Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

I am so dissatisfied with a recent visit. They repaired an AC. 2 days later it went out again. I ended up using another company to replace entire unit which would have been the best option to start with. At no time did anyone from Blackburn call to suggest replacing the unit. Now I am stuck with a $400 repair fee for two days of cool air. I called today to discuss the bill and would not budge on the expense. I would have replaced the unit if they had originally told me that was the best option.

Our garage door spring broke late Thursday. We called Absolute and they were able to get us on the schedule first thing Friday morning. The technician, Kevin, called when he was on his way. Right after the call, we got a text with his picture, for easy identification when he arrived. He fixed our door quickly, was very professional, and was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend for any garage door need!

Just had two guys come to my parents house to look at the hot water heater they installed back in 2014. The unit is leaking water from the bottom into the basements bedroom. The main guy was confused and didn't know why he was called to the house. I'm like dispatch didn't tell why you're here??? He had no clue what to do as if he was high as a Giraffe's behind. Then he goes outside into his truck pretending to call dispatch but really he called my Pops. Got the nerve to tell my Pops that I wouldn't let him in so he has no idea what's wrong with the hot water heater. He's he's talking to my pops telling him he doesn't know why he's there to begin with. Pops just got fed up due to the unprofessionalism and told him just to go ahead and leave he'll find somebody else because he doesn't have time to deal with dumb stuff. Talk about being unprofessional I would never use this company because of those two. There might be some great workers that do work at plum wright but because of those two we would never use this business again!

Called him up on a Thursday afternoon and he was able to fit us in the next day. Had wonderful communication, gave plenty of heads up and even showed up early. Was thorough and professional. Would highly recommend!

Gudorf Jasper Ind highly recommend. My first call was ac not working on July. They were there within the hour. We knew a new system was needed before I called. They got the old one working so we didn't suffer, estimate & new system installed, unbelievable fast. House has never felt so good. 2nd call Aug. time for another update. Dennis & William did a wonderful job updating our electric. Friendly, cleaned & hauled away all the old fuse boxes. You can't beat the Gudorf friendly staff, quality of work, & best of all price!! Very reasonably priced. Quick service. Called at 8:00 and the new unit was installed by noon. If I have the need I will definitely call them again.

These guys do shoddy work, are constantly trying to upsell you on things you don't need, and always push their service contract as an add-on.

Stay away.
