees have been good, but John is our absolute favorite! Highly recommend.

The technicians were gentlemen and I felt safe with them in my home. They did a great job! They also noticed my AC condensate drain problem and checked that, too. They are considerate, fair and nice. I will definitely use them again.

Got home about 3pm to discover that the air conditioner had gone out and it was about 80 deg in the house. I called Sinclair and the young lady said they would have a technician out as soon as one was free. It is 5:30, the young man just left and we are cool again. He found the problem and fixed it in about 40 min. We have always had good service from Sinclair. Thank you!

Mark arrived a had to redo what the other company did. He didn’t just patch it, he had to rebuild where the a/ was set on and was leaking. He took photos of the before and after. We are satisfied. Thank you for the terrifc work!

I was told I would get my ducts checked on my AC on Monday morning and the service men did not show at all or even call to inform me of running late. I waited at home to meet them all morning and it was a waste of time for me. I will call another company to see if I can get it done. Just a call would have been just fine.

Technician arrived ahead of schedule with previous polite call requesting early arrival. Problem was diagnosed succinctly, repaired promptly with matériel on truck and I happily had heat returned on a snow day!

Wow, I'm so impressed with the service I received today. Not only is it the weekend but Labor Day Holiday as well and there was no up charge for the service call. The condensate line was clogged so Johnny (JJ) the technician was not only punctual but professional and thorough to complete the job. Lowery is now my go to any HVAC and plumbling needs.
