Best Repair Plumbing Fixture in Louisville KY

Had a 400 water bill, he came and found that I had leaky toilet tanks. Repair was affordable and he wrote a letter to the water company which lead to a partial refund. Would recommend

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

Wow! Only company I called that would come out to look and possibly install a new water heater on a Saturday. I cleaned the filter the previous day and I was unaware of the safety switch. They showed me the switch and had mine running within 10 minutes. They were more then happy to replace the water heater, but suggested mine still had some life as it was only 8 years old. Saved me $1,000 during these crazy times and Christmas around the corner. Very honest! Would highly recommend.

Do not use this company. My warranty company called them out to take a look at my hot water heater and I was told it was the heating element gone bad. The repair gut changed the element and said it was fixed. The next day my water heater was leaking badly and could have done major damage to my flooring. Today another company came out and said it was not fixed and was not up to code. I was charged 400 for this so called repair that was a waste of money and time. Very frustrated with this company and will not recommend or use them again! I'd give zero stars if this was an option!!

Kevin Cole did a great job assessing our garbage disposal, gave us our options and pricing , replaced the unit and timely, clean and precise manner and gave great service. Kevin was friendly and helpful. He went the extra distance to make sure everything was working and he cleaned up after himself. Thanks Kevin!

Omg these man was so Great! Daniel J, James, Jamar! I went through three different companies an Tom should have been my first call! I needed my HVAC an AC Unit replace after THREE other companies said nothing was wrong an I had no air in my home! These three man came out here an was so so so nice an got the Job done an I have AIR!!!! I just want to say thanks 😊 Y’all don’t know how much this meant to me!

Great service! They do good work on old houses.

Not any good never showed up or called me to let me know they weren't coming.

We have used this plumbing service a few times always excellent service and price.

He unclogged the sink and charged :
Truck fee $130 ( half mile away from our home ) ; Machine fee :$60 ;labor $150 ( $0 for material he didn’t use any) = total cost $340 ( discount $30 lol !) so if you are ready to pay this much to fix a clogged sink call this guy!

First let me start off this review by saying, from the very first phone call, we knew we were in good hands. Tracy, the person who answered the phone was extremely personable and helpful with getting a time-frame scheduled for a tech to come out and address our issue.

The technician, Robert was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable of our situation. He was able to quickly, and efficiently help us out while also expertly managing to put our minds at ease.

10/10 will definitely use again in the future!
