Cussed my wife out and threw trash all over our yard. Plumbing still an issue. Don't waste your money when there are reputable companies in town. Just sent a guy to pick up the trash, so I added another star to the review for an attempt at resolving the situation.

Not happy. Came out to give estimate on plumbing prob and was charged $178 for the 15 min. visit! The estimate was way higher than others, so they did not do the work.

We have hired PlumbRight about 10 times in the past. In addition to their excellent work, everytime they come they have been so polite and informative. We've had the opportunity to work with many of their employees and every experience has been excellent. They take time to answer my questions and they also give me a heads up when they are on their way. We've had them do the whole range of plumbing tasks for us, including water heater, garbage disposal, leaks and faucet replacement. Once, we had a plumbing emergency in which there was water gushing into our crawlspace. They fit us in on the weekend and fixed our pipe promptly. Give them a try! You won't regret it!

April 24, 2021Asked ASI to do four things: (i) reset the toilet to fix a leak; (ii) replace kitchen basket strainer to fix a leak; (iii) install new garbage disposal; (iv) and drain clog.Allen was our plumber and he did a great job. Professional, friendly, thorough. Would ask for him again if needed.Around the summer, 2018Main water line broke with water coming out from lawn. Contacted ASI. Owner (Jim) called me and explained my options concisely with quotes for the work. His plumber, Josh, was exceptional: polite, professional and was sympathetic to our situation of not having water at home. He kept us updated and was patient in answering all our questions. Kim, who answered most of my calls was also very nice. No billing issues. I wish I could better express my gratitude for their help.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and asked them to come check it out. They suggested it was the full septic tank and a waste of money to have them clean out the pipes for an extra cost. So we payed 258 dollars for them to come out that day. The next day we got the septic tank emptied for 375 dollars yet the sink clogged again immediately after. We called them back to let them know and they stated they needed 350 dollars to come out and clear the pipes. This was extremely unprofessional to not work with the customer since the suggestion was not the issue. We would have been fine to pay for the pipes to be cleared but not for 350 dollars.

Reply: 2 inches is untruthful on the technicians part, but we rented a snake and had it unclogged in 15 minutes. I understood paying more for someone to come back and run the snake through but not over charges of 350 dollars after paying 250 dollars for just a recommendation to get septic tank cleaned out. Still believe it is not a way to run a business, but that is your choice. Have a good day.
