Best Water Fixture in Louisville KY

Had a 400 water bill, he came and found that I had leaky toilet tanks. Repair was affordable and he wrote a letter to the water company which lead to a partial refund. Would recommend

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

We had some issues with our garage door after an ice storm and called and they were able to send someone out the very next day. Isaac was very professional and knowledgeable about the repairs that we needed. Isaac also provided us a fair quote on doing the repairs and any preventative maintenance.We will definitely use this company again in the future!

The issue was one that seemed to stem from a recent fix from Greenwell. Greenwell came out and fixed it the next day with no charge which was a relief for us and a stand up move from Greenwell. Will recommend to others and use again. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lee and Brian we super helpful. They arrived when they said they would and were quick to evaluate the situation. They presented me with a remedy and price quote and were quick to get it fixed.They were nice guys who made good conversation. They didn't make me feel dumb for not fixing it myself, which is always nice. This is my second experience with Maeser and I'll continue to seek them out when I need service. You should too.

Parker Plumbing was at my house on Thursday afternoon. Saturday night I had emergency gas crews at my house due to the gas leak caused directly from the plumber not installing a part (thermocouple) properly (did not use tape and tried to cover it with putty). And then on Sunday yet another gas leak from the second part (control valve) he had replaced and again, didn’t install properly (no tape again and didn’t even try to putty this one) I’m 8 months pregnant and my room is just feet away from the water heater that leaked for 3 days. Not only did we have to evacuate our home until the gas crew could evaluate but I now have the concern for the next 6 weeks of any damage caused to my unborn child. This plumber was very friendly and quick to diagnose and repair. If only he had done it properly and not been lazy, this would have been a very different review.

UPDATE: clearly this guy can not read. When did I say LGE was out here again? I didn’t. I said there was another leak. My husband stopped this one himself. I’ll upload the picture if you need it. I have no reason to make this up. But clearly you can see for yourself from this response the lack of respect they have for ANYONE. I did not take the time out of my life to makeup any of this. I reported exactly what was happened and EXACTLY what the gas crew told us and showed my husband. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews here and on BBB speak for themselves!

They came in but never got back to us. Very disappointed

Friday night our basement sump pump and kitchen sink stopped cooperating. Husband bailed rising sink water all night. He called another local plumber who he knows through a business referral group. No call back. We called Griffin, call back in 15 minutes and a plumber was here within the hour. Did I mention I’m having 14 people for dinner tonight? And family tomorrow for Easter dinner? Exceptional service, reasonable pricing.

John was great! On time, helpful, and informative. This was our 2nd time calling Tom Drexler and we’re glad to be their customers!We loved Sherman too! He was so knowledgeable and really helped me understand what was up with my AC unit and what we were going to need in the future. He is a great asset!

This company is awesome. Our water heater went out and flooded our basement. The home warranty company referred us to a company that only had a 1-star rating and horrible reviews. My husband and I did not feel confident in the referral. We had heard good things about E.J. Willman & Sons Plumbing. We reached out for their services, and they did not disappoint. My husband mentioned how professional they were. They took their time to make sure the job was done right. I'm very thankful for a company that still believes in giving the client the quality of service that they would want to receive.

I had a bathroom sink that would not drain. I tried all of the regular homeowner remedies, Draino, Crystals, and snaking it myself with no results.
I got off work unexpectedly early today and called around to see if someone could come out today. After a few ridiculous quotes to unclog a drain, Tony's called me back and said they could come out.
They were here within a couple of hours, was courteous, professional, and quickly resolved the drain issue for LESS THAN HALF of what I was quoted elsewhere.
They EARNED my business today from every facet of a good experience.

I highly recommend Venhoff Plumbing. I have used them for my home and business. They are skilled, responsive, and very fairly priced. They installed new washer dryer hookups for me. Later, they installed a new toilet & faucets. And most recently, in the big December freeze when a water line froze & blew out, even though I was low on the list, they took time to swing by to turn off the main water so the crawl space could start to dry out. I expected to be camping for several days with no running water and bought 2 dozen jugs of water to get me through. The very next morning, Venhoff called me and said I was their first appointment for a crew to come and assess the situation. I expected,an assessment and a plan to come back for the fix. But these guys checked it all out, fixed it and, within 90 minutes, my water is already back on!!! These guys Rock!!!
Now what am I going to do with all these jugs of water!!?!! 🤣
