Eventually, everyone is going to have some type of plumbing problem and when you do, there is no better company to call than Joe Rushing Plumbing!! We have used them for years and they are not just good, but great!! You can rely on this company to get the job done, quickly and correctly the first time! The personnel are phenomenal!!

We used Joe Rushing for sewer repairs due to a tree eating our pipes. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly me stay at the estimated costs. The whole way they communicated with us on where we were on the process and the things that would happen next.

Great company and Corey is the man. He was super helpful and very polite and helped me get my house cool on mother's day. Every place else was closed or no response. Highly recommend!

Joe Rushing is by far the best plumbing company in town! There is no one else I would call. They are quick, professional and take care of your home. Sam and Santos worked in my master bath to repair a leak for most of the day and they were AWESOME!! Thank you, Joe Rushing!!!

I had a plumbing issue and thought I would try this company. I told the tech exactly what he needed to do because I have had to get it done many times before. It was literally 15 minutes of work, max. I told the tech that I would meet him at the house in a few and he could get started. When I got to the house he was doing the work another way. We tested the line and it didn’t work. He then tried doing it his way again for a long time and it didnt work. He again was trying it from another place and I told him to stop and do it my way. 5 minutes and the line was clear. I got the bill for $395 and of course had to pay right then. All the other companies that I have used in the past was a 1 hour of labor charged for 15-20 minutes of work and that was perfectly fine with me. I had to pay for 3 hours because he was working for 3 hours doing things his way that didnt work. I want to use this company to do more work that I have planned but I think I need to move on and get a company that does not over charge me. It might be my fault by being passive, I should have just told him do it my way or leave.

Great experience! Called one morning needing help with the commode in our office. They were able to get to us before the end of the day and get the problem fixed. They always get to us quickly and their employees are very courteous. We certainly appreciate them!
Back in January they sent Brian out on a cold day when the roads were not the best, because our heater was not working during the worst winter storm we have seen in decades. He arrived about 4:30 and didn't leave until 6:15. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers, so he would not track slush into our house. He repaired the unit, and then took the time to show us what was wrong and explained everything to us. When he was finished, he vacuumed the area where some debris had fallen onto the floor from accessing the attic through the restroom in our pool house. I certainly appreciated his professionalism and expertise and willingness to work late. I highly recommend Joe Rushing for your plumbing and Heating/AC needs. Needed to get our houses HVAC serviced. We moved out of state. The plumber called on the way to pick up the key from the realtor. He did not say anything about an extra charge. I spoke to the plumber multiple times on the phone before he was done with the job. Not once did he mention additional fees. When he called to say it was done all of a sudden there was an extra fee for going to get the key from the realtor. He said I have to pay and if I don't like it I can take it up with the realtor. He also said he would email a receipt but never did. Great company if you'd like to pay way over on your estimate for hidden fees. Stay far away from them.

These people are wonderful and took care of us in this heat be installing a new condenser in under 24 hours from when it went out.

They came, don't know what exactly they did. I left my son to be here. Anyway, still having problems. They recommended that I call the city to flush the lines in the ally. They came, they flushed. No issue found. I still wonder if a camera was used like you announce in your media? I'm not at all impressed.

My water heater was under warranty and still got charged 600 for the repair. It has not been the best in dealing with this company and will be mindful in the future.

AC quit working on a 100+ degree day, called and set up an appt. Technician (Ron) arrived before the scheduled time to arrive. 30 minutes later the problem was solved. Fantastic customer service and a more than fair price!! I highly recommend this company I will use no other plumbing service than Joe Rushing Plumbing in the future! A++++++ Johnny Crawford.

Joe came to my house to locate a leak in my hot water line. Joe located the leak below the slab in my master bedroom. He then presented me with several options to repair, re-line, or reroute the line through the attic. I ultimately chose to have the line repaired by busting through the concrete.

The jackhammer crew, Santos and Isaiah, did an excellent job of opening the floor without allowing the concrete dust to cover everything in the bedroom. Joe and Trey then replaced the leaking pipe and the jackhammer crew filled the hole and repaired the slab. The next day they sent their carpet guy to stretch and reinstall the carpet. Every employee I interacted was friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional. The total cost of the repair was exactly as estimated and was much more reasonable than I initially expected.

I am very pleased with the results and I would not hesitate to call Joe Rushing Plumbing the next time I have plumbing issues.

We had a leak arise after a plumber installed a new water faucet. We were subsequently charged for the leak repair; when I called to inquire about additional bill for labor, I was told I'd be called back. Though I thought that would be yesterday, I heard from the company today. Additional labor charges were waived. While I'm sure the company doesn't completely agree with me regarding the applicability of the charges, I am very happy that they have accommodated me regarding my issue. All is working fine, and overall, I am quite happy with the service. This is not the first time I have used Rushing plumbing, and now knowing that they listen to customer problems, I would not hesitate using them again.

We had our AC leaking water into our home and within 25 minutes they had someone out there to fix the problem. This all happened after midnight which didn't stop them from getting to us immediately. Great company and people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Had to call them out on Easter weekend and they got to us quickly, found out what the problem was and got repaired the same day. Very pleased will use them again if needed and recommend.

I had Tyler, Ron, and Cory all three different guys come and work on my dads ac unit & water hearter in Abernathy & was so pleased with them, that I went ahead and had them service my unit. Honestly I would have to say that for me especially with our units honesty goes a long way. The pricing was fair not outrageous and the work performed was awesome. I would highly recommend them and will to anyone who asks me about Plumbing and AC issues! Thank you all for your service! :)

They will go above and beyond to take care of you! The heater went out on new years eve and the owner came himself to fix it for me, making sure we would be warm for the couple of days it took to find the replacement part for the heater by showing me how to manually light the furnace. As soon as he had the part he came and fixed it fully. It is working great now. He was quick and professional, and didn't mind my curious dogs sniffing on him. I am very pleased with this business.

They can't give you an estimated time when they will arrive and both times we have used this company no estimates were given before work was done.

Had a very good experience with Joe Rushing Plumbing. The lady that took my call was nice and informed. They came out to out house which is outside the city of Lubbock and took care of our drain problem within hours of when I called. Jeff took care of our problem, I really appreciated his manner and effort. Another company was going to charge us a lot more than what our final cost was, which was very reasonable (158.50). I would recommend Joe Rushing Plumbing

Tyler came to fix several small plumbing issues. He seemed very knowledgeable about problems with plumbing fixtures, and offered several options for repair. He also noticed some other potential problems while he was there. He wasn't pushy, just pointed out that an outside faucet would soon need replacing. He fixed it to work until it completely dies. He was professional, pleasant and helpful.

The work done was done well, they came out quickly enough, and the cost was fair. That being said, we will not use them again. We had a number of issues, but they were all with the administrative staff, so if that doesn't bother you, the technicians were great to work with and we recommend them.

Long story short joe rushing came out to Jett our pipes and said we had limbs and collapsed pipes said they don’t know how long it will last which cost us $535 and quoted us 7,000 to fix all the pipes and everything this is what it looks like 3 days later now they want to charge more to come unclog it. My dad is a veteran and he would like his money back as if they knew it wasn’t going to work they shouldn’t have charged us. I would recommend go to earl plumbing they are going to only charge $1400 instead of 7,000 from joe rushing my next step is taking them to court and writing the BBB how can they take advantage of people like this!! Please stay away from these people..

You will not find anybody who will do any better of a quality of work. Sometimes the prices are expensive, but you do pay for what you get and you can always count on a quality job. I have had a number of large and complicated projects and they always do first class work. The first time I met them they saved my then fiancee's engagement ring from her grandmother. It was a family heirloom of an innestimable value. Less than 2 ft from the main line of the sewer, it was a blessed day and we've stuck with them ever since!!

We contacted them and they came out and fixed our problem with efficiency and ease. Ron and the crew did a great job at our house!

We had a need to replace on of our commodes and Rushing Plumbing came out very quickly and did a wonderful job of replacing our existing commode. Well, we paid the bill and thanked them for their prompt and efficient service.
A couple of weeks later, we got a call from Rhonda Rushing and she informed us that they had inadvertently overcharged us. We received a check from them for the over charge. I like using companies that are efficient like Joe Rushing Plumbing and now they will be our go-to plumbers because they possess HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. It is nice to know there are companies out their like Joe Rushing who do the RIGHT THING.

Christmas Eve we started having water back up in the kitchen and utility room sinks. We called Joe Rushing Plumbing at 11:00 PM. They quickly showed up and cleared the clog (from the roof, in the dark no less!) They were professional and courteous even on Christmas Eve. We will definitely use these guys again!

I called for a broken garbage disoposal and they were that same day. Great workers, and very nice people. Will be using them again if I have plumbing issues again!

They left trash in the yard. Let the faucet cover for out side off and dogs tore it up. Left the door to well house open when he left. Said they would call the next day and haven't heard back. Won't call them back out again. Sorry not sorry

Arrived promptly on time to see why my clean out line was backflowing. Used all their machines and finally came unclogged. Got their camera out and Trey diagnosed it and showed me the picture. It sure was clear to see the pipe was broken and narrowed out in the alley. Luckily it's city side and they will be working on replacing it ASAP. It was marked by Joe Rushing Plumbing services and should be resolved. Thank God for the quick diagnosis and equipment they have.

If I could give them a zero star or negative rating, I would. Very unprofessional & deceiving people. They didn’t fix any of our issues but make it worth. And they wanted to charge us $1000 for nothing! To me, that is stealing.
Also, when we got into a negotiation about it, they were very rude and mean. They turned off the water in my entire house, and left us like that. That is messing with our property, and these guys are thieves. Please Don’t use them unless you want to waste your money and time.
