Bad customer service.

One of the technicians used my restroom, left his deodorant on my sink, used my towel and clogged my sink with grey sludge. He never asked to use my bathroom. I have no idea what else he might have used in there. Totally unprofessional and creepy.

Josh at PlumbRight did great, quality work on my drainage issue. Initially the communication was not excellent, but it was worth the wait for their fair pricing and quality of work.

United Plumbing came out on Monday to inspect the water heater, said a new one was needed and ordered it, set an installation date of Thursday, The crew arrived and had the job completed in no time. They were friendly, professional, worked quickly, made sure the job was done right, double checked the work, cleaned up, and left. I couldn't have asked for better service or results. United Plumbing will be my go to Plumbers for any and all future problems. They are the BEST!

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

Came home from vacation to find water backed up in basement tub & toilet -- Michelle at dispatch was very helpful & had Ed out within a couple of hours.

Problem was solved in under 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time I've had to use Roto Rooter in the past few years due to some faulty work from the previous owner, and the service has been exceptional both times!

My initial phone contact this morning made it very easy to make our appointment. The Hot Water Heater in our home failed the previous evening. She assured me that a technician would be out. Josh (our technician) arrived on time and was very friendly. Greeted with a smile and a handshake, he assured me that this would be an easy process. Josh did a very nice job on the removal and install of the new unit. The quality and care he took with the installation of all the needed components is top work! We purchased a new dishwasher and washing machine at Lowe's 3/21. When delivery came, found valves corroded, could not turn off. Never used plumbing, here 15 yrs. Justin came and gave us info. We also asked re the dishwasher so 1 trip could cover all possibilities. Justin said the washer valves were not leaking and in order to update would require major wall cutting much work. Upon cking under sink for turn off. It was tight so we said, fix, so no issues later. Justin was very direct in what steps we could take. Also advising what we needed to do. It was a very satisfying experience and we felt trust in the whole trip. Thanks for the response and customer service.
