Best Main Water Line in Lubbock TX

James came out and took care of us. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Earls again when needed. The best part was the customer service.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

My water heater was under warranty and still got charged 600 for the repair. It has not been the best in dealing with this company and will be mindful in the future.

I have been using Gibson’s for 8 years now. I have become irritated with them now since they can’t seem to make me a definite service call date. They call and tell me they have to bump me. And today’s appointment was a no show for 8AM.

They are very good at what they do check them out.

Very very poor and unprofessional service.. Talked to the owner and he was rude and disrespectful.

Went through my home warranty for a constantly running toilet. Got scheduled for an appointment in a timely manner. Logan was our service guy. He communicated his arrival time well with me, listened to what all needed to be fixed and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was also super nice to my very people friendly dog and that was much appreciated :)

Arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and made sure all my questions were answered. All around great service !

Greg with Lowery was great came out after 5 o'clock to Littlefield and got me and my family fixed up quickly so we could still shower before bed!
