Best Leaky Pipe in Louisville KY

502 Plumbing recently completed a plumbing job for me and will be my go to for all future plumbing needs. The entire experience gave me faith that the art of providing good customer service and workmanship is not lost! From the first phone call to completion of job the communication, attention to detail (during job, including clean up) were second to none. The work was completed as proposed without issue! Don't use this guy! He will charge you 3 times the amount of a professional plumber. During the remodel process of 2 bath rooms and reset an old water heat he wanted over $ 2,100.00 for the work. Not only was it way to high, the job leaked, values were set wrong and it pushed us back getting the job done. We had to tear out drywall and the rear surround of the shower stall so he could fix it! FYI, we supplied all materials outside of $ 100-150.00 in parts. This guy is a joke!

Kevin Cole was a great Plummer , he fixed our sink in a jiffy . Now I’m able to use my sink without it getting clogged anymore .

I called and they were here in 30 minutes. I had technician David. Very professional and had my furnace working in less than a hour and highly recommend.

I've used Tony's plumbing several times and each time the technicians are great! helpful, knowledgeable and on time.

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

I had a saltless water softener (Easy Water) system installed. Very professional service. The office provided excellent communications and the service provider was professional and timely. Excellent job!

Don is a super nice guy and not only fixed our hot water heater but took the time to explain what was wrong with it and showed me the faulty part. He was in and out within an hour and everything was fixed and back to normal! Thank you!

Had an appointment time they were a no-call no-show. Attempted to call and leave a voicemail along with text message. Got no response back.

So I was going to replace my own sewer pump. I bought the pump, did the research and then decided this job was not for me. Of course the next step was to hit google and try to find a small business to talk with about getting this job done asap.

Well the long and short of this story is that Jerry came over SAME DAY and replaced that pump for me in RECORD time. What would have taken me all day he took care of quickly. That's hard to find, a tradesman that doesn't stretch out a job to get a better paycheck. I could tell this gentleman only cared about providing good service at GREAT rates.

As a small business owner and overall community centered type of individual I very much believe in supporting local business. Especially a business like this where the focus is TRULY on the customer and all parties walk away feeling good.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I will contact them, and tell all my friends to use them for any and all plumbing needs. I simply could not be more happy with the job and the service I received. 👍👍

Just lazy !

Excellent Plumber

Called on New Year's Eve for service at my home for sewage backup. A plumber (Robert) stated he would be there by the end of the day, I was grateful and stopped calling other plumbers. I had already lined up two others for New Year's Day and the day after New Years incase I wasn't able to find someone. I was excited that Roto Rooter was going to show up same day so I cancelled the other two appointments. 6pm came and I hadn't received a call from Robert, so I called him. He stated he wouldn't be able to make it because he had a $12k job come up and he was 'chasing the money' on New Year's. I was taken aback by this, but understood Robert's desire to make more money than my $1k job. So I asked when Robert would make it out to my place, he said he would call me on New Year's day by 10:30am. By 5pm I hadn't heard from Robert, so I called Roto Rooter to ask for another plumber, they told me they would no service my address. I explained the situation and they told me to call another franchise over an hour away (the Louisville Roto Rooter is a 30 min. drive). Very disappointing that Roto Rooter committed to coming out to my house, only to turn around after 48 hours of sewage sitting in my basement to say they wouldn't be showing up EVER.

So much for reliability. I called Tom Drexler and they committed to being there within 10 hours to fix the problem ASAP.

Think twice before calling Roto Rooter.

I had a great experience with Shawn this morning. He quickly figured out how to fix our light, got the right part, and took care of it! He is such a nice man, and was excellent to work with! I will definitely call you all again when we need help! Thank you, NCM Inc.!!😊
