Don is a super nice guy and not only fixed our hot water heater but took the time to explain what was wrong with it and showed me the faulty part. He was in and out within an hour and everything was fixed and back to normal! Thank you!

My home warranty uses them. Have had them come to my home several times. They have installed a new hot water heater for me and fixed a leaking pipe. They have it done in a timely manner are nice and professional no issues with their work.

Punctual, friendly, and good work, but pricey.

I am so dissatisfied with a recent visit. They repaired an AC. 2 days later it went out again. I ended up using another company to replace entire unit which would have been the best option to start with. At no time did anyone from Blackburn call to suggest replacing the unit. Now I am stuck with a $400 repair fee for two days of cool air. I called today to discuss the bill and would not budge on the expense. I would have replaced the unit if they had originally told me that was the best option.

As you can see I’ve alread written a negative review in this company. I would just like to point out that almost all the reviews had the same complaints as I & were addressed the same exact way. Excuses, excuses &
more excuses. Some are very similar excuses at that?? The owner is a hot head & the receptionist / scheduler is sub par at best. I’m sure the warranty company keeps you on because you’re cheap, period. There’s no excuse to
Leave people hanging & not even have enough respect to call & reschedule. If you do your jobs properly you wouldn’t have to apologize nor make excuses. Wouldn’t that be nice?

I highly recommend this place of business..we called and talked to Lisa who was very professional and nice and gave us a lot of help..the plumbers that showed up were very professional and did a beautiful job putting in an excess door..working on our walk in tub and putting in our new hot water tank..they did it in a timely manner the people are great to talk to and they cleaned up their mess..I love this place.

You aren’t going to believe this: during the night of the great louisville flood of 2018, at 2200 Saturday night, sewage started back flowing through my washer discharge pipe, which ties in to my sewer line, flooding my basemen with ultimately 10 inches of water .My wife called and left messages with at least 8 “24 hour” plumbers with no luck (only one has since returned her message). Anyway, at 0330 sunday morning, I see this plumber down the street a ways working on a neighbors house. Desperate for any help, I approached Mr Scroggins and asked if he could help me at all. Even at 0330 he was so pleasant and friendly and helpful. He eventually was able to stop the flooding. And he only wanted a very low price for this service- we were prepared to pay anything, and he had me over a barrel and he knew it, and he kept it at his normal rate. I would recommend this guy to anyone. He is clean cut, presents a professional demeanor and appearance, is articulate and kind. I will never give anyone else this highest of reviews again after what this guy did. Afterwards, he even provided me with a direct line to a reasonable “home-damage repair” guy. AMAZED!

Appreciate that someone was able to come quickly, as we had no hot water . The entire process was , from initial phone call to installation of a new water heater, was easy and straightforward. Very professional Highly recommended

Called late yesterday afternoon after I botched my amateur plumbing job. He came out today and did an outstanding job. Explained everything and did not leave a mess. Even threw in a few extras. Definitely the plumber I will call in the future.
