Quoted me a price of $5,000 to install a garage door screen. From my research, that amounts to over $4,500 for turning a few screws and putting the ladder away. Pure bull schitt. That was my first and last service request.

Our technician was Kevin. He made sure to thoroughly analyze the potential problem to determine where leakage was coming from. Kevin was honest with us. We appreciated his work ethic, promptness, and integrity. We will definitely use the company again and will specifically ask for Kevin when we do.

I was having a party (on a Sunday) and both my toilets were clogged. I was in a panic and started calling random plumbers that were “open 24 hours”...all I got were answering machines. A good friend of mine at the party referred me too Vessels Plumbing. A real live person answered the phone and they were able to show up within an hour and a half. The guys had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. They were AWESOME! Vessels Plumbing will get any and all my plumbing needs in the future! VESSELS PLUMBING ROCKS!!!!!!

As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months???
My advice...find someone else.

Used Tony's Plumbing several times always with great results but they went out of their way to squeeze me in last minute today and unclogged my drain which I really appreciate!

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

Blackburn and Davis was recommended to us when our steam shower stopped working. They went above in beyond from start to finish - properly diagnosing the problem, working with the manufacturer’s warranty department to receive a replacement part, and installing the new piece. We did not even realize it was under warranty and really appreciate the extra effort they put into it.
So, when we needed a plumber for our water heater we again contacted Blackburn and Davis. They were again polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They promptly and correctly diagnosed the problem and performed the necessary repairs. I appreciate that they took the time to answer my questions while they were here.
We would absolutely recommend Blackburn and Davis without reservation.

Venhoff is the best!! I have used them in the past and never no complaints. They were the plumbing company we used many years ago when we had our sewer lines put in.
Today (Tony) recovered a ring that my granddaughter had dropped down my bathroom sink. He also replaced the broken stopper, so now I don't have to worry about losing anything else. He asked me was there anything else that I wanted him to look at? So....he unclogged a slow drain in my tub, and tightened a handle that was loose for me. I am very appreciative for his services. He also was very fair on what he charged me. He also gave me a detailed receipt. Thank you Tony!!

Not very professional dealing with customer. Matter of fact not even 12hours prior them collecting their payment the same day.

Did excellent work and explained why the malfunction happened. Routine maintenance check.

This plumber was hired as a sub by the company that installed granite countertops in our kitchen to install / reconnect a garbage disposal, faucet and dishwasher.
The gentleman who came out was courteous, wore a mask and performed the work quickly with no mess.
The only complaint I have is that he installed the disposal sink ring such that the wording is upside down.

I called Greenwell Plumbing to service my water heater. Tyler M. fixed it and did an excellent job.He explained what needed to be fixed, what parts were required and I paid $330 for parts and labor. He also completed the job in about 2 hours.He even gave me an estimate for a future shower head replacement. Tyler was very nice, professional and efficient.I will definitely use Greenwell Plumbing again in the future. Thank you for fixing my water heater at a reasonable price with same day service.Audra B
