He gave me tips for maintaining ‘my investment’ and was very knowledgeable. He was a gentleman in every way, from changing my batteries in my thermostat to taking my heavy trash bag to my can outside! He went above and beyond my expectations. He was very respectful I have had so many negative experiences with the hvac department in the past but Bryan is restoring my faith in Tom DREXLER. I believe he will have a bright future!!

Lucas and Izzy were quite friendly, courteous, and professional. Did an excellent job yesterday of repairing a small leak in a copper pipe elbow. However, the price was outrageous! $237 to replace about a 4 inch elbow section of copper pipe in an open basement area in about 30 minutes. Just spoke with the service manager today who offered an adjustment to a more reasonable price that I think is fair to both the company and us. Very much appreciate his understanding. Good resolution to achieve an on-going business relationship when plumbing services may be needed.

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

I rent an apartment and the landlord called them to unclog my drain and this company is trying to bill me for the services. I never even called these guys.

local company.. very helpful timely and good at working on older houses in this neighborhood. good plumbers. they've replaced my A/C and my furnace and I trust enough to leave a house key. But they don't work weekends. they do the work, leave and send you a bill ina couple days...
