I called with an urgent request after my water heater burst in the early morning hours. They were right on top of it and had it replaced with a new unit that they had in stock. That made a huge difference and they took care of it as a warranty item. So grateful.
Ed at Action Air Plumbing and Septic was on time, very knowledgeable, very courteous, well dressed and efficient. Ed explained to me what was wrong with my Air Conditioner compressor and why it was only working a fraction of the time it should be. He was able to give me a quote to replace it on the spot and had it installed and working the next business day. I am very pleased with the work and the company. I will be a repeat customer and will send referrals their way.
Everyone in the office was polite and easy to get ahold of. Our technician, Ed, was professional and courteous. He explained everything very well and was attentive in his work as well as having our best interest in mind as a customer. Needed a complete new 5 ton condenser and Ed got it finished in just a couple hours. Didn’t have to go days without an A/C. Great experience overall!
Our AC went out on the weekend. Managed to get someone to come out on Monday. We were told they would be here at noon, but they were here already at 11. He explained what the issue was, and explained the process he went through to come to his conclusion. He was very nice and even gave me advice on some other questions I had. I wish I could give them more stars!

I will be using this company in the future.they came out the next day to repair my a/c unit. It wasn’t blowing cold air out…thought it was the Freon a…it was not it was ac capacitor that went out…what got me was that my warranty company needed pictures and diagnostic. To cover and approve any repairs before reimbursement… the company came back out to take the pictures for me to send out…they didn’t have to. I’m grateful for that..if you any repairs on your unit I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are always great. They are knowledgeable, friendly, stay focused on the job, and thorough. They pumped out the septic tank, then worked on the system until they got it cleaned out and working again.

Very prompt and efficient. Took a couple of trips to get to the root of the problem but got it done and it was fixed properly. Have used them for years and have never had a complaint other than about one of their plumbers a few years ago. He was a jerk but the company and all the other plumbers I have used are great. I highly recommend them.

Paid 155 for a valve. The most expensive service for such a thing. Don’t recommend them to anyone.
AC went out over the weekend. I emailed the company email and Jordan called me immediately. Jordan had the problem fixed in a couple of hours. What a life saver. It was 102 degrees today. Found my guys!

Did an excellent job of repairing an old drain pipe and installing over flow and drain for new bathtub, and roughing in the tub. Had a leak coming from the plumbing of my water heater. Started calling around to local plumbers. Called 7-8 companies around 10 oclock. Out of all that I called, Action Air Plumbing was the first and only company willing to; A) service a mobile home water heater (still don’t know why there’s a difference between a mobile home vs. a normal home because the water heater is the exact same as what you’ll find in any other house, but I digress), and B) could actually fit me in that day instead of scheduling me out the next day. Big shout out to Mario from Action, he was super friendly, professional and got everything squared away within an hour.

I can not say enough about this company five star plus. Jordan goes above and beyond for his customers. We use Action for all our plumbing needs but this is just one example.
We were out of town on a Saturday for my nieces wedding in Abilene, Texas and was notified that we had a flooded front yard and water was running down the street. My husband called Jordan at Action and he saved the day !!! That’s a big deal It was after 6pm on a Red Raider Football game day with game about to get underway.
You can bet he and his staff will take care of your plumbing issues any time any day.

Action Air Lubbock has been fantastic to work with! They diagnosed and repaired our whole house tankless water heater, installed a sink and water heater in our barn, replaced an outside water bib valve, and installed a whole house soft water system for my son’s home. They suggested placing the water softener in the garage next to the HVAC system and water heater rather than just burying it in the backyard as the previous owners had done (it didn’t last long outside). Mario does exceptional work and is my preferred technician! I currently have a problem with our back-flow preventer valve system and they are my first choice for repairs.

We received a notice from the City of Olton that we had a leak. I called Action and Kimberley promptly put us on the schedule. Mario called as he was leaving Lubbock so we knew when to expect him. I got several estimates to install a new HVAC system and Action Air was the last one I called just by chance. I had been getting lots of estimates to do several different jobs in my older home. The people that came out seemed not to care if they had my business or not. Ed came and looked around and I asked him if they wanted my business. He gave me a surprised look and said enthusiastically yes we want your business. That's what sold me right then. The estimate he gave me was thousands of dollars less than the the other 2 estimates I got for the HVAC. Ed and Brady did a great job installing my new HVAC in a single day. It seems to be hard to get good customer service these days, but Ed and Action Air is an exception.

very knowledgable staff. they diagnosed a problem that other companies couldnt figure out for us, and did so at a very fair price. with the cost of materials and product shortages due to the pandemic, they still provide a great service at a great price and couldnt be more happy with their services. i own multiple businesses and the cost of goods and labor & employment taxes are always going up, I know very well that you pay for what you get, and these guys are now my go-to company plain and simple.
I called and they were able to get to us in less than 24 hours.Ed was our technician and was absolutely fantastic! He called ahead and asked to come early, was very polite and patient with me and two kids while trying to get started. He was professional and very thorough in checking the indoor system, outdoor unit, and thermostat. Once he got everything back up and running, he stayed while the system cycled a few times to make sure the pressures all stayed stable. Very affordable, great service, will definitely use Action Air again!

We had problems with our heater and on the weekend of course. Jordan was out to our house very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed as quickly as he could get the part. Then, when we experienced similar issues a week later (on the weekend again), Jordan again was out to our house quickly and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Action Air & Plumbing!

Very prompt and courteous. Called me an hour before our scheduled window, asking if they could come ahead of time. Upon arrival, they listened to my description of the issue, my questions and concerns, then gave me sound advice. After clearing clogged drain, they stayed behind, cleaning up a mess that wasn’t their fault. They are MY guys from now on.

Watch out for these scammers. No one actually wants to fix anything or service anything these days. These service technicians are salesmen in disguise. I called Action Air & Plumbing to take a look at two AC units in two shops. The air had stopped blowing, and I wasn’t sure why. Two technicians came by, stayed about 3 hours, said they serviced my thermostat even though nothings changed. And then had the audacity to tell me that the other shops AC unit outside needs to be replaced and I’d be looking at $5,000 to install a new one to get the AC blowing again. I thought this was absurd so I got another opinion and could you believe the unit outside my shop is completely fine and had just been turned off… like you have got to be joking me all we had to do was flip a switch and these con artists are trying to charge me $5000+ for a new unit I don’t need?? Ridiculous, don’t waste your time with them.
