Ok, I'm going to save you time! I read hundreds of reviews to get a gist on if I can trust the service I'm going to hire for whatever issue that is making life more stressful, and as such, I don't want to deal with bad service and hire a company that is dishonest. so, I read twenty reviews on each company. Having said all of this, stop, and make this the last review and save your time and hire Bob (Raider Plumbing) for anything related to plumbing including natural gas. He is the most honest guy who is going to give you a more than good price on anything he has to repair! I'm not being hyperbolic with this review just trying to help you make the best decision and Raider Plumbing is just that!

My experience with Bob and his son Sam have been really really great this is my third time they both have come and get me out of some serious plumbing problems once I called another plumbing company because I had called Bob and they were so busy he advised me to get someone else he could not get to me I had a leak under my concrete floor and the other company was talking about breaking concrete and it was going to cost a couple thousand dollars scared me I called Bob again and he and Sam made a special trip and rerouted the water and charged me a really small fraction of what the other company was going to charge me. Great company hope to never use no one else. Thank you Bob and Sam 👍🏼

Bob and Sam are by far the best plumbers in the Lubbock area! They are trustworthy and always make sure to get the job done right the first time. You can always count on them to be honest with their work and always do what is best for you. If you are looking for a plumber in the area, you definitely have to give them a call! What a wonderful family! And even better workers and gentlemen. During the middle of a family emergency of their own, father/owner (Bob, who was out of town) and son worked together and did a WONDERFUL job in our kitchen. Very thorough and kind. Bob’s son even sat and chatted with me for a few minutes after the job was done. Wonderful wonderful people. I will definitely call them and only them for any other job the future may spring upon us.

Mr. Schooler with Raider Plumbing treated our master bathroom remodel plumbing needs like we were his priority customer and performed the work exactly as we discussed in our initial consultation. Very responsive to text and phone calls.

Bob at Raider Plumbing was a life saver for me. I was quoted almost $5400 for a leak under my kitchen sink, by Lowery Plumbing. I was told that it was under the foundation and a tunnel would have to be dug. A neighbor of mine gave me Bob's name and number so I gave him a call. He came out the next day, fixed it in about an hour and it only cost me $142!!! The issue was above foundation. There was a couple of nails that had been driven thru the hot water pipe during the building of the house, and they had finally rusted making the leak occur . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOB! Very honest and pleasant business man.

Bob and Sam were great! Very professional and quick. They helped us replace the clean out, part of a sewer line, as well as some water lines. I can’t recommend them enough!

Bob repaired a busted sewer line at our rental property in New Deal, and repaired multiple other plumbing related issues. Our tenant was very happy with his professionalism and work. He completed the job in the time frame he gave us, and communicated with us throughout the process as needed. I would call Bob for any other plumbing needs, and would refer him to others.
