The owner Anthony came out personally. He drove 45 minutes out of his way to get my hot water heater lit and didn’t even charge me. 10/10 highly recommend! Two thumbs up.

Eric worked on the bathroom in our basement renovation. Although we had high hopes initially, over time we have had issues with the quality of the work performed. Within a year we had a leak from the supply line to the shower which caused drywall damage. Eric came out to correct this but never returned to replace the shower arm with a matching piece or repair the drywall. We have tried to reach him multiple times and have not heard back from him in several months. Our drywall is still torn apart although he did repair the leak.

The plumbers that came out were great but the office staff are totally unprofessional and rude. They are the ones hurting the business. Won’t be calling them again and the office staff can take the credit for it.

Charges $80 to quote you something they could have quoted over the phone.

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

The technician was great very knowledgeable. The prices were quite high but the technician informed us of options long term that would more efficiently fulfill our needs.

they have horrible costumer service , had an appointment to come out and upgrade bathroom never called me to confirm and never showed up.

I can't recommend Venhoff highly enough. We had another plumbing company come out that has fancy jingle you hear on commercials to unclog a drain. They said that my pipe was broken, even showing me the mud that was going into the pipe. They quoted me $4,500 - $12,000 for the repair, depending on how much they had to dig up. I Immediately called Venhoff for a second opinion and they came out within an hour and cleared the pipe. Honest, fair, and professional – exactly what you are looking for in a plumber.

This plumber was hired as a sub by the company that installed granite countertops in our kitchen to install / reconnect a garbage disposal, faucet and dishwasher.
The gentleman who came out was courteous, wore a mask and performed the work quickly with no mess.
The only complaint I have is that he installed the disposal sink ring such that the wording is upside down.

Devin stayed until 1030 pm to get the job done! He made sure we had everything done that was needed so we didn’t have to wait until the next day. Thorough and professional, explained everything in detail and cleaned up everything wonderfully. Thank you, Devin.

I used Mr. Bryant to clear out a toilet for me and he did a great job. He was very professional and friendly to my wife and kids.He was very honest and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend him to come and perform any plumbing services.

Just lazy !

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

Only company I call to do my rental property plumbing!
