My home warranty sent them to unclog my kitchen sink. While the guys who came were very nice (I've had them here twice), it took them almost a whole week to call me to set an appointment up this last time. I'm glad it wasn't a true emergency or else I would have been out of luck. If I need plumbing again, I might consider asking for someone else if possible.
