We had a pex fitting fail inside a wall and flooded our house. I called Earl’s around 6:30PM and Carey showed up within 30 minutes. He quickly identified the failure and got it repaired as well as identifying another failing fitting and got it all fixed and cleaned up in less than two hours. Carey was amazing! He was very professional and friendly and took the time to show me what he found and asked me to look at his work when he finished. Carey and Earl’s were fantastic and I highly recommend them.

From the moment I called to get an estimate through the completion of the repairs, I was extremely impressed at the professionalism of the office staff and the plumbers that did the repairs. Called other places and couldn't send anyone out for a week and these guys got me in within 2 hours! They sent a text with information about the Technician that was coming to my house. Followed covid restrictions and the price was very reasonable (especially for same day/emergency work). Also quoted me a price before doing the work and then lowered it when it wasn't as hard of a job that it could have been. Great company!

Have been using Earls for near 3 years no and have never had a problem until today. I call Earls today for a issue with my Washer. We told there dispatch that our washer was malfuactuoning and causing the washer to over flow with water.They said they would come out and they did. Plumers came out and replaced my washers water supply lines instead. I tell the gentlemen what wasnt the issues we called them for and that the washer was the issue. The plumer stated i needed to call for appance repair. But that my lines were bad any way and replaced them. Have charged me my deductible. We called dispatch back and what answers , I was told there would be a separate charge for the washer sence the plumers had to go out and change the water valves. But the water lines were not the issue at hand.

I’ve had Earl’s home warranty for several years and used them probably 5 times. They do a great job! Employees are always pleasant and do great work. As long as I am in Lubbock I will keep renewing the home warranty they offer. Every without it, I would still use Earl’s.
From the initial call to the day of service, Earl’s was kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and ultimately solved the problem.

Jonathan from Earl's came out because I had a drain backing up. He and his helper (I'm terrible for not catching his name) were knowledgeable giving me tips on the plumbing and running their cable to find a huge ball of old grease was the culprit. I'm new to this house so I was glad to see it was just a ball of grease and not something more serious. I'm so thankful for these guys and Earl's.
They contacted me shortly after reaching out about a clogged toilet, and we’re walking out with my toilet fixed no less than 4 hours after contact. Shower pipe leak behind drywall required plumbing expertise but what really made this repair complete was the drywall cosmetic reconstruction. The repair location on the dining room wall was made more challenging for the in-home DIYer because a very large picture window made obvious all the intricacies of the fairly heavy knock-down texture. The grayish, medium dark blue paint color added to mix made this repair more of a challenge as well. Jason not only checked off all the requirements for a perfect invisible repair but he contained any and all mess produced in the process. IMHO he’s a nice person to visit with while witnessing the display of his artistry.

Our water heater when down, I was at work when my husband called and said that he tried to fix the water heater I told my husband don’t let me call Earl they are the professionals they have been working in our house since we bought our house. I love the way they take care of us, every time I-called for any problems that we have they make a priority to make an appointment just like with that water heater I mean I called the office that afternoon and within 30 minutes they were in my house. The water heater could be fixed, but it was replaced and with an 1hour everything was install thank you to both techs. Please leave it to the professional at Earl to do any work, 💯% satisfied

Great experience with Earl’s! James came out the morning after I called for low water pressure in our tub/shower. He replaced the cartridge and even gave us a new tub faucet to replace the corroded one that no longer sealed at no additional cost over the estimate. We will definitely use Earl’s again.

Update: Received my receipt shortly after posting my first review. One week later we still had water leaking from the furnace. Called again. The next tech said the coils needed to be cleaned, which is what I told the dispatcher the first time I called a week ago. They discounted what I paid the first time and gave me a bill for the difference to clean the coils. Two days later I discovered the tech did not put a filter back in the furnace. So it ran for 2 days with no filter. I think I'm done with this company.

The two men sent to my home, Richard and Hunter were very polite and well trained. Found problem and repaired in a very professional manner. They came in they said they would be here and he approach the clogged so we're system and the proper way and did an excellent job getting us clean unclogged toilet shower and washing machine drain.
I called yesterday after 5 because my water heater pilot flame would not stay on. I had someone at my house the next day, Tyler, and he was very professional and got the part I needed, quickly. There would have normally have been a long wait time for the part but Tyler was able to get a fix same day. I am very appreciative to everyone I’ve dealt with and if I have any future issues I would personally use them and would recommend Earl’s and Tyler to anyone else.Thank you!

Our hot water heater has been making loud pops for a couple of months. The repairman told me he could drain it but it wouldn’t get all the sediment out and it would build up again. An HONEST MAN. How refreshing. And he did not charge me to come to my house. I will definitely call Earls again.

We appreciated the promptness of response. Appointment one day for assessment and estimate, and appointment next day to install kitchen faucet that we purchased from Home Depot. The only part We were disappointed with, or unsatisfied with, was the cost. He was there less than 30 minutes, which I’d say is a pretty easy fix, and our charge for installation was $175. Let’s see ... that equates to $350/hr. (I’m in the wrong business.) Again, the promptness was appreciated, and the faucet we purchased (from Home Depot) works well, and it was a clean install. We have no issue with the work, or anything ... and we appreciated the handling of the installation being done so quickly. We just didn’t appreciate the cost. Had the cost been more reasonable, we would have given a 5-star rating.

As always, the technician was prompt and courteous. I had in mind what I wanted done, which would have cost about twice what I ended up having done. The technician was honest enough to tell me the cheaper route would work much better in my situation. I appreciate doing business with honest people. Thanks Earl’s.

They came out and worked on my heater which went out on me when, of course, it was 10° outside. They had to work in a very cold attic. They replaced the necessary parts, and even did some extra cleaning of parts to make the furnace work better. They were efficient, professional, did a great job in a timely manner, and didn't break the bank on me. They WILL be my go to if and when I have any more HVAC issues!!

Would highly recommend Earl's to anyone in the South Plains region. The people in the office to their technicians are very helpful and nice. Love the notifications on when the technician is on their way. It also allows you to monitor their location. They send a text about their technician, what they look like, and their history with the company. Their home warranty has been a life save and would highly recommend home owners to invest in this option. They are our go to for everything when it comes to house maintenance.

Absolutely loved the professionalism and attention to customers. From the minute I placed the call it was great. The two guys that came to our house were very professional, explained the process completely and put my mind at ease after the horrible nightmare we experienced due to Atmos. They were able to get all the work done in a matter of hours and made sure they did not leave without explaining to me the next steps. They called the inspector to come in and had my gas hooked up within a matter of minutes after they completed their work. Both of the guys left me impressed, they even cleaned up after themselves! Patrick was so professional and quick. He knows what he’s doing and took care of our messed up electrical situation in the living room and garage. Previous repairs had left us with lighting and switches that didn’t work. He fixed all that :)

Luis is very personable and professional. He is a very good listener and was patient with my illtimed interruptions to his work. He is also a very adept problem solver. We needed to have our Grunfol heated water device reinstalled at the kitchen sink and he explained the part we were looking for so we could search for it. Not finding the part with our items that had been removed during the kitchen demolition he sourced the exact item we needed and picked it up and installed it. Above. And. Beyond. Thanks, Luis!!!

Our AC suddenly stopped working last night, called 2 other companies that were rude and unprofessional. Asked co-workers who they recommended and someone mentioned Earl's. Earl’s plumbing has been absolutely amazing! They are very courteous and considerate and did an excellent job repairing our tub drain. Not only that, but I had another issue last week that ended up not being a plumbing issue, and rather than spending time here and charging me, they recommended the correct route to go to get my problem fixed, and left without having to charge me. The day before I called them out, I had a different plumbing company spend 4 1/2 hours here, without resolving any issues, but racking up quite a bill. Earl’s plumbing was honest and extremely helpful and I will use them anytime I need anything in the future! I cannot be more thankful!

Thank you to Earls and Carey Sills, Repairman, for getting here so quickly and replacing our water heater! There’s nothing like waking up at 5 AM and having to take a cold shower 😳! I called Earls and they found a way to work us in and replace the unit with time to spare!

Marc was amazing and extremely professional.
I was quoted $350 to install a new kitchen sink, however, when it was done. the plumber(Brody) said it's $800. I was completely in shock that it was more than doubled what was quoted without any warning. He said he changed the pipe length. Total time spent was about 1.5 hrs for 800 bucks for pure labor. 5 stars for the guy installing it correctly, but on the pricey side =/

I’m not sure if we just got lucky and the timing was right, but these guys were able to get to our house and replace our extremely worn out water heater within a few hours. First time using our home warranty, but so glad we had these guys on our side. Very professional, prompt, easy to work with. Definitely keeping them in speed dial just in case. Also, highly recommend this company for whatever your needs may be.
We received this warranty with our recent home purchase. They provided excellent service. I didn’t know businesses like this existed in today’s world. We will be renewing our warranty when it expires.

We looked everywhere for someone to perform a hydrostatic pressure test. Earl’s Plumbing responded immediately and set up an appointment. I received a text prior to the technician’s arrival, telling me his name, a picture of what the technician looked liked, a map showing me his location and his expected arrival. They were professional, courteous and experienced! I was told the cost up-front. These folks are honest and are intent on doing a professional job! Thank y’all.

Drew and a helper came out and were very helpful in trying to locate the clogged drain. After trying for quite a while, they determined that the drain was no longer clogged. As a result, they did not charge me anything. Awesome!

I called Earl's around 4:15. They arrived within 15 minutes. They helped me to get the water turned off on the water heater and determined a new one needs to be installed. They will return tomorrow to install it.
Great guy's I used to do this kind of work for a living and they absolutely know their stuff. Very professional and didn't try to B.S. me about anything. I would recommend them to anyone. It's nice to be able to trust a plumbing company now day's... And they showed up early.

Spent some time researching a company that I would trust installing my Aquasana water softner system. I reached out to Earl's and they provided me a quick estimate prior to them even coming out to my house. Scheduling was a breeze and the confirmed the appointment quickly.On the day of my service, I recieved a message staying who my master plumber was and that he was on his way. Richard was awesome. We did a walk through on the house, diagnosed my issue and provided me with a reasonable plan on the work, as well as, an updated estimate. I am very satisfied with the work Richard did! It was honest and fair work.I have heard some horror stories about some plumbers here in Lubbock who are cheaper and their work shows. I wanted the piece of mind of having my work done and not worry if it is going to fail, if they destroyed my home, or if they ripped me off. Earl's did a great job of winning my trust and business!
