Prompt service, excellent communication, fast and clean workmanship. Would definitely recommend for service and installation.

Arrived around 9 am with a courtesy call when on the way. Removed old furnace and replaced with new one before lunchtime !

I stringy do not recommend calling this company. Spoke with their after hours dispatch who assured me a technician would be onsite in 2 hours. No one called or showed up. I reached out the following day and they could not explain why no one was dispatched.If you have a true emergency do not call this company.

Had a gas leak that needed fixed and they were the fastest to respond. The tech by the last name winter was who provided me service and he was very friendly and did his best to get us back up and running. His service and willingness to help was more than 5 stars but the reason I’m leaving 4 stars is when the tech worked 2 days here and let us know he would be off for 2 days, which we understood and said we could wait if we could be his first call on his first day back to work. But then I found out the office had scheduled him to work another job before finishing my job and I felt that was wrong for the office to send him some where else after we had to wait those additional days. But in the end the tech did a great job and got us up and going.

Watson Mechanical was amazing to work with. We had a drain line break and they came to our rescue. Jeremy the tech that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Watson Mechanical.

Two men came out to inspect and reinstall a Numi toilet. First they said they had no experience with that type of toilet and took longer than expected to finish. The bill stated that they made all wiring connections for toilet features but it only needed to be plugged in, which I can do! The bill was $325.83 which is higher than any plumbing bill we've ever received for anything! I called the company to speak with the owner/manager to see if they could make an adjustment. The receptionist took the call and said she would have Bob' get back to me. He never returned the call. I called again and still no response.

Just lazy !

Had some communication problems to start but work seems to be good quality.

Called them out for a leaking ejector pump. Shawn, the technician, was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the issue, answered my questions and explained how he would fix the leak. Although he did not have the part on his truck, he was quick to return from the supply house. The repair was made.
I have used this company for work at my personal residence and rental properties. I have recommended them to friends and family and I will continue to use them in the future.

Cost: $120/labor hour, $60 service call. Time to make repair 1.5 hours. Total cost appx $300

Dave came out on a Friday night and provided excellent service to my boiler that was all orange flames. Bled radiators and cleaned burners . I appreciate his excellent sevice and gave my spring to do list.

Good family owned business. They always return my service calls and respond quickly to solve the problem. Prices are fair and competitive. It’s hard to find solid/honest plumbers and these guys are good.

I appreciate getting a courtesy call, because they thought they would be running behind. They called and actually were able to arrive before the appointed window of service. Chris was very professional and courteous. Mindful of CDC guidelines and knew his job. Let me know what needed to be done and check with me when proceeding. I really appreciated the service.

I had a plumber come to my house recently from Sondergeld Plumbing to fix a broken toilet valve and check on some leaks. He was polite and professional and did a great job. I will be calling Sondergeld again whenever I need a plumber.
