Best Commercial Plumbing Systems in Louisville KY

I contracted Glanz Buffat to install a complete HVAC system for me including a York 2 stage variable speed furnace and an York Affinity 2 stage A/C condenser along with a new line set from the furnace A coil to the condenser. I'm pretty particular when it comes to workmanship and I can't say how pleased I am with the skill level and quality that Bobby and his crew did on the job. They also completed the job in just one day. I am also very happy with the performance of the new York system. I can feel air movement through the house that I have never felt before and the temperature is more consistent throughout. I had several estimates and Glanz Buffat was the lowest but knowing what I know now I would select them even if they weren't because of the quality job they did. Jason, the owner who did the estimates, worked with me for several days answering questions and helping me decide on which system I really wanted. All in all a great experience. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Logan provided excellent service. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to accurately assess and fix my problem and thoroughly explained everything concerning my HVAC unit to me. I would highly recommend Logan and Gudorf and will not hesitate to use them again.

Cannot even get them to come out to quote me on a job. They say they are going to call to schedule, but they don't. I pushed and they said that they needed to get some more info from the guy who finally did stop by and glance at the issue. What their website states about their dedication to customer service is a sham. Just call Crestwood Plumbing.

Tech showed up on Sunday within a couple of hours of reporting the problem. Diagnosed and fixed within another hour or so. Addison was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Extremely rude customer service. Complained about how many times I called 3 times ( have been trying to get them to come to my clogged sewer line) and lied about it and said I called 6 times. If they give you an estimate it’s supposed to be good for 6 weeks but they can change it at the last second and up-charge you. Also kept interrupting me and didn’t let me talk about my problem and also lied about MULTIPLE other things.

The technician, Shawn, was prompt and efficient. We felt that the prices were reasonable. He finished our work quickly and we were pleased with his work. We will definitely use them again.

Not really interested in doing your emergency service repairs. Very bad in response time.for emergency repairs
