Awesome friendly workers. Will definitely use again
I had heard good things about Earl's so I thought I'd give them a try. I received a phone call from the tech when he was on the way. Also, I received a text with techs photo and a bit of personal info. That was nice. Tech was courteous and professional. He spent less than 30 minutes replacing about 5 feet of pvc drain line. I felt the price was a bit high. We opted not to replace the thermostat as the cost for that was even more than what he had just done. I gave the dispatcher my email so they could send a receipt. Twenty nine hours later and I still haven't received a receipt.

We have used Earls a number of times. They always impress me. This last time was due to a slab leak. They are always so knowledgeable and honest. We got several quotes and opinions with some company’s saying we needed to repipe our entire house for 30k.They scheduled it for Saturday and showed up on time. Richard was absolutely awesome and very polite. We will continue to use Earls for our plumbing needs! Great Christian company who you can trust.

Both guys were so helpful. They determined our leak wasn’t from a pipe but from an outside gutter. They used the supplies they had to extend the gutter away from the house to get the standing water away. We understand that that was more than their job required of them and we are so thankful they took the time to help us figure out a solution.

Quick, clean, excellent job
I had a problem with my tankless water heater and called Earl’s Plumbing in Weatherford. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the young man who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. Cole and his assistant arrived exactly as scheduled the next day after notifying me when they were on their way. Cole diagnosed the problem and called the manufacturer to order the replacement part which fixed the problem the next day.Great job and Earl’s is my choice for any plumbing problems in the future.
Very professional and dependable. We hired them in our restaurant TI project. They did a great job and the boss was very responsive and patient. Highly recommended for both commercial and residential projects.

I had a hot water heater replaced and they did an awesome job. They explained things to me and were very nice. I love the app they use to let you know that they are on their way. I hit on the tracker and it told me that they were 4 minutes away and then when they arrived. It also shows you a pic of the person who’s coming and tells you a little about them. Example: he’s a master plumber with 14 years of experience. I really appreciated that. I’d definitely use them again.

Showed up when they said they would and did a great and efficient job.
Excellent service. Came the next day and fixed the problem. They texted me beforehand letting me know Luis was coming (and even gave me background info on Luis like what his rating was, how long he had worked at the company, and what his hobbies are!). They even had a tracking app so I could see how far away he was. Never seen such amazing service. Highly recommend!!
Fast friendly service, and reasonable prices. They will even give you a quote, but you'll waste your time looking for better service elsewhere.

We've always been very pleased with the customer service at Earl's. The technicians keep us informed as they work and while we need them in the worst case scenario, they have never disappointed us. And they are very quick about coming out. I can't say enough good things about them.
I have my home warranty through Earl's and needed them about the 4th day living in my new home. They came out on a Sunday night to fix a major plumbing issue. Trey was quick and courteous, and I'm glad I went with Earl's!

We called Earl's after we had poor plumbing repair work from another plumber.Earl's came in gave an estimate and went above and beyond!! The home is quite old and the plumbing showed it.They did exactly what they said they would and some extra things that we asked about. This again is after having to come in and clean up a previous repair not done well. Everything is new and insulated!!We will call them for ALL our plumbing needs going forward.Everyone that came out was very courteous and explained the ongoings. I visited the local ofc and was treated just as well.Thank you Earl's!!

Our old AC crashed on the day it was 110 degrees. I called Earl's to get an estimate for a new one. Ty was prompt and came over within an hour to look at our system. He was very thorough and friendly. My dogs loved him! He was able to answer all my questions and we will have a brand new, more efficient unit within 36 hours! I can't wait to have a system that works like it's supposed to!!
Answered quickly, recognized an underlying problem and corrected it. I liked the text message that told us who would be coming for each visit.

Christian was very professional and got the repairs done fast.
Love that they send you an alert when on the way, including map tracking and a photo of the technician. Ours was Beau Thurman, whose crew resolved our problem quickly and at a fair price. Plus, Beau repaired an unsafe item he spotted at no charge.
Needed them here quickly and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. In and out quickly.
Patrick was very thorough in his examination of my home electrical issues. He assessed the problems and went the “extra mile” to address each of my concerns. He took his time, communicated his findings and made the necessary corrections in a professional manner. I’m really glad that Earl’s made the decision to hire an electrician as my previous electrical problem was outsourced to another company, and I felt that they did not give the attention to detail that Patrick gave! Kudos!!!

Chad was very knowledgeable and thorough in fixing our washing machine problem. Also, he was very realistic in scheduling the steps.
Every time I call Earl’s, they send their technicians in a timely manner, and they do their job well. I began using Earl’s because they did the warranty work after I bought my home, and continue to call on them for my plumbing and heating needs. Wonderful employees!

The people at Earl's Plumbing are great. This was the second time I've contacted them for service and have been terrific both times. I would highly recommend Earls Plumbing to anyone who is needing plumbing services at the residential property.
Our service person was Mike B. He was on time, polite, nice, and professional the entire time. He went out of his way to fully explain the problem, fixed the problem super quick, and gave advice about AC maintenance regarding filter replacement that I'll use in the future. I had immediate assistance and Earl's Plumbing came through. I had a great experience with Earl's Plumbing from the moment I called, the lady I spoke with was very nice and though they were booked for the day she promised to closely follow up with me hoping they can squeeze me in somewhere, submitted my work order and accepted a video of my issue. Within a couple hours Arnold made a judgement call and felt it needed to be addressed today and took care of it. Great service!

I purchased and used Earl's Home Warranty, an amazing program that paid for itself the first time I used it. All communications and service were handled with professionalism. Response time was very quick and the repairs were made in a very reasonable amount of time. The service provided by Earl's HW is far and beyond any of the other home warranty providers. I tried others before and was very dissatisfied with the service provided and how long it took for resolution and how much interaction was required by me in order to get them to respond and ultimately make the repair. I highly recommend the home warranty program provided by Earl's. I will truly miss their program as we move to an area they do not service.

Arnold was efficient and knew his job well! I couldn't believe how fast our water system, RO and garbage disposal were installed (old ones removed) and running! The work areas were left tidy and he took the time to explain all the processes and important water shut off areas. I would definitely recommend Arnold to my friends and neighbors!

I recently had Earl's come look at my air conditioner. They were prompt and professional. They were able to quickly fix the problem. I will most definitely use Earl's in the future.
Johnathan was professional and provided exceptional service! The part we needed could not be acquired because the service call became difficult, it extended past the time the parts house was open. He could have left us without air conditioning for the weekend. But he went above and beyond, to make sure we had A/C over the weekend. Due to issues outside his control,, a quick fix, became further complicated and he stuck it out. He could have put a bandaid on it and moved along. But he took the time to diagnose and fix the problem, to the manufacturer specifications. I appreciate the professionalism and desire to take care of the customer. That’s the reason I use them for my shop, my remodeling jobs, and my personal home. I would highly recommend Earl’s to any of my friends and family! Thanks again for the exceptional service!

Richard Hernandez and his apprentice Ronnie replaced our gas line. They were courteous, professional and did a great job to get our gas turned on as quickly as possible. We have dogs, and they made sure that they did not get out each time they had to go in or out of the house. I would highly recommend Earl’s.
Truly wonderful service! They were able to squeeze me in the next day following an afternoon service request. The receptionist offered to get me in sooner and made an appointment for the next day. The technician was polite and very thorough. He taught as I asked questions and gave additional bits and pieces of help! Couldn’t be more satisfied with this company. They have surveyed two of my houses of which are always focused on detail. Would highly recommend.
The experience me and my mother had with Earl’s and especially with her technician Aaron Rotan went above and beyond, Aaron stayed on top everything and it was honestly one of the best around customer service experience me or her have ever had. Ask for Aaron at Earl’s for all your AC needs!

☝️ This five stars go to Michael Major and his two apprentices. They came out for a third and final visit to fix a stubborn drain clog. They installed an exterior washout pipe and reworked the pipe under our kitchen sink making it more efficient. They were respectful and very professional. Highly recommended.

I purchased Earl's Home Warranty for my new home and I've been nothing but pleased with the service. I had the HVAC system inspected after closing - they showed me everything I needed to know about the system. Electrical? Yes, please - they were out to the house on time and put my mind at ease as to several questions in the house and made the needed repairs quickly at a very fair rate. Plumbing - beyond pleased with plumbing service. I'd never had a gas water heater before and thought I knew how to light the pilot but missed a small detail and therefore thought the unit needed repair. The team from Earl's discovered the issue getting the pilot light to light - it was very minor - all that was needed was to push the relay switch. They then showed me what they did so pilot lighting would not be an issue when/if it goes out again and best of all - did not charge me the service fee. Better yet? They helped me unload the little sofa I just got off OfferUp earlier than morning. This summer I called Earl's as I thought my air conditioner was going out in the record heat. The tech from Earl's checked out my unit - it was fine. The issue is my house is old, it's a former rent house, and most likely in desperate need of fresh insulation - again I was not charged the fee. I LOVE Earl's and am so glad I went with a local company for my Home Warranty needs. I feel like they have my back and that is worth everything...EVERYTHING. I have shared my experience with my real estate agent in the area but I'm writing this to get the word out to more people that Earl's is a fantastic company. They have wonderful people who are fair and care and for that I plan on keeping my warranty as long as they'll have me. :) The warranty is completely and totally worth every penny! Thank you Earl's!
We were given the home warranty when we recently bought our house. We've had several problems. Our air conditioner went out. The ice maker in the fridge broke. The dishwasher broke and was leaking water everywhere. Our dryer door broke as well. They repaired our air conditioner the very next day with quality parts and service. They completely replaced our dishwasher with a brand new one. Picture included. They're going to fix our ice maker tomorrow. They even took care of the dryer door. These guys are amazing. We will continue to pay yearly for this service. I would highly reccomend everyone else who owns a home do the same thing. Go to their website. The premium package basically covers everything within reason in your home. It would be stupid not to have a service such as this.

Casey was efficient and courteous. His work was clean and neat. I hot a text with his picture before he came. That is a wonderful security measure.Everything went smoothly and he cleaned everything before he left. It looked better when he left than when he started. This was our first time using Earl's but it won't be the last. Thanks very much.Last time we used Earl's it was a really great experience. This time we are under a time crunch that was conveyed Monday morning the first time I called. The technician came out Tuesday afternoon to take a look and said he would work up an estimate and get back in touch. He did just that except the estimate was sent in an email. Never was I told it would be emailed. I waited all afternoon and finally called at 4:30 to see what the problem was. After talking to several very professional people on the phone, I was assured that the work would be started first thing the next day pending approval of the plumbing manager. There was nothing scheduled for our tech on the calendar. However, The manager hadn't added the jobs scheduled for the next day on the calendar. The work was scheduled for Thursday, today, morning between 8:30 and 9. I called at 9 to find out why they were not here and found out that the tech had been sent on other calls and would not arrive until mid-morning. We are leaving town first thing tomorrow morning, which was explained on Monday, and we have to have a gas leak repaired including digging a ditch and getting it approved by the city before tomorrow. Well, I don't see that happening. I am very disappointed. All the people on the phone are very helpful and the techs are very efficient. The plumbing manager, in my humble estimate, is not helping his people communicate or schedule jobs accurately or timely. If I had known they were too busy this week, I could have made other arrangements.I can't promise my loyalty at this point. Changing my stars to 2 because of the other people involved besides the manager.
Our waterheater went deep-six on a Friday afternoon with company coming for the weekend. We phoned Earl's Plumbing where we have a Home Maintenance contract. Within two hours, two men arrived, determined the waterheater needed to be replaced rather than repaired and within another two hours, a new high quality Rheem had been installed. Top notch company and ultra professional service! Beau, Timothy and the other gentleman were extremely prompt and professional. They were able to identify and repair a leak that other plumbing companies were wanting several thousands of dollars to replace. They came to our house and showed us that we didn't actually need a valve replaced. It could be adjusted! The one hour minimum rate was well worth it. Saved us a bunch over replacing the valve!

From the courteous and professional “front desk” person who answered my questions and set up my appointment to the text confirmation and communication regarding the technician’s arrival time (with picture of the technician!!) to the very efficient, thorough, professional, and informative technician (Christian Shirley was great!), and his enthusiastic apprentice Spencer - I could not have asked for a more positive experience with the troubleshooting and maintenance of my tankless water heater (aside from a lower charge - but I feel like I definitely got my money’s-worth!).
After experiencing poor service with another provider the service I received with Earls has been fantastic. Pleasant, professional, quick response, and my home is already starting to cool down and the job was completed about 10 minutes ago.Thank you so much for coming out on the holiday as well!

Actually they came a day earlier! How often does that happen!! Aaron was awesome! He diagnosed our air conditioning problem in only a few minutes. Seriously! He changed out our burnt wires in no time, serviced the unit and was finished in less than a hour. I highly recommend getting a home warranty thru Earl’s Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. We are on our 2nd year with them. We have been more than satisfied!

Earl's just did a pretty significant plumbing repair on our house and now that it is all done I felt it would only be appropriate to leave a review for others that are thinking about using them. We have their warranty service and have used them several times on our slightly older home. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. With our latest repair, I felt that everyone representing Earl's was amazing: Sam [answered several of my calls, was genuinely concerned with our needs, and helped with scheduling], Skyler [confirmed the issue and helped us to limit the damage], Trey [strategized the fix, kept me informed throughout the whole process and did a great job of completing the repairs], and last but not least Jeff [helped with the construction needs to remove and replace the tile SEAMLESSLY] Each member of this team had incredible integrity, transparency and even concern for our needs. There were others that helped throughout the process whose names I've forgotten or didn't catch and I do hate not being able to list them too. I have never felt at ease with anyone doing plumbing work in past homes but Earl's has far exceeded my expectations!

After having another company look at my air conditioner I thought I was in for a $5000 compressor replacement. I asked Eric to take a look so he could give me a price and his tech was there within minutes, he figured out I had a power issue and told me to call LL&P. We moved into a new (existing) house this year and have used Earl’s for a variety of reasons including an R.O. System and water softener install/rental, entire plumbing system replacement (due existing Kitech plumbing before we moved in), several clogged drains, toilet installs, and an extremely packed dryer vent. Each and every time they have arrived promptly after our request was placed. Their technicians have always been very knowledgeable and professional. Their prices across each type of job have been hard to beat. Also, their home warranty is pretty comprehensive and reasonably priced. I can’t say enough good things about them and would HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing or other related need you might have,whether it be a simple fix or a large job.Again, I would also highly consider them for an RO system or water softener install and rental. They were extremely efficient and fast about install and we did not find anyone in town with cheaper rental prices. They also provide a salt delivery/refill service so that you don’t have to worry about getting that anymore. We have been extremely pleased with Earl’s!

Earl’s plumbing sent out Kerry who gave me a diagnosis and estimate. Kerry presented the information and answered all my questions very matter of fact. The estimate was significantly lower then the competitor. Kerry told me that once the work got started the price might actually go down but never over the estimate. Richard and Cory were assigned to do my repairs. They were extremely punctual, friendly, responsive and EXTREMELY professional (while my experienced with their competitor was not professional at all). They answered all my questions along the way and I appreciated their candid responses. I asked A LOT of questions, I was very curious about the process and procedures and they were so awesome to take the time to answer and explain anything I didn’t fully understand. It was very important to me to get quality work. In the end, I felt like they not only did they provide quality work but they went out of their way to to make sure that they could provide it at the very best value. In the end, the final cost was under their original estimate by over $1,000 and that out beat their competitions bid by over $9,000. Thank you so much, Richard and Cory!
Earls has never let us down. I’ve been a remote homeowner with my daughter living there while attending Texas Tech. The office staff at Earls speaks to me on the phone like I’m their personal friend. The technicians have never just patched things up but have made sure it’s fixed. Darren went out yesterday and instead new garbage disposal. He did s great job and my tenants who are also Tech students said he was courteous, quick and didn’t leave any kind of mess. Very happy with this team.

We've had Earl's home warranty for a couple of months and have nothing but positive experiences. They can be reached very promptly and the technicians arrive usually within 1-3 days, usually sooner. Our last experience was nothing short of exceptional service. Randy and his colleague came out within hours of us not having hot water - They inspected it and before the day was over and kids were home from school, we had hot water and a properly draining bathtub! Their warranty coverage is very good and we are paying reasonable amount out of pocket. In our experience with a different company last year, we weren't very pleased because that company found reasons not to cover services instead of finding ways to help their customers out. We recommend Earl's highly and their staff is always respectful and courteous and calling for some repair (which is usually daunting when you don't know anything about electrical or plumbing issues) doesn't feel stressful with them.Another feature I like about their service is I get a text with a picture of the technician that will arrive so we know who to expect -
Earl's provides a home warranty on both of our properties. I wouldn't use anyone else ever after experiencing their level of customer service and honesty. This time I used them for something not covered under the warranty and still felt great about the choice. This is the only heating and air company in Lubbock that we have had any luck with.

Overall 5star review. Earl's had to put off two appointments (likely just due to how busy they were b/c they do good work). Aside from this, the quality of the work and the professionalism of the Earl's plumbers and office staff was superb. They completed a difficult job and charged a fair price. We just purchased a Home Warranty with Earl’s when purchasing our home. Had a full inspection and was given the thumbs up on all systems. Even had an HVAC company come out to service and clean the 2 units. 2 days after closing the fan for the upstairs AC unit died. Earl’s came out on a Sunday to service it but the technician didn’t have the motor model for our unit. He came back Monday morning and got it changed out quickly!

Wow!! I knew Earl's was fast but this was nuts. Called them at 12:41pm to advise that our toilet tank wasn't filling. They came immediately, fixed it, and left at 1:12pm. The service men did not know what they were doing . the problem was a bad electric motor . We put two new electric fan motors on this new unit and both motors were bad. I told him what the problem was and they wouldn’t listen . The unit was 60 days old .

Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning only opening that showed for Tuesday online due to being closed at the time. Got a call Monday with the receptionist saying that they will have to reschedule since they are booked for Tuesday and if they could reschedule for Wednesday. Being flustered from this I told the receptionist that I booked online and it showed opening Tuesday morning from the times 930am-12pm so how are ya booked when it showed openings? All she can say is “the manager told her they are booked and if they can reschedule for Wednesday” so we said “sure what time?” She could not give me a time slot but if they can book schedule us for Wednesday... then the audacity they have to say after all of this is... “how are you going to pay for this?” Therefore told them was going with Roto-Rooter and hung up the phone.

I use Earl's because my house came with a warranty with this company. A couple of months ago, when the temperatures outside first start reaching the upper 90s, the ac completely stopped working, so I called them. They didn't come to the house until four days later despite having on-call guys. Once they finally did make it to my house they didn't fully fix the issue. The ac continues to stop working every time temperatures get high. After being able to confirm exactly which conditions cause the ac to stop working, I called them again. This time they came the same day and didn't charge me saying they should have caught the problem before (I agree). However, they still didn't fix the issue, and I had to call them right back out. They came back a few hours later, but they managed to completely break it. My ac doesn't work at all now. They said they'd be back this morning but at 5:30 they still haven't shown up despite completely breaking my ac. I suggest taking your business somewhere competent and with integrity.**After seeing my review Earl's got to the bottom of what of was going on. They had a miscommunication, so they're not coming to my house at all today. However, they volunteered to pay for hotel and food to get us out of our hot house. Speaking to the representative, my situation is obviously an outlier and they feel awful. They've gone a long way towards making this right.

We where told that under the exxtennded home warrenty that hot warer heater where covered for replacement. That is not that case. We scheduled a hot qater replacement and here told with the extended plan it was $4>0 plus $79 service fee. However Brismdy Radloff told me today the extend home warrenty us not valid to repkace a hot water geater abd ut would be $1825.00 after the office staff stated it was covered.I asked to cancel our service.ifim paying you all $792 for A extended home warrenty is not usable. Why should i continue ro oay you my money if you want to vait and awitch was is covered and what is not covered.Please do your homework bedore dealing wuth this company.

Since I had my furnace and AC unit install by this company the service Techs and the manager Ty have been AWESOME. Today I had my 1st service check completed without having to call the company to set it up. The service tech Mike was great and very informative. I give the company a Five Star rating.

I was very impressed with the service I was provided at my personal home, Bea and the other technician with him were very professional and knowledgeable. As a realtor in Lubbock, I have sold Earls home warranties but never had to use one. After they came and repaired a slab leak in my home (which was covered by the home warrenty) I will highly recommend Earls and their Home Warrenty program to family, friends and customers! Earl’s is a great company. Their home warranty is the best value I’ve found. Not only is it affords, but they actually fix things when they break. Other home warranty programs we’ve tried seem to hide behind volumes of fine print that exclude almost everything from the warranty. They were amazing. Came out was honest, very thorough and had my problem fixed quickly. The other company that came out didn't fix it and insinuated that I couldn't make my own decisions. Very degrading staff. Earl's is totally opposite and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call them again!

These folks saved my sanity and my comfort on a Friday repairing my hot water heater and heating unit. I called these folks originally just for the hot water heater and then suddenly later in the day I found my heater wasn’t working also. So when they arrived I told them my problem and they immediately called in their heating guys as well. They were prompt, professional and did a quality job without doing more than what was needed for today. They also gave me some pointers to prepare for future things on an older unit. Hats off to Sam for getting me scheduled so my kids and I stay warm this weekend. ❤️

During that week between Christmas and New Year's you just don't know how good of service you might receive. Earl's Plumbing delivers!!! Had a problem with the blower on our heater. It was making a different noise and we thought it might not be good.Friday evening they checked it out, had the parts ordered and shared that if it went down over the weekend they would come out and work to get us along.Monday came and they got it all working with new parts in a short period of time! The Service Technicians were super friendly, professional and courteous! And what I like just about as much as their great service - they called and even texted me when their technicians were coming out! Even with pictures! That sure makes you feel better when you are letting a stranger come into your home!!! And.....when the Technicians talk about the good things of Earl's Plumbing - that is a very good indicator that Earl's Plumbing is working to deliver to their employees as well as their customers!

I called to have them fix my stop up in my sink a couple days ago Wow! What service they came right away and fixed it within the service call time this call was made at 5 ish pm and they were at my house within 20 min, also during the covid they were well protected. Thank you for your service will call again
Mark was literally the most efficient and knowledgable plumber I have ever had come by this property, and there have been at least 10.Most plumbers drag dirt around and leave the water running for 20-30 mins. They ran the water for 7 minutes tops and left the place without dragging in any mud.He and his assistant very quickly figured out the layout of the drain pipes under the house and cleared away a large ball of roots in a line from a vent pipe on the roof in close to a 1/2 hour. I would say Mark McNeely deserves a raise if he has not had one lately.I will highly recommend Earl’s Plumbing from now on.Thank you,Matthew O’Neill

Great service for awhile. We bought our home and they offered a protection plan with Earls. We used them many times with no complaints up until recently. Our kitchen sink sprung a leak, thankfully only when we used it, called Earls on Saturday was told they could send a guy out Monday. No big deal since not an emergency. Monday came the guy did his thing. The issue arose when I got home and my wife said he replaced the part and I could tell he didn't. Again not quite a big deal since we were just charged the call out fee. I went to do some dishes and the sink wouldn't drain. Called them back in less then 8 hours and got scheduled for Tuesday, again no biggy since this is not an emergency. Got charged again for the service fee because the guy forgot to reset the garbage disposal. This has happened multiple times where I have called with an issue, they fix it for a bit and then less then a week later I call them for the same problem but because it's now a different issue I need to pay again. People are all friendly but I'm tired of paying multiple service fees for the same issue.Toilet won't flush? We ran a snake down it and works now. A week later I call, same toilet. Guy comes out accesses the sewer line and now that's clogged. Pay again because it's a seprate issue.

Reyes was my technician that came out to help troubleshoot some Thermostat and Furnace issues I was having. Within minutes of being here he was able to pinpoint the issue and provide a solution! We bought a home warranty from Earl's when we bought our house. The day after we moved in we had a leak start in one of the walls. We called Earl's and they were able to come out the next morning and got it fixed in about one and half hours. All it cost was the 79 dollar deductible! Money well spent in my opinion! And they did a very professional looking repair. They don't do drywall but with the money I saved on the plumbing repair should cover that easily!

This was my first time to ever have to call anyone for my home warranty and they made it so easy! They were ready to fix my heater the minute I called and were willing to work with me on when I was available! They made sure I was home and made sure I was happy the entire time they were taking care of my stuff. I loved that my tech also talked me through what he was doing and explained my warranty to me as well. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with everything Earl’s did for my family to ensure we had a working heater again!

Update: I had to call Earl’s again for sink issues and had the same amazing experience as before. This time they sent James. He appeared on time as promised, was very respectful of our space, wore a mask during this time of Covid 19, finished his work quickly, sanitized the area he worked in, and was overall extremely pleasant to deal with. I have used Earl’s four times now and have been very pleased with their excellent service each time. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.Mark was awesome! He was very professional, arrived as scheduled, already had the part needed in his truck, and made extremely quick work of the repair. The cost was very reasonable. They fixed my plumbing problem very quickly and was a very reasonable price they were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend.
Very very poor work, the men failed to cover (or tell me to cover)food items and other things, they left a mess and caused damage to some of my property and ruined some of my personal items(an err xpensive bose stereo system, space fan, air cleaner/circulator, Xbox one, weave shelf), used things in my place w/o permission, did a very poor job filling some concrete they cut(left a 1/2 inch short) and didn't even fill some spots (There are holes in my floor and broken concrete), and then he bills me $450 more then he quoted, and says he is taking $450 off for damages... That's the cost of the Xbox alone. I would advise anyone NOT to use this place. I had to spend another grand or so fixing the concrete they carelessly destroyed, not to mention the cost of the things they damaged.

I called earls yesterday right before closing the lady that answered the phone was very nice and made me an appointment for the next day. She told me the tech would call becore they came. The techs came looked at the unit. Very nice guys. Then they het me a price of 500+ $'s. We told them we were getting prices from different companies they tell us there is a 75$ diagnostic charge! What the hell! I let them know that i wasnt awarve of a charge. The techs went out and called the office and said we REFUSED to pay! That was a lie. The same lady i made the initial appointment with called me and i told her the same thing. I was not aware of any charge! She tells me we were on a recorded line she can go back and listen. By all means do that please because i was never told of any fee for looking. She ask do i think people just do tjat for free. I told her EVERONE dont charge and if they do they let the customer know BEFORE anythings done. Then she ask if im refusing to pay and i simply said i wasnt aware of a charge and had she told me i could have made the decision to move forward or not.....The pricing was over the top ridiculous they charge 200$ over other estimates if gotten i will NEVER call this place for NOTHING

I had problems with a/c and was told that it would be 5 days before they could send someone. I was very upset as I have a home warrantee and couldn’t imagine having to wait 5 days for air in 100 degree weather. I called another company as I needed to do something. Reyes recently serviced our AC and cleaned the air filter system, and did the usual great job.
The crew at Earl’s was fantastic! We have our home warranty with them and they are always professional and take extra steps for the safety and security of their customers.Jesus and Ismael installed a new HVAC system for us this week and were typical of the professionalism we have come to expect. I recently had an issue with my AC where the capacitor went out. I contacted Earl’s Air and they were able to come out the same day and fix it. They also discovered a gas leak that Atmos was able to promptly fix. I was impressed with their prompt service and professionalism. I would give this company zero stars if it was an option. Never have had a company cancel a warranty because you refuse to upgrade to an expensive HVAC system when yours was less than 10 years old. Worst part was no notice and when called for work we were told sorry. While I believe strongly in buying local I highly recommend going with someone else. I even gave them the opportunity to address my concerns yet no call back from anyone in management. DO NOT USE EARL’s!

Moved into an older home with many plumbing issues. Had Darren come out almost immediately and fix some issues and made an appointment for some other plumbing work on the home. Had Michael Major and his crew show up on time and get right to work on the bigger issues. Every step of the way he made sure to come and discuss it with me and inform me what is happening and would show me the issues and how they would be fixing it. Made a stressful situation a little less stressful, and they had great customer service. They cleaned up and helped me move my furniture back that was moved for them to do thier job.

Earl's is amazing! My husband and I needed a new AC unit. Ty came out and was very professional. He looked around and explained to us what he thinks we need and what we didn't need. He was very honest and informative. He gave us a great quote and was able to schedule our new installation for the next day. Reyes and Ted came out and did the installation. They were both very kind and professional the whole time they were here. They did great work and cleaned up everything. I would recommend using Earl's. We are very pleased with the service and costumer service.
I called Earls because I was having a problem with my AC cooling around 7:30pm. I was surprised when I was told that they could have someone come to my place the same night...I was expecting the lady to tell me that someone would be at my house in the morning. I was sent a text about the technician coming to my house and their level/years of experience along with a picture. This again was new to me as I’ve never encounter a business that have taken the time out to do that before. By 9pm Aaron was at my door and the problem was fixed within 45 minutes. Aaron was kind and professional and took the time to explain what the problem was and what he did to fix it. Thank you Aaron for your efficient service! You rock!

They responded to our service call in under 3 hours and had the quote ready for me to sign within 5 minutes of arriving and they got to work replacing the valves! All the kiddos were napping (the sink needing repair was in their naproom) and they respectfully worked so quietly so not to disturb them! They were finished within a couple hours and everything is good as new! This was my first time using Earl's after being highly recommended by close friends and I couldn't be happier! And their prices were very fair and reasonable unlike most others in town!

We scheduled a quote to be placed at a commercial location we got issued Carrey to have the quote in person.. we never got a response about the work that needed to be done until a week later that Mr. Carrey called back that he wasn't not taking up on the job. Very unprofessional.. even the receptionist stated that Carrey started but never finished the quote.i wouldn't not recommend this company to do any work especially with a late response, unprofessional work ethic.

We hired Earl's Plumbing to do some upgrades with our plumbing when we bought our house. A year later, everything that ran on gas stopped working all at once. We called them out to help. They had absolutely no availability in their schedule until several days later, but they came anyway- after hours- because we had no heat or hot water. They stayed until 10:00pm that night, and had to come back the next day at 8:00am to finish the job because Atmos wouldn't stay late to do their part. They had to flush our gas lines (Atmos's job, but they wouldn't do it), dig up our gas pipes, dig up our yard, remove some shrubs, run multiple tests, and resecure the gas lines in order to finish. Total charges? $650.00! I know full well that they didn't charge us everything that they could have, which I believe they did because my husband lost his job and we were behind financially. They are even allowing us to make payments until we can pay off the bill, and are not charging financing fees to do it. This is the absolute best quality and customer service I have ever seen from any any business in Lubbock- way to go Earl's Plumbing! A+++++!!!!!!!!!!

Two Earl's plumbers Cary and Matt came Monday afternoon, Nov. 25, to a water leak coming through light socket in lower floor from loft bathroom.They were here almost 3 hours. After leak was located, the two worked diligently together to repair and stop the leak. They were careful to put plastic sheeting in work area as a hole had to be cut in the ceiling. Good cleanup. Also they were willing to answer our questions. Good communication. Earl's Plumbers will be our plumber in the future.

Excellent customer service. Called for a rent house problem. Had used Earl’s before for the same location. They still had the house address, name of renter, and phone number on record. They called the renter to verify time. Arrived the same afternoon, took care of problem, and I had the bill via email soon after with a quick way to pay online. What could be better?

We always use Earl’s for our plumbing problems. Today was at my sister’s home. Casey was wonderful and fixed the problem. He had great manners and was so polite.
Earls replaced my 8 year old hot water heater today. Arnold and Mike got my old one pulled and went back to the supply house to get my new one. It all took about 2 1/2 hours from the time they first arrived. They knew what they were doing and it all went smoothly. I hate to spend the money but I would rather replace a hot water heater a year too early than one day too late.

One of their drivers backed up traffic as he was on his phone at the intersection of 82nd and Upland and refused to go at the green light. Then, proceeded to drive half of the speed limit in a two lane road.I guess being a lousy driver is one of the qualifications of getting a job here.

Plumbing Repair - We had the most serious plumbing issue in our 13 year old home. Backfill around bathroom plumbing pipes was inadequate during construction, causing the pipes to fall away 8 and break 5 - 8 years ago. This bathroom was rarely used. I cannot say enough about the care and quality work from Arnold and Mike who went above and beyond to take care of our home. Instead of tearing up the floor and jackhammering up the slab in the main part of the house, they tunneled under the bathroom to find the breaks and replace the pipes. We will forever be grateful and will always use Earl's!

Second time to use Earl’s today. (5/11/20) Had an issue with our main line clogging and nothing draining. Darren came out and they cleared out the line. It is during COVID, so they wore face masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. They texted me before they came with a photo of who to expect. The process from booking the appointment through the service call was simple and easy. Nice people.I called Earl’s about an issue with my Whirlpool refrigerator not cooling properly. (6/5/18) Tammy was super helpful setting up the appointment with the technician for the next day. I appreciated that they texted my wife and me when the technician was on the way. My wife was able to leave work and meet him at the house. I also liked that they sent a photo of the technician. Chad worked quickly and diagnosed the issue of a broken fan. I like that he took the time to show and explain to my wife what was wrong. I appreciate that he treated my wife with respect and was patient with her. Lastly, I like that Earl’s emailed the invoice and receipt to me with the option to pay online. The invoice was easy to read and broke down the costs, fees, and labor. Earl’s is first on my list!

We have used Earl’s for our home warranty for three years. They are the best. Recently we had an air conditioning unit go out at 4:00pm and we were having people over at 6:00. They sent a technician out immediately. Issac was able to identify the issue, had the part in his truck, and had us up and running by 5:00!! Above and beyond when we needed them.
Jake and his helper were very professional and did a bang up job.They a did a very good job cleaning up and both were very courteous ! In the future if I need some more work please send these two gentlemen back!

Installed a brand new water heater and did it poorly! Would not use them nor recommend them
September 2023.Earl's saved our lives.We had a gas leak, Atmos came out and locked the meter, and I called Earl's.Tyler and Isaiah showed up thought it would take a couple days and gave me an estimate and we were off and running. Just about the moment they started the world of a 1928 home with a ton of renovations over the years and concrete patio everywhere took over and their two days quickly exploded.Never a cross word. Never a lack of patience. Not a word of profanity. Tyler and Isaiah were phenomenal. And...and...the 10 workdays they worked all topped over or were within 100 degrees and still they worked, and dug, and researched, and dug, and explored, and dug, and broke up concrete...and...worked.Phenomenal effort, reasonable price, gas is back on.But, and this is a big but. Tyler came down from one of the attics and said I have to show you something. And there, for who knows how long, stood a very heavy asbestos shrouded vent pipe but it was not over the vent, but to the side.Over the last several weeks I'd had a number headaches (which I never have) and a few months before we had our attics urethane foamed so sealing them completely. I assume the CO was building in the attic and leaking into our living space. I've installed additional Smoke/CO detectors but until Tyler found this life-threatening issue I was just slightly concerned with my headaches.Thank you Earl's. Thanks Isaiah. Thanks Tyler. Most exceptional job and my only wish is there was a 5-Stars plus saved our lives rating because you guys certainly deserve it.Jan. 2019.I used them again this week (1/24/19) to replace a sewer line. It was a lot of digging and attempting to figure out where the heck the old sewer line ran (couldn't use a camera for a number of reasons). Pleasant to work with. Patient. Listened. Really pleased. Plus, I have my kitchen sink drain back at a decent price. Thanks, Mark (and crew) and Earl's.Previous Post...Unchanged Rating: Used Earl's again. Service person came to house, but leak had stopped and we searched and searched, but couldn't figure out where it had come from. Service call, he did spend an hour at the house after all was $125. Leak came back the next day and this time I found it.Earl's came out and fixed it and the charge was $128.Received a call this morning and Earl's is deleting the first payment: We didn't find the leak and we should have.An argument can be made that they shouldn't have charged the first charge, but a better argument can be made that I paid twice and they fixed it and I wouldn't have known the difference had they not. That's ethical business and they'll have mine until they get tired of me.

Amazing people! Called this morning when our AC started acting up they were able to get us in the same day! Reyes cane to our house and had the problem solved within minutes. He had the parts needed in his truck to repair our AC unit and we had cool air flowing again! Loved how quick and easy they were to work with. Will definitely call again if we have issues.

We received a letter from the City to check our backflow. I called Earl's immediately so that I could get something scheduled before I forgot about it. They sent someone out a couple of hours later. I wasn't expecting service this quick but I sure am thankful for the quick and friendly service.
The guys got here quickly for a job in a Friday evening and changed out an old, broken water shut off valve quickly and charged a very fair price.

We have Earl's home warranty for an older home we bought and discovered a water leak. They came out to fix the leak and another leak popped up. During this time they suggested re-plumbing the house with PEX. After trying to search for the leaks I asked them to quote the new plumbing. We had the plumb the entire house and they were done with the city inspector signing off in 3 days. Made life easy for me. The plumbers were very professional and kind. Recommend them to anyone.

I had several different opinions from different companies on what would work best in my configuration. We installed 2 carrier package units, a 5 ton and a 3 ton and he designed a duct system that works perfectly! Him and his crew worked around our busy schedule to make this happen. And even icing on the cake he beat the competitions price and did more work! I cannot say enough on how pleased we are. Very Satisfied Customer!!! If you are looking for an AC company choose Earls! I just had these guys come out and fix my washing machine backing up. We've been dealing with it for over a year, had Lowry's come out before, they charged us and left without it working, then wanted to charge us for a jetting service we couldn't afford due to trying to pay for our now postponed wedding. Darren came out, I explained the issue and that we just wanted to be able to wash our clothes again, he got everything up and running in an hour and when to went to pay he told us that earls had a donation fund for covid and that he was going to submit our order up for it and we didnt owe anything for the service. I was blown away, I was ready to pay the $125 because I was so happy to be able to wash our clothes, but let me tell you, after the service I got today, I dont think I'll go anywhere else for our plumbing needs. You've got a customer for life. Thank you Darren!

Our outside unit’s compactors went out and we had no AC. I called Earls and they quickly slipped me into a time slot for 7PM the same day. Alex showed up about two hours early and got the AC back up and running in no time. I had a pipe burst under my house after business hours, I called Earl’s first thing the next morning. I asked for the first available appointment and the dispatcher was understanding and told me she would set up a visit that morning. About an hour later I received a text letting me know when the plumber would arrive & showing how I could track his location once he was on the way. The plumbers who came were professional, friendly & completed the work quickly. They answered all my questions and left no mess. I was expecting the worst but the total price was very fair. I will be recommending Earl’s from now on!

Fast and friendly service.
Discovered the source of the issue quickly, and knew exactly how to fix it. Didn’t waste time and moved with a sense of urgency. Fixed it perfectly and was out in less than an hour.
Tony came by promptly and although he told us we needed a whole new unit, he was very friendly and knowledgeable.
There is a single thing I can think of to complain about. Their punctuality was literally to the minute I was told they would be here. Then Darren, the journeyman that showed up, said he would have it done within the hour... 30 minutes later he told me was done. My bathroom was a disaster, everything was backed up and completely unsafe and unsanitary for my children. In the short time Darren was here, he fixed, cleaned and sanitized everything... his level of professionalism is 2nd to none.

Alex was absolutely amazing on our visit!! 7-21-19Want to share our experience with Earl's, their technician, and their Home Warranty Process in general. After our unit went out late Saturday afternoon, the Earl's office staff expedited a technician to our home, and by Sunday morning Alex was at our door ready to see how he could help. Alex quickly diagnosed the issue (original Trane A/C motor locking up), and replaced the entire component under Earl's Home Warranty.We have only owned the home for about two weeks, so naturally a major component going out is nothing short of frustrating. But with the Home Warranty Protection provided by Earl's, we had a technician promptly to our house (impressive considering it was late into the weekend!) and had the problem fixed in no time.For anyone debating tapping into a home warranty program, I highly recommend Earl's. Their service and coverage has already paid for itself in less than two weeks.Thank y'all!

The part he needed to fix my dishwasher was discontinued so he wasn't able to fix the problem but said he would come back to install a replacement that night even though it was Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They came by my house yesterday to fix eletrical problem i had. They told my wife and mother n law that ot was the light switches. Long story short i had LED lights where the switches neede fixing. They took my LED lights that were brand new and left me with me old dull lights. What was the reason they took my brand new lights, i dont know. Hope my landlord doesnt go with earls again.

Earl's Home Warranty was excellent. Our built-in microwave died after moving into our first home. They responded within 24 hours of submitting my request to set an appointment. Once the technician determined it needed to be replaced, they ordered a new one and had it installed. For a non-emergency request, I was impressed that the process was completed in about 10 days. For both the inspection and installation, Hector R. arrived and completed the work within the scheduled time slots. He called when he was on his way. He wiped his shoes before coming in. He was polite and efficient. He brought any trash out with him. He also provided me some great homeowner tips regarding maintaining appliances. Being a new homeowner is a bit stressful. You no longer can just call up the apartment front office and submit a maintenance request. However, it's nice to know I can just call Earl's!

I really like these guys. Here's why.I am a new Atmos customer. Never had a gas bill (or any bill) in my name to date.Atmos is not allowing it's employees into homes to light appliances due to covid-19 precautions. I was told I either needed to do to it myself (again, first timer) or contract someone to do it for me. Atmos would try to coordinate with the arrival of the plumber as they both need to be present but they still could only give me a FOUR HOUR WINDOW. That's as narrow as they could get it. Good looking out for it employees, Atmos, but also 😐So clearly I went the plumber route. I called around to 6 other plumbers that popped up on Google. These guys, first of all answered the phone, but were the most flexible of the people who did answer the phone. They were willing to coordinate with Atmos AND it cost me $125 for him to light my appliances, which turned out to only be my furnace. I explained the situation to him (newbie) and provided my educated guess on what needed to be lit and also that I had no idea where the water heater was stored and neither did my landlord (know where it was stored or what ran on gas). Taylor (employee) hunted down my water heater (it was stored rather creatively and accessible from the exterior of the home) and then waited until Atmos showed up, which was past the 30-90 min window I was told btw.All things considered, it went great and Taylor from Earl's Plumbing was great and the price seemed fair given the wait and the hunt for appliances, and they were the only company I called who were flexible and willing to coordinate like this.

Today we had Mike gomez fix our AC and he was awesome. He was cool and kind and patient and I'm bi polar and have manic anxiety and depression but I'm medicated and he was friendly and didn't seem bothered with me watching what he was doing and asking questions. My air conditioner stopped working with temperatures 100’s so I called Earl’s Plumbing where I have a home warranty and they sent Glen McCarter to my house. I just wanted to explain how wonderful this professional took care of my issue. Mr McCarter was so thorough and answered all my questions in detail and was able to repair my AC, replaced the fan and fixed the wiring, checked my outside unit and now I am cool and comfortable thanks to him. Earl pleasetake care of this amazing employee and give him a big fat raise.

Please avoid this company. There are many good choices in Lubbock. Bruce Thornton is who I would recommend. Earl’s is extremely unethical. Remember you can choose any warranty company you want when you buy a new home in Lubbock and surrounding areas.

Job Completed on 03/12/18Rating 10Needed toilet and pedestal sink removed before floor renovations could start. They were here on time, removed the items and cleaned up the bottom of the toilet before putting it in the garage. I am very pleased with the service I've received from Earl's Plumbing!

Tony Molina was quick, respectful, knowledgable, and friendly! He fixed our AC very quickly and a day before our set appointment. This company does great business and gets the job done.
Had Earls plumbing come out for an estimate. Another company told me that I needed to change out some plumbing fixtures .Earls said all was up to code and no need for replacement. He gave me an estimate for the work which was under there price. When time to replace I will chose Earls. Very nice people.
When our AC went out we sent in a request online that night and had Tony Molina come out the next morning. Throughout the whole process he was friendly, professional and thorough. Would highly recommend him as well as Earl's to friends and family!

Earls was recommended to me by Atmos the day my gas was locked, due to a gas leak . I know this sounds extreme but Earls saved my daughters and my life . Tyler and Isaiah were so prompt so professional but most importantly so understanding and comforting. The little leak that was not only getting bigger and bigger each day was actually a lot of little leaks in my attic and underground. Tyler was so precise that he checked the line more than a couple of time to make sure it was a leak that was underground. So devastating at first was turned around made so beautiful and great . Tyler explained the cost but then also explained a way I would be able to afford . I want to thank Earls ( Tyler , Isaiah , and Chuck ) ; for really being the hero’s and great samaritans for their service . I have nothing more to say but this . Earls Plumbing is the best in West Texas and I pray each day for their success and progress. They are a blessing for our community. Thank you Earls from the Solis Family .

Called in and had never used them. Nice lady answered the phone and in fifteen minutes the tech Darren showed up. In less than an hour he was loaded and gone. Very appreciated the quick clean service!

I've had two appliance issues that have been handled by my Earl's Home Warranty. Both times Chad Eubank was the person they sent out.Chad Eubank is great! He explains what he's doing, is timely, calls and schedules when he says he will, and he makes sure it's done right. I'd recommend him to anyone with appliance issues for sure.

We have had a home warranty through Earl’s since purchasing our first house 2 years ago. We have used the warranty numerous times and it has saved us a TON of money. Today, amidst a global pandemic, our showers and toilets began backing up. We called Earls and they arrived within 30 minutes fully suited up for our protection. They didn’t even have to step foot in our home and had our plumbing fixed in less than an hour! We have been so happy with our experience at Earl’s every single time they have come out to our home and would highly recommend their services and their warranty!
Great service and I loved certain features like texting me ahead of time to say they were on their way, including a photo of my tech so I knew who would be here. A+ service!

After calling 2 other businesses that didn't show on a weekend, I called Earl's who showed up before the promised time. Luis Pacheco was our technician, he was professional. knowledgeable and promptly got the job done. I will use Earl's every time now. They went above and beyond, our community needs more businesses like Earl's, Thank you! We will be purchasing our home warranty from Earl's in the future.

I used Earl’s plumbing to install a new ice maker in my refrigerator and it was done in a very professional way with no problems. I have ordered a new drop in range and dishwasher and they are going to install them when they arrive. The employee from Earl’s was very knowledgeable about the installation process and said it could be done with no major issues.

My hot water heater went out on a Saturday night and had someone contact me Sunday morning and a technician was at my house soon after lunch. They did not have the needed water heater in stock but had a person at my door by 9:15 am Monday morning. I had to go to a funeral and they were most gracious to reschedule installation for the afternoon. The technician who came out on Sunday was not assigned my job on Monday but called on Monday to make sure I was taken care of. They were awesome to work with! Jeanie Mc

Earl's was able to come out to diagnose and repair our water heater the same day that I called to request a technician. The master plumber who came out was very courteous and knowledgeable. Here was able to diagnose the problem within about 10 minutes. They provided us with a total estimate then went to get the part we needed. I would highly recommend.
Darren is the best plumber Earl's has he takes good care of my home. He is a very friendly guy also.

Fantastic service! These guys did a whole home re-plumbing job on our 10 year old house. If they would have done the original install, we wouldn't have needed to get it redone. This was a big job but they worked around the family and had the water running almost right away. They used quality parts and did not take any shortcuts. There was a significant cleanup/repair work to complete after the plumbing job was finished. They were very detail oriented to getting the house looking as good as when they started.

This was my post about 1.5 years ago. So far I love these guys. They are fast and honest. I have used them on my rental property's for about 15 months and they are fantastic. I have used many other companies and they are the best I have found to date.Ok, so i guess my luck ran out with Earl's. I invested in a 1 year Earl's Premium ($650 w/ $80 fee per service call) Home warrant for my personal house a year ago. Earls has 2 home warranty's, Basic and Premium and I got the Premium. About 1 month prior to that year being up I had a water leak in my home Office which soaked the carpet and was likely from the water heater on the other side of the wall. I called earl's home warranty. They came out and determined they could not find where the leak was coming from.(HERE COMES THE TRICKERY)Earl's told me that I needed to hire Jay Pluming to come out and find the leak and once the leak was located they would do the repair work. Jay plumming's cost to find a leak was any where from $75-$300. I told Earl's that I had the Premium plan and that it should cover finding the leak because finding the problem is the 1st step in repair.Earl's said, NO Sir its not our practice to find the problem just fix the problems.REALLY!!! I reviewed the policy and no where did it state finding a problem was not their policy. But they absolutely refused to pay the cost to have the leak located. I called Jay Plumming and had them come out and search for the leak which they found within 5 minutes without any special tools. Now if you read my post from a year prior I loved Earl's but not anymore.I will mention that during the entire year of my Premium Home Warrant ($650) with Earl's this was the only call for service where they came out to my house during that time.So I paid $650 for them to cause me more stress and anger when they should have gave me peace of mind that my problems would be taken care of in case of something like this. WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN.In the end the leak was located and problem was repaired. Someone claiming to be the owner called me on the phone and apologized. He waived the $80 service call fee and paid Jay Plumming bill which wasn't much since they found the leak within minutes.I let my warrant expire with Earl's.I am using AMERICAN HOME SHIELD NOW for my home warranty.If anyone from Earl's wants to address this I will gladly address it with them.

Earl’s Pluming was fantastic! Very polite, did a great job and were prompt. From the initial call to completing the tasks, they were great. The next time we need plumbing services, we will certainly call Earl’s.
We had to replace some of the pipe ,shower and tub handles. Guy comes out to replace and repair. He did it and it's professional not like I did it lol. Supprissed he did it so quickly. It was a lot of work but made it look like ( nothing to it) we recommend this business. Owner is blessed to have good workers. Thanks 👍👍.

Fast and friendly service!
Earl’s plumbing came to my rescue. I am very impressed with their willingness to work with me when I had plumbing issues on a Friday afternoon, and I was going out of town for the weekend. They met my daughter at my house Saturday morning , called me with estimate, and fixed the problem. I was sent a text with a name and picture of the plumber that would be there. I appreciate this kind of reassurance. So very thankful for their high quality service.

Jason Guzmon came to check out a concern we had about our furnace. He did an excellent job of checking all potential areas of relevance and found no problems. We talked with Jason concerning a service agreement where he explained the advantages of having someone check our unit regularly. We signed up for annual check-ups which makes us feel much more comfortable with our heating/air conditioning.Thank you for having knowledgeable and courteous techs to assure us we are being taken care of.

New to lubbock, bought a house. The hot water heater was making all kinds of noise did not know about the hard water problem here. Called Earl's said they could drain the sediment for 125.00 no problem. Plumber comes sorta hinted around it would not do any good, but thought since he came I was stuck with the bill. He never even hinted I had a choice. After draining the tank and charging me he explained showing with his hands on the tank the level of sediment and that the draining really would not work and the pinging was still there. So basically Earl charged me for something that they knew would not work. What a ripoff and they claim integrity, really?

All went as well as can be expected on my old air conditioner! My technician, Will, was professional and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issues promptly! One of the parts he needed was not in town but he made sure we were not going to be without air conditioning for the couple of days it took to get the part in. Very happy costumer, thank you!

I have an ongoing issue with the main line which seems to require a plumber about once per year. I called the plumbing company I’ve always used on Monday, this is Friday and they couldn’t fit me in so I reached out to the community and asked for referrals. Earls name kept coming up so I called them and they came right out. ✅ Darren was waiting for me when I got to the house and was so kind and polite.✅ I gave him a briefing and he went right to work. ✅ It looks like the problem is at the back fence and he’s called the City and put me on their emergency list. ✅ Darren explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. ✅ He is very knowledgeable and professional ✅ and the first one to even indicate it could be a problem that could be fixed and it might be the City who does it.✅✅Short answer..I was very impressed, pleased, and thankful after this plumbing visit and hopeful to finally get this issue resolved. I’m an Earl customer from this point forward. Thanks guys, you made my day!
The technicians that came out to service my unit were very rude and condescending. They were out here 10 minutes and told me that it was my nest thermostat causing the unit to freeze up. Which the thermostat has been installed since February and the unit has been working fine up until last week.

Johnathan G. came to my home to help me out with an A/C issue, and he couldn’t have been more helpful! He was very professional, courteous, and I love the new covid precautions Earl’s is using. As an old habit I’m still trying to break, I attempted to shake his hand, but Jonathan kindly let me know that it was against company standards for both his and my safety. I’ve been using Earl’s for a while, and I don’t foresee that changing thanks to them always thinking of the customer first.
We have used them twice. Both times prompt service, fair prices, and all round good service. Will definitely use them again.

Our water heater burst this morning. We turned off the water and called Earl’s immediately. They came out after lunch with a new water heater (a name brand, not the off brand that the previous homeowners had put in three years ago), and had it installed and filling in no time, no questions asked. It was covered under our homeowner’s warranty, so it cost only the $79 deductible. What a bargain! Our technician Randy was great as always. We will renew the HOW again next year. It has definitely paid for itself, and the service has been great.
