Tony's Plumbing provides horrible customer service!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Both the office receptionist and Eric the estimator are clearly, unprofessional, disrespectful, inconsiderate and just plain rude.

I called Tony's Plumbing for a estimate. The estimator, Eric called and said he needs to reschedule my appointment to next week. We confirmed the new date and Eric text me on appointment day #2 and said, looks like I can't make it today, let reschedule for next week. I did not respond. Tony's Plumbing epitomizes poor customer service. Karma.

These guys are phenomenal! They were here when they said they would be and took care of my drainage problem from my new washer! These guys are my permanent plumbing fixer uppers from now on!

Dylan was courteous. professional, and a very clear communicator. He solved our problem quickly and helped us understand how to prevent future reoccurrences. We are very pleased with his work and would definitely call United Plumbing again.

I had another company tell me I needed a new toilet. I called Jack for a second opinion. Not only did Pacific Plumbing fix the toilet, they checked out the sewage ejector pump and fixed a slow drain - all for less than the price of the first quote for a new toilet! In these times, honesty and integrity seem to be a thing of the past. Not here! Thanks Jack and crew!

Do not use this company!! They showed up never walked in the house to look at my sump pump. I was told by the individual while in route that the pipe attached wasn’t covered and they would just take my 100 dollar deductible from my home warranty company. The gentlemen shows up again never looks at my sump pump, takes my credit card info/charges me 100 dollars, glances at the discharge pipe which is the problem, calls my insurance company and leaves!! A total of 8 minutes, WOW!! I call the insurance company and they say to me we don’t understand the diagnosis either sir, I said how can you when he didn’t even look at the problem for more than 3 minutes!! We live in a world that money doesn’t grow on trees and I don’t just give 100 dollars away everyday! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We first used A & S Plumbing a couple of years ago through our home warranty company. They contacted us in a timely manner and completed the job at hand. Good work , very friendly and knowledgeable guys. I was so impressed with them that I now request A&S for all of our plumbing issues. We have used them several times and had the pleasure of Josh and Kevin for our plumbing needs. They are fast, efficient and couldn't be nicer. Part of the job was not covered by my home warranty so they took the time to explain our options and the price was reasonable also. Furthermore, they were on time or early, but kept us in the loop via text/ calls along with Laura in the office who gets things going and does her job well. They're the best! Thank you!

Allen did a fantastic job. We had another local plumbing company out to look at the issue and they said we had to remove the cabinets before they would work on it. ASI was able to complete the work without removing the cabinets and everything was repaired to high quality standards.

Great service, Brian fixed my leaky vanity faucet and snaked a line that wasn't draining well.

They came out within an hour of calling which was wonderful since we had a main line clog. Friendly and knowledgeable.I did think the price was quite high for what he did but I wouldn't be surprised if it was comparable to others but I didn't get any other quotes so...but pleased with the work done.
