Yesterday I ran into an issue with me being a woman trying to talk to a service man. (most women will understand my frustration in this situation).
I contacted Rotor-Rooter to have the main line cleaned at my house in Louisville. The tech told me he had run 100 ft of line and could not find the clog. He needed to charge me another $139 to extend the line farther.
This house is maybe 60 feet from the drain exit of the house to the street. Maybe 20 to 25 feet of line inside the house. I felt like I was being scammed.
Somehow the tech had a different tune when my HVAC MAN called. Oh wow, he thinks he got the clog now. But he did not pull anything out of the line. REALLY!!!!
I called their office to complain about my treatment just because I am a woman. The District Manager pretty much blew me off.
If this is how u treat customers I can take my business elsewhere next time.

We called Dauenhauer over the holiday weekend when our kitchen sink backed up with water and wouldn't drain. They were able to come out the next day and get it fixed. Colby Murphy was our tech and he was professional and friendly. He worked hard to get the issue fixed (tree roots in the line) and took extra time and care to clean up the sink and counter when he was finished. Really thoughtful of him! Highly recommend Colby and Dauenhauer!

I called Matt at Advanced Plumbing. They came out and gave me 2 options of either just repairing the broken lines or replacing all my galvanized pipe. I chose for them to replace all the pipes. They sent Brandon who only did a fourth of the job. I tried to call them to finish it, but got no response. I had to call another plumber from a reputable company to finish the job. Do not use Advanced Plumbing LLC.

They never called back 😔 for the appointment 😒
